Pricing is a bit higher than chains BUT it is worth it because you get the vehicle you are promised with no hassle, and you will be dealing directly with human beings that will answer questions you have in a timely manner. There are no hidden fees and they didn't try to gouge me for damage, wear and tear- some rental companies will do this but not these guys. Plus, you're supporting a local business. Highly recommend.

1/16/26 First of all, upon arrival at the shuttle pickup lane (Denver airport), one man said he…read morewaited for the shuttle for over an hour despite making numerous calls to Budget. So we called Uber. Then, while waiting in line at the Rapid Rez/Fast Break booth, the lady behind me told me they gave her the wrong car and she had to return to the Rapid Rez booth to have the car reassigned to her. Turns out the same thing happened to me because the lady in the booth sent me to the wrong car. I didn't know it until I was not able to exit the lot. Three cars behind me had to back up so I could return to Rapid Rez booth to stand in the blustery cold again and get the car reassigned to me. When I tried to exit for the second time, the man at the gate told me this car was not assigned to me either. I refused to go back to the Rapid Rez booth, so he personally ran back and corrected the issue. Turns out my Rapid Res rental took over 1 /12 hours! I have been a Rapid Rez member since 2013-- This is totally unacceptable! I rented from this Budget lot one year ago and had no problems so it appears someone needs to be retrained and management needs to pay attention....

13/10 - Highly recommend !!…read more So, allow me to preface this with a little background: my car broke down and I was looking for a rental car until the mechanic fixed mine. I started with the Enterprise near my home in Cheeseman/Congress Park area. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything available. So I took a Lyft to the Enterprise Rent A Car at 351 N Broadway (terrible- do not recommend!) They didn't have anything except a muscle car available. There is an Enterprise Rent A Car a few blocks down on the SAME ROAD that had "normal" cars and SUV available. I was lucky, and had JUST BARELY enough time to get a ride there and pick up a regular SUV with a quiet motor and a regular steering column etc. I feel very safe in the vehicle I'm driving. So if you need a vehicle, ask for JAKE at 1790 S Broadway. He was incredibly patient and kind, despite the minute that it was a last minute reservation, and nearly closing time. He apologized to me for "having to wait." He seemed exhausted. I told him please not to apologize and thanked him for helping me out at the last minute. He was able to get me a very clean (immaculate) vehicle within 10 minutes or so. The car has no damage, only 11k miles, and drives so well on the road. It's a Mazda Cx-5 for reference and the steering wheel is neither too loose nor too hard. It's been about 10 days since I got my rental and I've had to extend the rental period twice already- Jake made it easy for me to do that. I am definitely going to let Corporate know about Jake and hopefully he'll get a promotion and a big raise soon! **UPDATE: Somehow the key fob broke in half and I lost half of it - which had the battery. So, I was unable to return the car as planned. Jake sent me the number for roadside assistance. The roadside assistance sent Pete's Towing to help me, giving me an estimated time of arrival window of 90 minutes. The roadside assistance team sent me text updates. The guy from Pete's Towing called me two or three times to give me status updates. He arrived within the 90 minute window. I was able to wait down the street in my apartment with A/C on instead of having to stand outside in the summer heat, because he called me when he was ten minutes away to let me know. He opened the car door in about 1 minute and surprisingly the car actually turned on! So I was able to get my belongings out of the SUV, and then I drove it back down to Enterprise at 1790 S Broadway. Jake and his colleague were there, super understanding and incredibly kind. They took the car key, quickly collected my debit card for the remainder of the fee, and offered to find me a ride back home if I needed one. I was able to wait quietly in their office while waiting for my Lyft back home. Definitely would recommend this team and this location. If you need a vehicle, be sure to go to the Enterprise Rent A Car at THIS LOCATION: 1790 S Broadway.

The person that picked me up from the car collision spot was super nice. That being said, the rest…read moreof my experience left a lot to be desired. First of all, I had a reservation time but had to wait for the car to be cleaned and ready. Even then, I didn't think the car was cleaned that well... The car play in the car doesn't really work. I wasn't the only one who tested it and it freezes or has a really hard time connecting with the USB plugged in. I was better off using my phone holder add-on, which was disappointing. The car needed maintenance in 600 miles and because I needed this rental until my car was repaired, it felt like another thing hanging over my head. Lastly, I had to fill up the air in the tires a few days after I got the car...I suspect a leak from the last driver. I feel like they could have done a better job checking and maintaining the car, so I'd have a different experience. The rest of the service was okay, and I unfortunately had to call back a few times about billing (my insurance agent told me I was incorrectly charged).

I really appreciated my rental here. I got a Manager's Special at this convenient downtown…read morelocation. Although they don't do pick-ups on weekends, it was a fairly easy walk from Union Station where I was staying (Hotel Indigo). The staff were really personable and they gave me a Jeep which was a really fun drive! I also really liked that they have a simple after hours drop off which was a good way to take the car out for a full day without having to pay for Hotel Parking. Drop off was simple and they called me back the next day to confirm that everything was in good order.

Lousy customer service…read more The guy who checked me out could care less about being there, but ok. I would also point out they don't show ppl how to adjust side mirrors or how to gas up. Rogues are way different than most cars. I also had a horrible situation where I lost the keys to the car. But I assure you zero employees over the phone or in person couldn't care less and the lady was out of cars. Then waiting after Christmas u called and they said it was closed out and now I have to wait 2 weeks for my refund. Why are screwing out ppl on purpose? I was told to immediately go get the rental it's all set, the reservation was all set, but she was sold out. I only get a middle finger from you guys at the national number and your local office. I asked that guy today what to expect he just said I'm transferring you. I knew I was screwed then too. Best
