I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose SIT as my dog walking service. Victoria and Tabi are so wonderful to both me and my dog, Allie. I recently moved to the city from out of state, and Allie was completely terrified of the city sights and sounds for a while. In addition, I had never used a dog walking service before, and Allie was not used to people other than me coming into my apartment and handling her. The SIT girls were so kind and patient with Allie - Victoria literally had to crawl around on her hands and knees to get Allie to follow her out of the apartment for the first time :). When Victoria told me about that, I knew Allie was in good hands. With the help of Victoria and Tabi, Allie has since adjusted and made the transition from a timid and scared dog into a fun loving girl who loves to make new friends and run around in the park. I love getting text updates and pictures every time they take her out. SIT is also competitively priced, and because there are two walkers who both get to know your dog, there is always a backup walker just in case. Additionally, it is nice to know that they also offer pet sitting, so you don't have to take your dog to a strange place in the event you have to go out of town. I am a highly overprotective dog mom, and I would not trust anyone else with my girl. When they take her out, I know I don't have to worry. Victoria and Tabi's obvious love for animals combined with their patience and experience make them a wonderful choice. read more

If you are looking for a small, personalized dog daycare situation then you've found it. Our dog Bunsen has been going here since he was 4 or 5 months old and we all love it. They've been super transparent when we ask any questions and know our pup so well that they let us know if they notice anything out of the ordinary with him which we appreciate as puppy owners. Everyone has been very kind and Bunsen has lots of puppy pals. The daily pupdates are my favorite especially when it's a video of him playing with friends or interacting with the staff. These guys love your dog and your dog will love them too. Beyond how great they are as dog people, I love their hours, their booking system, and their boarding options. Bunsen boarded here on a weeknight and it was great because he got a full day of daycare the next day. He was with people he knew and we got updates along the way. Their booking process for daycare and boarding is super easy once you set up your account. They've been very flexible and responsible with us through everything from last minute bookings, neutering, and questions. THANKS SIT CREW!! read more

Before hiring "SIT" I didn't think I needed or wanted a dog walker. I've completely changed my opinion on that. Besides the obvious benefits of exercise, etc, they enlarged his doggy life! He's made new friends both human and canine. He explores new parts of the neighborhood. He is a better dog! They are true animal lovers. I get texts/picture texts on EVERY walk so I know exactly how he is doing. I had a dog walking service in the past that did a minimal update ,and I'd be at work wondering if everything was O.K. Now I can forget about the dog while at work, and I'm pleasently suprised when I see the photos on my phone. They are very detailed about the visits/walks. The communication between me and "Sit" is honeslty rediculous! I feel completely comfortable calling or texting them about the slightest changes in the days routine. When people ask me if I have a dog walker now, I give them a rant about how good my service is, and how it's made me and my dog happier-seriously. Five stars for these chicks :) read more

I came to SIT Social when I had to book a last minute business trip. Victoria immediately put me at ease when I explained my hesitancy with leaving my troublemaker Motley for the week she made me feel completely normal and assured me that this is normal and that SIT Social will make sure to take care of my boy. Throughout the week, I received "pup"dates about Mots and was kept in the loop at all times of anything that went on with him and never once did I worry that he was not at the right boarding for the trip. I recommend and trust SIT Social Implicitly and will be using them moving forward whenever I need boarding or dog sitting. They are true professionals and it shows in every aspect of how they go about their business. Thanks for taking such AMAZING care of Motley! read more

SIT and Victoria are awesome! A planned 8 night vacation meant we had to leave our 4 month old puppy, Charlie, for the very first time. Anxious and nervous to leave her for so long, we wanted to make sure we had the absolute best care for her. Victoria came over and spent 1.5 hrs with us and Charlie before our vacation - immediately we knew she'd take care of Charlie as if she was her own. Victoria sent us several texts/pictures every day while we were away and in every picture Charlie looked so happy, which set our minds at ease, making for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Upon arrival home, Charlie was happy as a clam and the house was spotless! Victoria is amazing - we'll definitely use her and SIT again and would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you! read more

Hiring "SIT" has been the best decision I have ever made for myself and my dog. Every time the girls at "SIT" take him out he has the biggest smile on his face. The first time we met they went over everything in great detail which put me at ease. My dog is a bit of a puller, but they have helped me be a better Dog Dad with little hints here and there and my dog is happier for it. Needless to say I am thrilled that I have these girls taking care of my dog when I am at work and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a new dog, recently adopted dog( I adopted mine 6 months ago), or want their dog to have an awesome morning, afternoon, or evening. Victoria V has it right when she says that "The girls at SIT will always do you right". Thanks girls! read more

Victoria and SIT Chicago is the best dog walking service in Chicago. Bouncing around the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods over the past couple years we had tried a handful of dog walking services, but SIT was hands down the best. We enjoyed the personal attention and clear love of dogs that Victoria and her walkers always displayed. The text message updates each day were amazing. We received a photo after each walk where Frank always looked happy and excited to be out and about with our walker. The text update also included some notes on potty progress, lunch and general demeanor. These updates were always creative and funny. AMAZING! I would recommend SIT to anyone looking for a top tier dog walking and care service. read more

I have never needed to use a dog-walking service before for my pup and caught wind of SIT through a posting in my apartment complex. I was nervous to use a walker but as mentioned, Victoria and Tabi were extremely thorough, responsive and answered all of my questions without missing a beat. I immediately felt at ease and knew my pooch would be in good hands. As with most pet owners, I am always curious to hear how my dog is doing throughout the day and I always receive a text and/or picture message with an update. I am also appreciative of their flexibility with my schedule and their willingness to accommodate any other requests I have to make my dog comfortable. I highly recommend the gals over at SIT! read more

We found SIT Social shortly after moving into the neighborhood and we've been really happy with them. Victoria and her team were patient in helping make sure our pup came out of her shell when we first started bringing her to day care. They were constantly providing us with updates on her progress and helped make sure she became more and more comfortable during her stays. Beyond taking good care of Pheobe, SIT makes our lives much easier. They've been able to watch Pheobe on short notice when life has sprung a few surprises on us and have watched her on weekends when we've traveled out of town. We really couldnt recommend them enough for any folks looking for dog pet care. read more

I took my pup, Coco, here for the first time for overnight boarding. It was my first time being away from her since I got her and the team at SIT Social could not have been more responsive and reassuring with updates on how Coco was doing, providing pics and videos during the day/night! Since then I've also taken her to daycare a few times and Coco has an absolute blast :) She always gets excited when she realizes where we're going and comes home tired from a day of fun. SIT Social even hosts special events, one of them being a Halloween Pawty I attended. Everyone and their pups had a blast and it was an incredibly cute event they hosted! read more

This is my favorite place to send my Frenchie to daycare. I am extremely overbearing and am very picky when sending her places but feel nothing except comfortable sending her here. I had previously sent her to a couple other places in the city which were awful experiences- too many dogs in crowded area or they kept her in a kennel even after I paid for one on one time. Never have I had any worries here! Also I love the walk service. It's easy on the run if something comes up. Whichever service I decide to use I am always sent numerous pictures and have the ability to text if I want to check on her which I love. read more

We use sit daily for our puppy and would highly recommend them! They are very willing to work with your schedule and any special needs you may have! Their daily witty texts and picture updates of their walks really helps put you at ease especially for new pet parents. We have Mike in river north as our dog walker and appreciate all of his help! Everyone at SIT is always available and easy to get in contact with for last minute questions or updates on our puppy needs! We will continue to use them even when our puppy gets older for all dog walking needs. read more

I cannot say enough about Victoria and the entire SIT family. For 2 years they have taken care of my dog like he was their own, and have been so graciously adaptive to my odd schedule. Kylie has quickly and pleasantly resolved any issues I've thrown her way, and she is wonderful to work with. When I was away recently and a family member got sick, I had to extend my trip indefinitely, and SIT stepped up to care for my dog without question, doing anything they could to help. I would recommend SIT without reservation for walking, day care, and boarding. read more

My building used SIT to take care of our pets while our apartments were being renovated and they took such great care of my two cats that I've started using them for regular cat sitting! They really care about your pets and even send text updates with pictures while they are there to help ease your mind while you are away. I highly recommend them. read more
