Great mattress but dont have a problem! Spent close to $14k on a King Koil mattress. Also purchased warranty plan. Made a move across the US early this year and due to work bed moved in and we headed back to CA for work. Bed was damaged in electrical system during move. Because we didn't report in 30 days due to our travel the warranty was useless. We have had little to no help in getting this bed fixed from store or manufacturer! This was one of the most expensive beds in store of which they made a good profit but we are left with nothing more than a regular bed. We have spent countless hours with various companies on phone they have suggested us to call and yet no resolution. That's their help, try this! I could not recommend this store or a King Koil even though I love the bed when it works Which at this point seems will never work again. read more

I would just like to say the customer service at this location is phenomenal. I just purchased a bed here with Norma last Sunday and she went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything about my bed. Upon delivery, I noticed I didn't receive my sheets I ordered. So I called the store and Norma has been a huge help in locating them. Thank you Norma for all your hard work and assistance. Next time you ask to be helped ask for Norma! read more

We bought a mattress and found it didn't meet our expectations so we exercised their 40 day return policy. It couldn't have gone smoother. Charles Nicolas was exceptional in helping us select a new mattress. He had knowledge about all of the products and patience as we searched the store for the perfect mattress. With his help, we were able to arrange an even exchange. I highly recommend this branch of sit and sleep. read more

Love the safety beyond observed in the store. Went in to just look but ended up buying a technogel- favola II mattress. Michael Lucero, ploughing salesman, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of our questions and gave us time to think about our purchase. He gave us, what we felt, was a great deal on top of the Labor Day Sale. Can't wait to try the bed tonight! The delivery was on time! We had Truck 21 with Javier and Edwin. There were pleasant and efficient. Removed the old and placed the new within minutes. read more

Sit 'n Sleep - Ask for Sharon Young she is helpful - Mattresses Near Me - Brea, California

My wife and I decided to go shopping for a mattress on Memorial Day weekend. Sharon, the manager in Brea was amazing. She walked us through all the different types of mattresses, and I feel like we tried almost every mattress there. She listened to our feedback and showed us a mattress that she thought would be ideal for us. After wanting to try many other options, we came back to her original suggestion. She was very professional and knowledgeable about every type of mattress. Her recommendation was spot on and we were very happy with the experience. I have already recommended her to another person shopping for a mattress. read more

I could not be happier with my experience there! :) From the time they greeted us when my wife, son and I went in and all the way until the very end, they were super nice, professional and not pushy at all! :) The lady who helped me (Sharon) really listened to what we were looking for and patiently took us to a bunch of different mattresses to see what we were leaning towards as well as the budget I was trying to stay within. Their prices were very competitive and I am super happy with the mattress we finally decided on. I would highly recommend to my friends to go here when they shop for their next mattress. By the way, the mattress we bought was intended for our trailer. Our house bedroom bed is pretty old but still feels comfy... I think though that we will be going back soon to buy another one (for our bedroom) thanks to the great experience we had there! Thanks Sit n Sleep! read more

Our first time mattress shopping in store. We previously purchased a mattress in a box and after years of sleeping on it, developed bad back pain. We wanted to see other options in store and decided to visit Sit and Sleep Brea since we are local to the area. Really surprised and extremely pleased with our experience and with the level of service, patience, and attention from Dylan. Thank you! read more

Went to Sit 'n Sleep expecting to drop a nice bundle of cash on a new mattress. We were very interested in a hybrid mattress and while we know a good mattress is expensive, we didn't want to break the bank. Ramen was very helpful and we found something we think we'll love! We ended up taking an adjustable platform as well, and it was on sale for President's Day. We're really looking forward to a good night's sleep, and very happy to have a new bed. read more

I needed a mattress set delivered next day. Michael Lucero from this store location, promised me the product was in stock and would be delivered on 5/30. All I had to do is go home and wait for the phone call that would tell me my 3 hour delivery window for the next day. Imagine my surprise and outright irritation when I gEt home and find the paperwork states delivery is on Tuesday. Of course, my email to him went ignored And he did not respond This lack of follow through and broken promise will lead me to never purchase from this business again. It will not matter about the product performance. I have learned very quickly. Not to trust this vendor. read more

Did not have a great experience here. Backstory: I've been looking for a new mattress for awhile. I did tons of research and finally was so tired of it all that I decided to stop in to see all the mattresses first hand. I talked with the sales guy there. At first I felt comfortable and ok with the conversation but he quickly became more condescending when I mentioned that I also was researching foam beds. I asked him if he mind showing me some of the best beds. And then point blank asked me "so no matter what I show you, your not going to buy today?" It went down hill from there. First of all I don't know anyone who just shows up to a mattress store and buys something that day unless they really have something in mind or know about that specific mattress Second of all I was by myself, I was still not certain what I wanted and I already expressed that I wanted my dad there. Still I shouldn't feel humiliated or guilty for not buying something in the spot. After that, the whole time he was showing me the mattresses he was kinda frustrated, didn't really want to talk about the details of each bed. Honestly worst experience. I ended up going to Costco and the mattresses there are great and I didn't feel guilty like the man at the this store made me feel. read more

On today, me and my wife were looking for a quality mattress for our home. Upon entering the facilities, we were greeted by David Mackey, Assistant Manager. We had a myriad of questions regarding various mattresses and their attendant attachments. Summarily, David was very patient, engaging, and professional. Eventually, we did end up purchasing a mattress and other items -- simply because of the way we were treated by David. Ed R. read more

Buying a new Mattress - Norma O was extremely friendly and kind, and very helpful. We told Norma what we were familiar with, other places we had been & mattresses we had tried earlier that day, and ultimately what we wanted - and set a very tight budget. She was up to the challenge. We tried almost 6 mattresses on the floor before settling in on a 'Nectar' mattress. Norma would offer her thoughts, answered our questions, and we ended up very satisfied with our decision / purchase. It felt very thorough, thoughtful, and we will definitely go back to Sit N Sleep. Thank you Norma!! Reason for Not 5 stars - Sit N Sleep did not have the box spring option we need. Norma scoured the inventory and it simply wasn't gonna happen. It's not the end of the world, we just wanted that 1 stop shopping. We will get our box spring from somewhere else. read more

Tyson was very helpful and patient. Explained everything thoroughly and seemed very knowledgeable.

Great experience tonight. David was super knowledgeable with no pressure. Bought new mattress with adjustable base.

We visited the Sit n Sleep store today after going to the store up the street. The salesperson David was super friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He helped us find the best bed for us! Sit n Sleep didn't try and nickel and dime us for all the upgrades the other did... most of that was included in our price. While the bed we choose was expensive, the store had an easy financing option that helped make the decision easy for us! Thanks David and Sit n Sleep read more

My husband and I came into the Brea store and were greeted by Charles. He was a great listener (I complained for a good few minutes about our other "bad mattress experiences"). He showed us exactly what we wanted to see. He didn't try to sell us beyond our budget. And, we were out the door & done with the total process in about 30 minutes. If you happen to go to Brea Sit n Sleep, ask for Charles!! Five star service Thanks so much! Mike & Shannon read more

We ended up buying the mattress plus the protector and two pillows. So we tried the pillows and they are not that great (technoget). We called thinking this pillows have tryout period as well like the mattresses do. Well apparently they don't. They are final sale. We where not told that. And when we called the guy was like ''it's in the tablet that you sign". We'll If i would have known I would have gotten one to try out first. read more
