My wife and I recently moved and we wanted to buy the most comfortable bed out there no matter the cost. We went on a weekend are were quickly greeted by Ricardo. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he was able to share with us many different styles and explained the difference in all. We went back several times until we finally decided to go with our dream bed. Ricardo was friendly and we chatted as if we knew each other for years. Today our bed was deliver. My two delivery guys Kevin and Carlos were awesome from the beginning to end, but most important they work fast. They put the bed together and quickly and did not leave a mess like other companies in the past. Although they are still somethings missing not due to their fault, they were able to assist me and by tomorrow I should have my order completed. My trip to Sit & Sleep in Carson was a great experience, on my 1st visit I went to purchase a mattress for my husband who is partially disabled. The salesman by the name of Justin was really helpful, he guided me through the process of purchasing the bed, mattress & night stand. Justin explained the purchase thoroughly, he informed me if there was a problem after it was delivered to my home, just give him or his Supervisor Teresa a call. There was a Problem with the height of the mattress when they put it together, my husband slept on it one night & realized there was something not quite right with the mattress, one phone call to Justin he rescheduled a fix appointment, then I decided that the original bass was too dangerous at the legs of the bed, Teresa scheduled a 2nd appointment for them to remove them & fix all problems. We went into the store again & had the opportunity to meet Teresa, she was so delightful, helpful & sweet... I highly recommend this location & the personnel of this location!!!!! read more

I have been in need of a new bed for quite some time now and finally decided to do something about it. My plan was to visit several mattress retailers over the weekend to weigh my options before making a decision. This was the first place I visited. Upon entering I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Teresa Martins. Her manner was very easygoing and non-pressure but above all else, she was very friendly and helpful and absolutely went out of her way to provide as much insight and consultation as possible. This despite the fact that I told her upfront that I was simply just looking. She offered to give me a test whereby you lie on a mattress while a computer analyzes your bodies pressure points and then provides a recommendation as to the type of mattress you are best suited for. This test only takes 2-3 minutes but is absolutely worthwhile. To make a long story short, I wound up purchasing an adjustable queen bed. There was just something about the way Teresa took the time in answering all of my questions and providing suggestions that made me feel as if I didn't need to look elsewhere. She is a very knowledgeable, friendly and consummate professional who will not high-pressure you. I am very happy with my purchase both in the quality of my bed and the great price! Expecting a hard sell, I was very relieved to meet a very knowledgeable and courteous salesman. He is from the area himself and was very patient. He answered all of our questions and even anticipated those we did not know to ask. We changed our minds often, took our time but he absolutely did not pressure us. Visited the Caron Sit N Sleep on Sat 03/16/2019 morning, good vibe when we walked in greeted by Teresa Martins, very nice lady. We told her we were shopping for a twin/XL mattress and box spring. We had a brand in mind King Koil, after we researched online for the best quality and price. Teresa took us straight to floor sample, we decided it met our expectations and made the purchase. Happy with the price, and transaction went smoothly, no pressure to add to sale. I would recommend anyone who is shopping for a mattress to visit this store first. She informed us to could have it delivered the same day, and FREE delivery. I thought wow, FREE delivery, we opt for next day. Still way better than having to wait a typical 2 weeks for your delivery to be scheduled. We received a e-mail and phone call to notify us of the time when we should expect our delivery, it was a 3 hour window, still way better than some retailers who have you waiting most of your day. Delivery guys Nick and Marlon T-84, these guys rock! Courteous and polite, quick, in and out. I feel a review was definitely warranted because this team deserves it! We bought a 1000 USD mattress here and it is really bad. Me and my husband have slept there almost a month and we are now suffering back pain. It is also not designed for two people because we sink in the middle. We cannot exchange it, just until a month and we are desperate.
