They were unique and not the usual tables, sofas, chairs, and decor at the big chain furniture stores or expensive mall galleries. Here, the items were like hotel pieces and the prices were reasonable. We ended up getting a wall decor and a pair of arm chairs that were unique and functional at the same time.

Their sofas are comfortable and they have a great set up inside so you can see what it may look like in your home. Their prices are just a tad high, but everything we saw was made well. The service is nice. They don't make you crazy the minute you walk in the door. We were able to look around and when ready we grabbed a lovely sales associate. They also have dinner wear and art. I love the art they had up but it was out of my budget for now, but I will be back. They pack up everything so nice and check out is easy. They are open on the weekends too which is nice. What we wanted was in stock. It is my understanding that some items have to be ordered, but we did not do that so I can no give an opinion. But we love the store.

She is very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated the fact that she called the suppliers directly to verify the "double rub count" which is a measure of a fabric's durability. Unlike other shops that try to dump the excess fabric they have in stock for your project, she genuinely tries to do the best to suit your specific needs. I was well informed of different types of materials and she was transparent with the whole process without any pressure to upsell. The best part is, along with the quality workmanship, choices, and information, she had the BEST price around and she got the project done faster than what she had promised. If you have any upholstery needs, you owe it to yourself to give Ellie a call. Thank you Sofa Stop, I'll be back for any other projects in the future. FIVE STARS!!!

I returned there recently to attempt to purchase an additional piece of furniture. When I entered the store, nobody offered to help me and I had to go on a scouting mission on my own to find the type of table I was looking for. Before I left one of the sales people was helping me, after I approached him. He was supposed to call me last week about purchasing an additional table, and after a week of waiting, I still haven't received a phone call from him. The three stars is only because of my experience that I had with Steven. He was an exceptional sales person- very personable - and that was the reason why I decided to do business with this company.

He even provided the measurements and created a cart for me so I could go home, measure my space, and make the best decision. About two weeks later, I returned with my husband so he could see the furniture in person and test everything out. Thanks to all of Ish's help, we felt confident and ended up making our purchase that same day. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service after the sale. Ish followed up to make sure everything went smoothly with my order, and then checked in again after delivery to ensure we were happy with everything. The delivery team was just as impressive.
