I have screenshots documenting the page change and the convo had. I contacted this business through Facebook Marketplace and asked whether service was available in the Firestone. I was told Firestone was outside the service area but that travel would cost $150. I replied that if $150 was only the cost to travel here, I would pass and thanked him. He then replied, "No it'll be 300. I don't drive for free lol," and the convo ended there. After I posted my review, the owner publicly claimed that I had been paid by a competitor and that AI was used to fabricate the messages. Those claims are FALSE. I have retained the original convo and screenshots. He has also since sent me a message stating that I have 24 hours to remove my review or a lawsuit will be filed. I'm leaving this review to describe my own interaction with the business and have attached screenshots so readers can evaluate the exchange themselves.

I dropped it off, was given a fair price, and was told by Aiden at the front desk it would be done the same day. A couple hours later I was given a call and a very easy to follow mechanics report including photos of the exact wire that had broken off inside the connector was included. I opted to solder the wire back on myself instead of having them splice a new one in and Aiden gave me the total cost... LESS THAN WHAT HE HAD ORIGINALLY QUOTED! As it turns out while the mechanic (Dan) was working on my car he saw my gear In the back of my car and realized I was a firefighter so the gave me the discount without me even asking for it. I took the car back in after I finished the soldering to have Aiden reset the computer and clear the codes, which he did for free, and have been driving the car for months now with no further issues. This was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop and I highly recommend this service station wither you need work, maintenance, or just need some advice from a real mechanic. They…read moremechanic said that a house needed to be replaced, but they were not able to do it because they do not have the equipment needed to evacuate the existing refrigerant 1234yf. They referred us to the Kia dealer, which I knew would be very expensive. So I did some research online and found Franklynn Automotive. I called and described the situation to Steve. He said they likely can handle it, but would start with a complimentary second opinion. After their inspection, they determined that the hose does not need to be replaced and we only needed to refresh the refrigerant, which they do have the equipment for. In addition, the reason the other shop might have suggested the hose replacement was because of a leak related to the axel. All in, the repairs would be substantially less than the dealer quote for work that may not have been needed in the first place. Overall, great experience with Franklynn.

The…read moreinspection came back that I needed new brakes , a new speed sensor, contaminated brake fluid, multiple hoses replaced, radiator flush, and a bunch of other things. I decided to get the brakes fixed although it surprised me with the rotors and the wire harness just needed to be reattached. Nothing was ever communicated. I made the mistake of paying over a $1000 for the front brake repair ( rotors / pads) and wiring speed sensor because I was busy. Bottom line - overpriced on labor and parts. My wire harness over left wheel was taped up so was it replaced? My mechanic friend inspected it and says no way. When I asked if I could see what they ordered, I was denied access. My car sat outside most of the day and it was in garage minimally according to my car gps. Your call but I am not going back and I do not trust them. Lesson learned and I'm out $1000 which isn't much but I'm just glad I didn't fall for everything else they wanted to do. Front brake pads for $1000, a wire repair never communicated, and my old rotors were fine. I'm sure they will respond to this professionally but my perspective is real.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE…read more My experience with Littleton Auto has caused me an enormous amount of stress, expense, and lost time. In April 2023, I paid $6,840 to have my Jeep's engine replaced with what I was told was a remanufactured engine. The first engine failed within three months, leaked oil, and did not run correctly. Over the next two years, the shop replaced the engine four times, claiming each replacement was remanufactured. Every engine or installation failed. I returned my Jeep to the shop more than 25 times. Each time, I was told the problem would be fixed, but the vehicle repeatedly came back with oil leaks, poor performance, unusual noises, scrapes, a cracked grille, a damaged windshield-washer reservoir, or other issues. Communication was extremely poor, updates were rare, and the explanations I received from owner Ken Scholl and manager Cody were inconsistent and, in my experience, often untrue. The frequent turnover among mechanics also made it difficult to find anyone who knew what was happening with my vehicle. When I received the Jeep back most recently, it was still leaking oil and running rough. The flywheel cover had not been replaced because the shop said it had been lost. I then took the Jeep to another local repair shop for an independent assessment. I was told that bolts securing the oil pan were broken or loose, the rear main seal had been installed improperly, the timing cover and water pump had been installed with silicone instead of gaskets, and the flywheel cover was missing. I was quoted approximately $2,400 to correct the problems. Although Littleton Auto advertises a lifetime warranty, that warranty has provided no meaningful protection in my case because the problems were never properly resolved. I contacted the shop and asked it to take responsibility for the corrective repairs, but I received the same runaround, and the owner declined to pay. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Littleton Auto. I regret taking my Jeep there and strongly advise others to have their vehicles serviced elsewhere.
