We had a spectacular experience at Sit 'n Sleep, Brea, with Sharon's assistance in the purchase of our beds. We wanted two split twin xls on an adjustable electric base, so we could position our individual mattresses to our comfort without having our spouse being affected. We needed fairly firm mattresses, due to our neck and back pains, along with a superb pillow. We have learned how much a good night's sleep can make the difference in aches and pains in the morning and how interrupted sleep makes for a sluggish and low energy day. This is a huge purchase. Almost as important as buying a house or a vehicle but on a smaller scale, because a bed is something we're in at least 8 hours everyday. It is not something replaced every few years. They are very costly, so we wanted to be sure we were at the right place and had someone who cared about helping us choose the mattress that was right for us. Sharon gave us an enlightening education on what types of mattresses we should look for. I bought a fantastic pillow, as well, that has changed how I sleep and wake up in the morning. The right pillow has always been a difficult find for me. They use this particular pillow on every mattress for their customers to lay on each bed to try out. Every associate, Josh, Tyler and Charles, who helped us at Sit 'n Sleep Brea was fantastic. They were all so kind and helpful and easy to work with. The bed arrived when scheduled and the guys set it up with care and precision and told us how to operate the remote with the various adjustable features. We went to multiple mattress stores over the last few years looking for our personal fit, and we can honestly say, that Sit 'n Sleep is our new go-to. They carry multiple bed manufacturers to choose from, as truly one size does not fit all. The 120 day guarantee for our mattress eased our minds considerably with our purchase. Knowing that we could return to exchange, if need be. At first we thought we might have made the wrong choice, as brand new mattresses start out more firm, but it took about two months to break it in to where we felt like this was indeed the one. It gave us peace of mind knowing that through the interim we were not stuck with a mattress that was not for us. In the end, our purchase was one we are extremely pleased with and are very thankful for both it and the warranty, should we need it for the electric base and the mattresses. We were glad we stopped in we arrived pretty early which made it nice because the store was not busy. Josh was the guy we met as we walked in. He was very friendly, calm, helpful and well versed in sit n sleep line of mattresses and what we probably need for a better sleep. They use to be where the New Barnes and Nobles bookstore is and next to the once carters Baby/kids clothing store. I met Roland 1st at the Taste of Yorba Linda 2 years back. He had a booth there promoting his business with a spin a wheel for merchandise swag he was giving away. Mee and a girlfriend was the lucky winner to score a travel pillow. Fast forward to now, my son took that travel pillow for himself so I'd like one for my traveling . Stopped into the new current location to purchase a few more travel pillows. The showroom has a really pleasant fresh aroma scent. Very welcoming along it was huge spacious and clean. So many different type of mattress for your needs. Love the modern headboard too they sell. Feeling the mattress you can tell it's good quality and it'll be a great investment for the long haul to get a good nights sleep you use daily'. Associate Josh was really nice and answered all of my questions. This business has been open since 1984, family owed and passionate about their mattresses they offer. As we are nearing the end of August, the place is jampacked with Halloween and fall decor, ghosts, skulls, pumpkins, galore! They have a ton of inventory with a good variety of merchandise, the staff is friendly, the store is neatly kept, and everything is organized within the aisles. Given inflation has impacted anything and everything that we purchase, I will say that the price points for all items are slightly higher than what we're probably used to in the past 4 to 5 years. They do have an aisle dedicated to sale/clearance items, not the most quality product products but every now and then you can find a little hidden gem!

He took down my information and told me that he would call me back. He called back the next day and let me know that he needed to get a hold of the gentleman at the warehouse, that he would be off, but someone would call me. I had forgotten about it, and assumed they had forgotten about me. It is two days later and I received a call back from Zanan, and he was able to acquire the remote replacement for me. The mattress arrived the following week, but unfortunately, we discovered that the underside of the mattress had a tear on the corner. The damage could only be seen by lifting the mattress, so there was no way for us to have noticed it during delivery. I called Mattress Firm and spoke with someone other than Jose. I explained the situation, but I was told they would not exchange the mattress because we had signed off on the delivery. I explained that this was damage underneath the mattress that was impossible for us to see at the time of delivery. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told the manager would not speak with me and that the decision would not be changed. Needless to say, I was extremely upset and frustrated. A few days later, my wife called again and was finally able to speak with Jose. From the moment he heard what had happened, Jose immediately apologized and said he would do the right thing and exchange the mattress for us. He kept his word, and my wife and I received a brand-new mattress without any damage. Jose went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. He took ownership of the situation, treated us with respect, and made sure the problem was resolved. This guy deserves a raise! His customer service was outstanding and completely different from the experience we initially had with his coworkers. A couch that costs several thousand dollars should not be literally falling apart at the seams after one year. Once I counted to 19, I had my son come over and help us put it together. However, we were six missing boxes. Just when I was going to call, they arrived. Once we got the hang of how to put together the recliner and couch it was fine. Take your time, especially with the coverings. I wish they had a service that would set it up for you. I was told they were working on it. Somehow, in the ordering process, we ended up with three Sactional tables and only needed one. His response was abrupt and disrespectful, and in the middle of the interaction he turned his back on us and walked away. I have NEVER experienced such poor and unprofessional customer service. This behavior was shocking, especially in a store that sells high-end products and should prioritize respectful treatment of customers. Scam Artists!!! Buyer beware!!!!! I've worked at a mattress factory before. These knuckleheads…read moresurely didn't plan on that. On Easter Sunday around 2:30, I went into this store and I asked for the least expensive firm 2 sided mattress. I was shown one. I did not spend much time examining the mattress because I did not need to. THE MATTRESS I WAS SHOWN IN THE SHOWROOM HAD METAL BORDERS WITH EDGE GUARDS AND A PLUSH COVER. It took me all of 5 seconds to figure this out (I could give a tutorial on what to look for when purchasing a mattress, ie: 2 sided, no foam encasement, less foam the better, etc etc. BTW springs are the last things to wear down. It is the foam that breaks down). At $599+ delivery for the king mattress only, I did not think it was too expensive, but not necessarily cheap either. I asked about bunkie boards next because I am currently using two 3" latex toppers to sleep on directly on a slatted foundation, with no mattress underneath the toppers. It's pretty comfortable, but I thought getting a mattress with springs would help prolong the life of my latex toppers. Anyways, THE MATTRESS THEY DELIVERED TO ME WAS A CHEAPER FOAM ENCASED MATTRESS THAT HAD AN IDENTICAL COVER, BUT WAS NOT THE METAL ROD EDGED MATTRESS I HAD SELECTED IN THE STORE. These scammers had me sign the plastic wrapping that covered the showroom floor mattress only to have taken that plastic off and use if to wrap another cheaper foam encased mattress and deliver it to my home. Bait and Switch. Never did it cross my mind a store would pull something like this. Naively, I used my debit card with pin instead of using a credit card to purchase the mattress. Once I had called out the driver/salesman/the only guy I encountered during this debacle (not this manager who is responding) for bringing me a foam encased mattress and asked for an exchange or refund (to only hear "all sales are final, this is the mattress you chose, the plastic has your signature") he put his hands on me as if he were trying to shoo me away like I were annoying him. I told him firmly if he were to put his hands on me again that I would call the police. That's when he agreed to refund my money and told me to follow him back to the store. Mind you, I helped unload and load the mattress back onto the van. When we got back to the store, he told me someone was coming to open the shop, but surprise he called the cops on me and stated that I pushed him. Of course this is not true and the cops told me my issue is with this store and this was a civil matter. The policeman told me I could take my mattress or leave it since I did pay for it. In the end, I left the mattress there. I think you can see who is using the threats and violence from reading these posts and replies from the manager. These guys will try to belittle you with name calling and insults to try to somehow validate themselves. The insults came during delivery and continue to the replies online. These people have no ethics or integrity. I am up past midnight because I still feel bad about this matter especially after seeing what this manager (who was not present at all) has written in response to my partner Debbie T's post. She was with me when this all occurred.
