Pete Rigas was friendly and helpful in helping me find a suitable mattress and was open to any questions that I had. The delivery was quick and efficient. I admittedly don't do well with salespeople. I am skeptical because I get upsold easily and end up with buyer's remorse. So going in, I was pretty hell bent on not talking to anyone. But Aaron was suuuuper nice and personable. He had us do the bed diagnostic test and then set us loose in the store with two colors in mind, which helped us narrow down our search. The best part is he didn't try to push us toward the most expensive lines and models, which made me feel he really was listening to our wants/needs. We ended up not buying that day but returned a week or so later and got help from Sharon. She upsold me, I admit, but I have no regrets this time. While the ordering and deliver process was fast and efficient, there were some mistakes made. However, Sharon was quick to offer solutions and in the end, I have an AMAZING new mattress (and frame and headboard and sheets) that I couldn't be happier with. We have been talking about getting a new bed for about a year, and we have gone a couple places but could never agree on anything. Then we stayed at Paris in Vegas a couple weeks ago and we both fell in love with the bed there. I found out what kind it was and we decided to get one. The particular mattress we were sleeping on was "Felicity" by Beauty Rest. Felicity is no longer made, so we went into Sit n Sleep and told the salesman, Bill, we wanted the comparable mattress to that one. Bill was very friendly and easy to work with. He showed us three Beauty Rest beds that were close to Felicity. We decided on one that we liked. He showed us another bed like that one, but a different brand. We laid on that and liked it as well. Asked the price, it was a hundred more than the Beauty Rest, but he said if we wanted that he would match the price. We ended up going with the Beauty Rest bed. Ordering the bed was a quick process. Paperwork was filled out in a few minutes and a delivery was set up for two days later. We were in and out of Sit n Sleep in probably 40 minutes. I'm sure it helped that we knew exactly what we were looking for. Monday night I got an automated call that the bed would be delivered between 4 - 8 PM on Tuesday. At about 4:15 on Tuesday a guy called and said he would be at my house in 20 minutes, and he was. Two guys removed my old bed and set up the new one in less than 30 minutes. The price for them to haul away the old mattress and box spring was $15, not bad. The last time we bought a bed we went somewhere in Orange, I don't remember where, but I do recall not caring for the salesperson and feeling like he was trying to wheel and deal us. I didn't feel that way with Bill and I would happily shop at Sit n Sleep again! read more

The store manager, greeted me and had me take the bedMatch diagnostic test to see which bed was best suited for my husband and I. My 2 teenagers were with me and she set them up on an adjustable bed so they could play on their phones while I shopped in peace. She really worked with my budget to find the mattress I would love. It was truly a pleasant buying experience with Sharon. You get to pick a delivery day and they call the night before to give you a 3 hour window. The day of the delivery, the driver called when he was a few minutes away. It's been a few days of sleeping on it now and I wake up so well rested. Bought an $1800 mattress and boxspring set here with a 20 year warranty, within 3 years it collapsed to be virtually unusable. I went in and talked with the manager, he filed a claim and someone came out to check the bed. A few weeks later Sit n Sleep sent us a denial letter citing: * Improper support system - the bed manufacturer called for 5 1x4 slats or 1200 cubic inches providing 1500 pounds of support to the boxspring, in actuality we had in additional 4 2X10 supports adding another 4800 cubic inches providing for over 50,000 more pounds of support. * Stain - even though the bed was always covered with a mattress protector, under some special light they claimed to find some discolourisation. Which makes no sense to me anyway, they claim that a soiled mattress presents danger of biohazard to their employees, but the same employees have no problem handling and hauling away a nasty old bed upon purchase of a new one... what's the difference Larry? Generously, the letter offered a 10% discount off the purchase of a new bed at full retail, or more than anyone pays on any day of the year. Thanks! Instead, we bought our new bed for less than their "lowest prices of the year sale" from Sams Club with a 10 year unconditional money back guarantee... in 9 years and 11 months can carry it in and return it for a 100% refund, regardless of stains, tears (we have cats), or anything else... all we need is to go to Home Depot and buy a $10 mattress bag, like for moving, to hold the mattress. read more
