We started taking our dachshund here last week and they are amazing. I love getting the pupdates while I'm at work and the pictures are always great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our high energy puppy is always wiped when he comes home and clearly always has a fun day there. read more

I recently used SIT as dog walkers when I went out of town. It was a great experience. Victoria and Tabi came over to meet the dogs, gather information, and go on a test-walk prior to the weekend arrangements. I was very impressed with how thorough they were with the information they gathered. While here, my dogs took to Victoria and Tabi immediately, which I knew was a good sign. Before I left, they let me know of a tentative schedule for walking the dogs. Throughout the weekend, I received text updates and pictures on the dogs. It was reassuring to receive the pics/texts and know that the dogs were being well taken care of and happy. There was a change in plans and Victoria sent me a text to keep me informed of the new arrangements. I was happy to be kept in the loop. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a dog walker/sitting service. read more

Through unprecedented times, SIT Social gave me a space to safely execute my puppy's first birthday party! I was warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived by one of their workers Bri, who was extremely helpful and nice, there was a clear tour of the space and cleaning supplies, along with the COVID-19 guidelines that all guests were required to follow. The owner Joe, was quick to respond to all of my emails and was ensuring enough to make sure everything ran smoothly. We were given 15 minutes before and after our reserved space to clean up what we brought, but the rest of the cleaning was taken care of. We were able to decorate with our own decorations that we bought. Speakers were provided if needed. You were able to purchase more things outside of the time reservation, which I did not do but it was an option offered. I would highly encourage this place to anyone who is looking for an open space to hold a party for their beloved pet! I am glad to have supported a small business in Chicago, through these hard times! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Sit Social. The staff is generous and very flexible, making reservations is a breeze and, most importantly, they take such good care of my dogs. read more

Tabi and Victoria are great. Prior to his first walk, they took the time to meet us and our pup Bernie, in order to learn about his personality and needs. They are also very good at communicating before, during, and after the walk. With SIT, I am able to leave my house knowing that Bernie will be well cared for and tired out. read more

This is our dog's happiest place! Poppy, our one year old Goldendoodle, has endless energy and Sit Social has been our saving grace during Covid to help her run out her crazies. We've gone to other doggie daycares with our previous dog across Chicago and Sit Social is the best of the best. Poppy literally pulls us out of the car when we get there and runs (with us trailing behind) into Sit Social every morning. Joe and Brie are the absolute best -- they provide great updates throughout the day and have always been incredibly communicative / accommodative. We've also boarded Poppy there a number of times and she comes home super happy and well rested. It's such a great thing to know that our dog is happy and well cared for while we are out of town. I can't recommend Sit Social enough! read more

SIT did an awesome job with boarding my lil pup while we were moving even though this was his first time and I was nervous. The video updates were great! We will definitely be back! read more

This place is the best, Joe and Brie are just lovely and the updates with pics and videos are so sweet and make you miss your pups a little less. They come home very happy!! read more

I can't say enough about how great this place is! I've been taking my puppy, Riggins, to SIT for regular daycare and occasional boarding since he was about 12 weeks old. Victoria and her staff are extremely professional and reliable - most importantly, it is clear they really care for the dogs they look after here. Riggins loves his playtime at SIT, which is obvious from his excitement when we pull up outside in the mornings and by the sweet pupdates (pictures and videos) I receive every day! Thank you, SIT. read more

SIT does so much more than just dog walking! I have two cats and one needs medication twice daily. I hired the girls to administer the meds (not an easy chore) and feed the cats for a few days while I was out of town. They were amazing! I received updates and phone pics each time they were with the cats. Talk about piece of mind. I was able to totally relax and enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats were in great hands. I would absolutely recommend them for any type of pet care. Both girls are super pleasant to deal with and very professional. What a great experience! Tracy S. read more

Yes, the doggy lounge is a chic as it looks in the pictures. We have been sending our black lab puppy to SIT for the past three months and couldn't be happier. The care and compassion that Victoria has for each pup in daycare is evident every time we are there. We trust her immensely and often seek advice with our little girl as she continues to grow up. I have to say, the best part of my work day is opening up our Pup-Date and seeing our little girl having a blast with her friends! We have had a great experience so far and plan on continuing to use SIT for the long hall. read more

I did a lot of research when I got my puppy for a good, reliable and trustworthy daycare service. I'm definitely a paranoid dog-mom and wanted to make sure the conditions for my girl were perfect! As soon as I reached out to Victoria, I felt at ease. She scheduled an appointment for Cappie to come in so she could meet her, wanting to ensure just as much as me that Cappie would fit in with the other dogs in terms of temperament and personality. What I like most about SIT Social is the small batch, personalized feel. It's not your standard daycare that is overbooked, but rather an intimate experience with a staff that treats the dogs like their own. Victoria is very communicative and the picture updates are my favorite time of the day! If you're looking for a place where you can drop the dog off and be confident they are getting cared for, having fun, and not stressed, look no further. read more

Victoria is truly the best! We have a 90+ lb. bulldogge-mix that makes most other dog owners cross the street from us and we've never had to use a dog walker service before because we feared how protective he is over our place and at people trying to enter the house. But the situation arose where we had to use someone and it could not have gone better! First, Victoria understood our concerns about not knowing how well our dog would take to a stranger entering the house. She came over extra-special (outside normal working hours) to get our dog familiar with her, even leaving and entering our apartment several times on her own to get Otto comfortable. I was able to see how well she handled a curious 90 lb. bulldogge coming at her and de-escalate any potential nerves. It worked perfectly! And it's always the best to see pics that she's taken of being with him during their walks. When I missed my plane home and had to ask her for another full-day of checking in, Victoria was completely flexible and lifted the stress off my shoulders of worrying for him. Coming home to a sweet card and special dog treat from SIT really sealed my love for this company and for Victoria especially - now in our home she is to be referred to as "The Otto Whisperer". read more

We have been using SIT Social ever since we adopted our pup, Loki, and we couldn't be happier with their services! I can tell that Loki looooves his dog walker so much, and she always sends great picture updates from their time together. They are completely professional, prompt to respond, great at staying in contact about how Loki is doing, and I always trust that Loki will always have a good experience with them. He also goes to their dog lounge every so often and he comes home happy and exhausted. Again, they send picture/video updates so we can tell he is having a good time. Couldn't recommend SIT Social highly enough! read more

Victoria and team are great. Biggie our boxer has been going here since he was about 6-months old. It would have been sooner, but it took that long to find the right place in the city. He's one year old now, and he's still as pumped as ever when they come to get him. He goes three days a week and that's about the right amount for him. When he's home, he's worn out - which for a one-year old boxer, isn't the easiest thing to achieve. They communicate well throughout the day via photos and videos of what's happening. There are other places that do not do that, and it's a great service - you've got a comfort of knowing that he's fine and interacting well with other dogs. When he returns home, there's always pleasant exchange and a quick summary of how the day went. Our first attempt at day care with different services would simply open the door and drop him off and that was it - no feedback, no real indicator of how things went. You want this, and Victoria and team are giving it. I recommend going and sitting with Victoria for a quick pre-screen - you'll be very pleased. In an era where customer service is so critical and immediate response time is expected, these folks are on top of their game. read more

I had a wonderful experience with SIT, and I would highly recommend them for pet services -- especially if you're a bit of a nervous pet parent like I am! I went to Europe for ten days last month, and have never left my two shih tzus (plus two cats) with anyone other than my parents before, so I was a bit nervous. Victoria was incredibly thorough and patient in the process of meeting my pets and learning about their individual needs and quirks. She stayed in touch while I was gone, emailing me daily with pictures and updates -- this immediately put my mind at ease and I could see how happy and content my little guys were. One of my dogs needs medicine 3x per day plus bi-weekly baths for allergies, and Victoria had no problem with this. When I came home, my place was absolutely spotless, but most importantly, I could immediately see that all of my little ones were happy, healthy, and well taken care of. read more

SIT Social is unlike any dog day care I've looked into. It truly is a dog lounge and I can go on for a while about all the great accommodations. A couple of the great features: VERY clean compared to other places I looked it; the smaller groups allows the dogs to roam around and play with each other; fancy benches for them to lounge/ relax on when they get tired; their pick up and drop off service is so convenient; and my pup comes home smelling better than when they picked him up! If you think the pictures are adorable, wait until you actually visit their facility and send your dog for a day.. Worth every penny! Thank you Victoria & team! read more

I am so glad I found out about this event! The class was sooooo much fun and worth every penny. I can't paint to save my life and yet my painting of Louie looks just like him, from the sad puppy-dog eyes to the texture of his fur! And they were accommodating to us to come back and finish our paintings when we weren't able to finish the background within the 3 hours. We are definitely coming back to paint my girlfriend's parents dog and my parent's dog! read more

I recently used SIT to watch my cat and they were amazing. Victoria came to my house prior to the first visit to meet my cat and she brought treats. This was the first time that I have gone away and not come home to a crying cat. Victoria really took care of her. I will be using them again. read more

Just started taking my 8 week old frenchie here. Was super nervous at first for him to be around tons of other dogs and not knowing what he was up to all day. Victoria has made me feel super comfortable with daily updates as well as keeping me very informed. Definitely recommend! read more

I cannot speak highly enough about this place. And if my puppy Whitaker could speak, he would ask if he could add another star. I have a dog walker come once a day (some times twice for a puppy-out) and I have Whit go to the dog lounge at least once a week. It's awesome and super convenient as they even pick up and drop off Whit after daycare. Plus, they have an app now which makes booking walkers and the dog lounge a breeze. I've run into the walkers a few times and they are super, super nice. And you can tell they really love the dogs they walk. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a walker or dog daycare. read more

I've been taking my puppy to SIT Social for several months now. She couldn't be more excited to see her doggie friends at drop off and good and tired when I pick her up at the end of the day. Ian and crew have taken great care of my pup at daycare and boarding. And the pupdates are always fun and reassuring! read more

When my wife and I adopted our dog, a friend recommended Sit Social for dog walking. After some research, we ultimately chose Sit because of Victoria's excellent customer service - both for us and our pup. Victoria is super responsive, via their custom app and also over phone and email. She was so helpful and patient in answering our myriad of questions and never made us feel like the crazy dog parents that we are! The whole Sit team is great - they genuinely like spending time with our dog and go out of their way to make him (and us!) feel special - with picture updates from walks and messages letting us know how he is doing while at daycare. We use the dog walking, dog daycare and boarding services - I'm happy that we can use one provider for all three services. It makes me feel better knowing my pup gets to see the same people over and over and gets used to the same sights and smells at daycare. When we board him, it makes us feel far less guilty knowing that he is going to hang out with his buddies for a few days and won't even notice we are gone! I love to see his tail wag like crazy when he greets one of his dog walkers because he knows he's in for some fun! I cannot speak highly enough of Sit's team and their services - I am grateful for my friends recommendation - we love Sit! read more

I hired SIT based on their yelp coupon. We have used several dog walking services in the city in the past and they have all been fine but many would constantly forget to text me after a walk if at all leaving me to have to call when I was out of town worrying that they forgot about me . That was not the case with SIT Victoria texted me pictures and updates before and after each walk so I never worried about my dog being taken care of how other companies don't realize that sending texts and pictures of the pets during the walk is a form of cheap advertising that will make you remember their service is beyond me. She brought treats with her and even wrote a thank you note when the job was complete . SIT is trying to do business the way it should be done and put in the extra effort so you remember them. I will continue to use them in the future. read more

Truly - this company is nothing short of AMAZING!! Finding someone to trust is obviously a big worry with any pet owner but the guys at SIT truly are incredible and I trust them whole heartedly with my precious dog. They are personable, professional and make you feel like everything is taken care of while you're at work or wherever. The two best parts are that you have the same walker every time so your dog gets to know and love them AND that they send you a text with a picture and update of how the walk went!! I look forward to that update every day! Mike and the rest of the team at SIT have been a lifesaver and I will use them as long as they'll have us! HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

I love my walker! She comes 2 to 3 days a week. She always sends funny photos so I know she's there! Also I know my puppy gets a good walk because she's always exhausted on dog walk does which I love so I get some rest. You can also book a walk on short notice! read more

Thanks to SIT for taking care of my boy while I was out of town. Kylie & Victoria came to my rescue when Kyo got sick the day I was scheduled to leave. They made an after hours visit to check up on Kyo and to administer his meds. It was great knowing I had someone to count on and that my bengal cat was in good hands. read more

I've been here for events a few times with my frenchie and always enjoyed the atmosphere and open space. Recently decided a smaller daycare might be a better fit for her and gave it a shot, everyone was super helpful and Josie didn't want to leave when I picked her up but was exhausted when I got her home which I think is the sign of a happy pup who played all day. read more

The guys at SIT are incredible. We planned out trip very poorly and didn't contact SIT until the last moment. We handled everything via text and in real time, which was super convenient. They got the kitties fresh water and wet food, refilled the dry food, changed the litter, and played with Harvey & Puck, and then sent us photos of our babies. Decently priced for the peace of mind it gave us! We will be using SIT every time we leave town and even nights when we can't get home early enough to play with the boys. I cannot recommend SIT enough! read more

I have been using this service for over 2 years and have been very happy with the care they give my dog! From over night sitting to quick senior potty breaks, my 11 year old corgi has been well taken care of. The online appointment process makes it very easy to book in advance or if something comes up. Definitely recommend to any one who needs a dog walker. read more

SO happy I found this daycare for my new puppy! The staff is very friendly and seem to really care about the dogs they take care of. Even after just one visit, I could tell the difference compared to other local daycares. Definitely recommend this place to anyone with a new puppy or smaller breed dog! read more

Our miniature goldendoodle puppy goes to SIT social ~3x/week. He loves it!! He does not finish his breakfast whenever he knows he's going to daycare because he is so excited to get out the door. SIT Social sends a daily pupdate which my husband and I look forward to that includes a picture/video, comments about his demeanor for the day and any key behavior things for us to watch out for. The SIT team recently expanded to include Joe as the manager, who is the dog trainer that actually led the puppy training that our doodle attended. I am confident that Joe is also teaching the dogs good behavior while they are at daycare and we are thrilled that our puppy is not only having a great time but learning good habits. Our puppy comes home tired and happy every day that he goes. On his first day, he was unsure of how to play with other dogs, and now 6 months later there is no place he'd rather be. The team at SIT is flexible and we can book daycare with short notice (the day before) without any issue, The location is right in our neighborhood and very convenient. read more

Our dog Wayne has been going to SIT since he was 3 months old. He loves playing there everyday. We love working with Victoria, Ian, and all of the employees at SIT. They know all of the dogs extremely well and we completely trust them to care for Wayne whether it is at daycare or boarding while we are out of town. They go above and beyond to accommodate last minute requests and always provide "pupdates" so we know how our little guy is doing throughout the day. We trust them to give Wayne his medicine and love that Wayne has a home away from home each day. read more

Ever since we started with Sit Social we have been thoroughly impressed with their services--and we've pretty much used them all. We love the 3 day a week daycare 2 day a week walk deal. Dakota (our 6 month old pup) is sometimes tired on her daycare days since she uses up so much energy with the other pups. We are sent daily pictures showing how much fun she has--these pictures make our day. We have also had the opportunity of being at home when Dakota is picked up for daycare and she is SO INCREDIBLY excited when Kelli comes to get her! Victoria has been amazing--everything from her training session to treat recommendations to boarding Dakota--she is our go to person when it comes to our bundle of love. We are so lucky to have found Sit Social and would highly recommend their services to anyone living in the city. We have driven by Sit Social and Dakota was trying to get out of the car--she loves it there so much. She also comes home smelling wonderful =) read more

I am so happy with the team at SIT! Victoria, Trey & Clare are so loving to my puppy, and I know that my pup looks forward to her walks/play dates every day. I look forward to reading the updates and seeing the pictures while I am at work. The team has a genuine interest in caring for the pets. I also love being able to book walks and pay online - so convenient! read more

The SIT staff is amazing. Victoria and her group are all animal lovers. I use them for dog walking services, and I know Holly (my dog) is in good hands. They send me texts and pics with updates. At first Holly was really nervous around some of the male staff, but Victoria went out of her way to help ease her comfort, and that made me so happy. I'll recommend this group to anyone, and if I ever need overnight services, they're first on my list. :-D read more

Always on time and made sure even in the middle of winter our pup got a good run a round!!!!!! LOVE SIT!!!

I have been using SIT for a couple months now and so far it's gone very well. The texts with a picture every walk is nice. Their billing and scheduling is a little arduous, but that system is being overhauled soon, it sounds like it should be much better. read more

Awesome space! We had a dual bday party for our yorkies and it was a blast! Would def recommend and host our next dog event here!

I recently contacted SIT for a last minute sitter for my recently adopted cat. Since then, I have already asked them to come three more times and I definitely plan on using SIT in the future! I met with Victoria, and her team is extremely helpful and professional. The appointment and payment websites are easy to use. They have provided useful updates and they have been both accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommended! read more
