The mattress arrived the following week, but unfortunately, we discovered that the underside of the mattress had a tear on the corner. The damage could only be seen by lifting the mattress, so there was no way for us to have noticed it during delivery. I called Mattress Firm and spoke with someone other than Jose. I explained the situation, but I was told they would not exchange the mattress because we had signed off on the delivery. I explained that this was damage underneath the mattress that was impossible for us to see at the time of delivery. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told the manager would not speak with me and that the decision would not be changed. Needless to say, I was extremely upset and frustrated. A few days later, my wife called again and was finally able to speak with Jose. From the moment he heard what had happened, Jose immediately apologized and said he would do the right thing and exchange the mattress for us. He kept his word, and my wife and I received a brand-new mattress without any damage. Jose went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. He took ownership of the situation, treated us with respect, and made sure the problem was resolved. This guy deserves a raise! His customer service was outstanding and completely different from the experience we initially had with his coworkers. My wife and I will definitely be coming back to Mattress Firm, and we will be looking for Jose when we do! Thank you, Jose, for taking care of us and standing behind your word.

They use to be where the New Barnes and Nobles bookstore is and next to the once carters Baby/kids clothing store. I met Roland 1st at the Taste of Yorba Linda 2 years back. He had a booth there promoting his business with a spin a wheel for merchandise swag he was giving away. Mee and a girlfriend was the lucky winner to score a travel pillow. Fast forward to now, my son took that travel pillow for himself so I'd like one for my traveling . Stopped into the new current location to purchase a few more travel pillows. The showroom has a really pleasant fresh aroma scent. Very welcoming along it was huge spacious and clean. So many different type of mattress for your needs. Love the modern headboard too they sell. Feeling the mattress you can tell it's good quality and it'll be a great investment for the long haul to get a good nights sleep you use daily'. Associate Josh was really nice and answered all of my questions. This business has been open since 1984, family owed and passionate about their mattresses they offer. We had a spectacular experience at Sit 'n Sleep, Brea, with Sharon's assistance in the purchase of our beds. We wanted two split twin xls on an adjustable electric base, so we could position our individual mattresses to our comfort without having our spouse being affected. We needed fairly firm mattresses, due to our neck and back pains, along with a superb pillow. We have learned how much a good night's sleep can make the difference in aches and pains in the morning and how interrupted sleep makes for a sluggish and low energy day. This is a huge purchase. Almost as important as buying a house or a vehicle but on a smaller scale, because a bed is something we're in at least 8 hours everyday. It is not something replaced every few years. They are very costly, so we wanted to be sure we were at the right place and had someone who cared about helping us choose the mattress that was right for us. Sharon gave us an enlightening education on what types of mattresses we should look for. I bought a fantastic pillow, as well, that has changed how I sleep and wake up in the morning. The right pillow has always been a difficult find for me. They use this particular pillow on every mattress for their customers to lay on each bed to try out. Every associate, Josh, Tyler and Charles, who helped us at Sit 'n Sleep Brea was fantastic. They were all so kind and helpful and easy to work with. The bed arrived when scheduled and the guys set it up with care and precision and told us how to operate the remote with the various adjustable features. We went to multiple mattress stores over the last few years looking for our personal fit, and we can honestly say, that Sit 'n Sleep is our new go-to. They carry multiple bed manufacturers to choose from, as truly one size does not fit all. The 120 day guarantee for our mattress eased our minds considerably with our purchase. Knowing that we could return to exchange, if need be. At first we thought we might have made the wrong choice, as brand new mattresses start out more firm, but it took about two months to break it in to where we felt like this was indeed the one. It gave us peace of mind knowing that through the interim we were not stuck with a mattress that was not for us. In the end, our purchase was one we are extremely pleased with and are very thankful for both it and the warranty, should we need it for the electric base and the mattresses. All of that said, is why I confidently recommend Sit 'n Sleep for your mattress choice ... and thank you to Larry too.

We were glad we stopped in we arrived pretty early which made it nice because the store was not busy. Josh was the guy we met as we walked in. He was very friendly, calm, helpful and well versed in sit n sleep line of mattresses and what we probably need for a better sleep. This is a big purchase but the price was better here and I think we would have regretted it if we bought a bed somewhere else.

Mattress Firm had a great incentive for the Tempur-pedic bed we were interested in, $300 accessory credit (pillows etc) and 3% back. It was definitely a hard deal to beat. I also found a pillow that I fell in love with here and Leslie helped me identify a good pillow for my height and size. I absolutely recommend visiting her (and Yesenia was very nice while we were here as well). Leslie will get you right and keep it 100 which we really appreciated while shopping for a mattress!!

DO NOT CONSIGN FURNITURE HERE!!…read more Through a fantastic moving company, (honestly they were great) trying to help us consign some furniture for a unit in Las Vegas an entire unit from the Waldorf-Astoria, was consigned to this store . They are unwilling and unable to provide receipt receipts with redacted customer information on how much these items actually sold for and scribbled on an inventory sheet how much they claim that they have sold for. The woman, Chris, basically told me that she's not going to do that and then hung up on me. I have never encountered a less professional consignment store in the years that I have consigned furniture, personally and professionally.. they donated a side table without giving us the opportunity to pick up nor did they give us any notification that they were going to donate it. I would avoid this place like the absolute plague it is.. as soon as they take your money, they do not want to be held liable for proving how much the furniture actually sells for. There are numerous other places that will be honest and be able to provide receipts with redacted customer information. They claimed to be a "mom and pop shop" but the inventory list is printed from some sort of inventory software, I assume the sale price should also be listed in the same system (how else would they be able to keep track of the consignment amounts to be paid out?- it's by contract number). They are dishonest and rude and dismissive. Of the over $10,000 worth of furniture that they take 50% of.... It's not with the headache or the loss of income. Do not do business with this store, and "Chris" you should probably retire if you're so absolutely miserable and rude to the people who are providing you with income. Shame on you.
