If you rent from Enterprise and something goes wrong, you will be on your own. No one will help you. No one will follow up. No one will even acknowledge you. My recent experience with Enterprise was so astonishingly mismanaged that I feel obligated to warn others. If anything goes wrong with your rental - even something entirely outside your control - you will be met with harassment and a complete absence of customer support. Our personal vehicle was vandalized, and we needed a rental while it was being repaired. Insurance covered the rental, and when we picked up the car on Christmas Eve, the Enterprise employee assured us everything was handled and there was nothing to worry about. That turned out to be wildly untrue. Starting the day after Christmas, I began receiving daily calls and voicemails from Enterprise. Assuming there was a simple mix up, I provided Enterprise with my insurance agent's information and the repair shop's contact details. I personally called both my insurance adjuster and repair shop every single day to make sure everything was moving forward. Enterprise, however, continued to behave as though none of that information existed. The calls escalated into threatening emails from so called "regional managers," insisting the situation would be sent to their "Risk Management" team. Then came more voicemails and emails - all demanding action from me, while Enterprise refused to acknowledge any of the information I had already provided. On the advice of my insurance agent, I contacted customer support and asked for an email address so I could document everything in writing. I sent detailed messages to Enterprise and forwarded them to customer support (customercare2@ehi.com). Not once - not a single time - did anyone from Enterprise respond, follow up, or attempt to resolve the issue. I have since returned the rental and still have not heard from anyone.

Yes, quite expensive, don't mind paying for quality, and the service that comes with it. Now, the problem. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning, for a 9am appointment & left it. I never received a notification they were working on my car, as was the case in the past. At 4pm I finally called them, after hearing nothing, I was told they had been working on it, but, could not find the problem. Okay, I said. Then at 5:05 I received a text that they were now working on my car. Remember, I had a 9am appointment. Car was kept overnight, they never bothered to tell me that it was necessary. I received a call at 11:30am the next day informing the car was done. I asked for a transmission fluid change & for them to install a front license plate bracket. I was told OK. I had not heard from them at 4:30, so I called. The mechanic could not be located & they had not started on my car, or even found out information on the license plate bracket, which can be obtained at ANY parts store. I never imagined they would keep my car overnight again, for simple stuff! I told them to come get me. They just couldn't/wouldn't understand a business man with one car, how it was inconvenient to me. Unfortunately, I cannot use a business that will not keep me in the loop. Based on this fact alone, I will not return.

The used car I bought from them will not pass emissions and the dealership will not assist in any way. My advice to anyone purchasing a car from this company is to get the emissions test before buying the car. The dealership's practice of giving you a piece of paper to get the car tested yourself is not a good one. The old saying "Let the buyer beware" was probably written for this dealership. No issues at all with her. She then sends me to the finance guy. I told him at least FOUR TIMES I did not want anything but gap insurance. He continued to try to upsell me on things I clearly stated I did not want. I told him I wouldn't do the deal with him. They send another guy. I make it very clear to him immediately that they if he tries to sell one more thing to me, then I will walk away from the deal. He says he won't put up with disrespect. Evidently, at this dealership saying no to things you don't want is disrespect. Well, that's fine -- nobody here has to put up with anything. I had enough of THEIR disrespect and walked away from the deal, never to do business with Auto Nation again. This is what happens when car dealers get greedy.
