Never got a call back either. Went to Bob's Furniture down the street and bought the mattress from them. I bought a mattress there 2-3 years ago and someone was always there and store was actually 'OPEN'. Good luck with your shitty business tactics.

She is very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated the fact that she called the suppliers directly to verify the "double rub count" which is a measure of a fabric's durability. Unlike other shops that try to dump the excess fabric they have in stock for your project, she genuinely tries to do the best to suit your specific needs. I was well informed of different types of materials and she was transparent with the whole process without any pressure to upsell. The best part is, along with the quality workmanship, choices, and information, she had the BEST price around and she got the project done faster than what she had promised. If you have any upholstery needs, you owe it to yourself to give Ellie a call. Thank you Sofa Stop, I'll be back for any other projects in the future. FIVE STARS!!!

We recently had to buy a new mattress and have it delivered to Fort MacArthur Airforce Base. Eder…read morewas our sales associate. The sale was easy and pleasant, but the delivery was a mess. It had nothing to do Mattress Firm or Eder and his associates. The third party delivery company they have to use was not following instructions about proper identification and kept sending drivers who could not enter the base. Eder was so great, after the 2nd delivery attempt he personally loaded up the mattress in his own truck, drove it on to the base and single handedly carried it up two flights of narrow stairs and set it up all by himself. He did this all with a smile and professionalism. I have never seen customer service like this, he fixed a problem that wasn't even his to fix. He also gave me a refund on some of the charges as well as an apology. Again, the mess of delivery was all because of the third party delivery company, and Eder made sure it was fixed. Its hard enough doing military moves and deliveries on and off base, so to have someone like Eder to help make it as easy as possible, I will always recommend. Thank you.

They were unique and not the usual tables, sofas, chairs, and decor at the big chain furniture stores or expensive mall galleries. Rugs are difficult to value based on many factors, somewhat like diamonds. In my case, I was quoted a price for repair (binding) a rug in an email. The mail was not written in standard English. When I delivered the rug all they would talk about was cleaning the rug for the price quoted. They were going to have someone else pick up my rug and give me a quote. Catalina does not actually do repairs at all. Swell, wasted my time. I'll google a binding shop instead.

HORRIBLE WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS…read more We called Rose and asked her to come in and drop off a rug we wanted to get cleaned. Her husband then stepped in and denied to take in the rug and immediately rolled it up. Since cleaning was not an option we thought about buying another rug. Rose's Husband immediately said no and asked us to leave. He got behind us and started desperately pointing toward the door. We didn't get a chance to see or get help from them. Customer, please do not visit this location. They seemed to not like us as customers and acted very discriminatory towards us. After we got out of the establishment I told Rose how we felt and she laughed it off saying her husband is just busy with their son's wedding. I'm sorry. Because you're busy is not a reasonable excuse to treat a customer so poorly. Please don't visit this establishment there is a better establishment I can recommend in Montrose. As a business they should strive to treat customers better and improve communication skills with customers.

Prior to going to their place I had gone to a large carpet warehouse up north while visiting my son and daughter-in-love. Their prices were higher and while huge they had nothing I wanted. Taylor and Wendy's place was tiny by comparison, but they had almost everything I was looking for. Not only did I come away with area rugs for three bedrooms, the kitchen table, stair treads for my staircase, Taylor had a piece of in and outdoor carpet cut for my front entrance that fit perfectly! When the rugs were delivered, I found he had bound a runner from what was left of the carpet used for the circle rug under my kitchen table that gave me carpet in my hallway -- so nice! He also sent a remnant roll from what was left after cutting the front door mat. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I will be back for more of my carpet needs.

Once we picked the replacement fabric Quatrine came up with several invoices charging $500 per pillow and didn't even include the appropriate credit for what we had already paid.
