We decided to check out the Casper mattress store in Brea Mall bc, according to Consumer Reports magazine, Casper makes one of the top rated inner spring mattresses. We had the good fortune of meeting Casper representatives Aubrey Van Kirk and Michael Waldow. They are very knowledgable about the product they sale, congenial and listen to the customer's needs. We bought a king size mattress, platform base and mattress pad from them at a great price. We have been so satisfied with the purchase that we steered our neighbors to Casper. On our search for bed pillows we happened into Casper and were greeted and helped by the sweetest sleep specialist Aubrey VanKirk. She took great care to explain the different pillows were and the benefits of each. I just loved her caring personality and all the time she gave to us. Most sales associates these days have such a 'no care' attitude for customers, but Aubrey is definitely NOT that way at all. And each time we have returned to the store, she continues to shine and has such great customer service. When in the mall, I will go by just to see if she is working and say "hi", she has southern hospitality!! However if you need a comfy pillow, try Casper, so far I'm super pleased with my hybrid pillow. The down not so much, a bit flat and not as supportive as my husband had hoped. Came to check out a mattress. Customer service was pretty good. The lady was friendly and explained a few options and walked us around. We tried 4 different mattresses and ultimately left without purchasing anything at the time because we didn't bring the right vehicle to bring home the mattress. The reason for the 2 star was due to hygiene. All mattress shops I've ever been to offer you sheets of paper to put on the pillows or where you lay your head. I didn't see a dispenser nor was I offered one. Even when I called it out, there was no explanation for why they didn't use them at this shop. For reference, we went to the sleep number store a few shops down and they immediately asked us to use the Sheets for hygiene/sanitary reasons. Seems like a massive oversight by a company that makes most of their consumer revenue off of selling mattresses. Even though we were the first in the store most likely, still pretty concerning in this world in this health landscape that hygiene wasn't a thing. Go figure?!? read more

My husband and I went into the Casper store looking for a new mattress and we were immediately greeted by Jessica. Jessica was so knowledgeable and walked us through each of the mattresses and the different materials and let us try each of them. They let you spend time to lay down in a fairly private enclosed space so you can try any one you want. Jessica then provided us some quotes and a measurement card so we could verify the exact mattress size we needed. (King or Cal King) We came in a few days later and were so happy that Jessica happened to be working when we returned. I had additional questions about some pillows and again she knew the products inside and out and helped determine what would be best for my neck issues. We were able to get our bed ordered and pillow purchased with ease. I'm now sleeping in my comfy Nova Hybrid and couldn't be happier. I saw there was a Casper store at the Brea mall while browsing around and decided to stop by. I was immediately greeted by Eva L. who is the Assistant Store Manager during the last hour before closing. She walked me through the full demo, explaining the material they used and various comfort zones in each mattress and I got to test out each one. There are curtains they close so you can take a few minutes to test out the bed in your own quiet privacy, which I really enjoyed. There was absolutely no pressure to make a purchase and I really appreciated that. Eva demonstrates excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude. OMG buying a Casper mattress was a great experience because of Aubrey at the Brea store. She was so polite and patient. She was very informative and never pushy. She gave us all the time we needed on each mattress. She answered all of our questions and always had a smile. We have been at other mattress stores and have been talked at from salesmen the promised a great deal, hours later walking out with disappointment. Please go to Aubrey for a pleasing visit. I went to Casper to check out different mattresses I saw online. I wasn't sure what to expect and just hoped the associates wouldn't be super pushy. But once I walked in, Eva was so kind and friendly! She gave me a lot of helpful information on the different mattresses that weren't available online and let us try out each mattress. I ended up buying my mattress from the store a few days later and she was so helpful throughout the purchase. Aubrey at Casper in the Brea Mall provided the best customer service. I needed a box spring for my daughter to take up to college. Aubrey took my order over the phone since it was getting close to closing time and had the box spring waiting for me as I pulled up to the mall. When I called and also wanted to order a bed frame she also had it ready to go. Since the box spring went on sale for 50% off the next day Aubrey was nice enough to credit us back the discount when the sale began instead of us having to come back to the store. We originally placed our order for two nova mattress and a split king adjuster base on September 26th. While placing the order the girl helping us kept cussing at the computer and was very vulgar with a bad attitude. The manager came out to help us without a mask on. After not hearing anything we called to get an update on October 17th and we're told the store didn't complete the order and is was sitting in a standby status. We went to the store reordered the same products but again our items have not shipped to this day. Now we are being told they are sold out and it will be another month until they can ship. This is consumer fraud and terrible business practice. Don't waste your time and money on this horrible business who has no cares about their customers. read more

Went into Casper today to just browse at new mattresses. We were promptly greeted by shadara who was so sweet and so kind. Her customer service skills are top tier! After going through the mattresses she recommended for us due to the way we sleep. We went with the nova hybrid as well as the sateen sheets and the quilt. There was no pressure on buying the bed she even gave us a quote without the hassle of feeling obligated to purchase.
