LITERALLY, I struggled to find a better price with the same quality of their mattresses in La Puente, West Covina, Walnut, and Industry. My ikea bed was just not cutting it and after a while they fall apart. I went through so many places looking for new bedroom sets but everything is so expensive! I purchased a mattress sack for my original mattress. When the exchange occurred the delivery guys removed the sack from the mattress and put it on the new exchange mattress. I removed the mattress protector sack this week and discovered my mattress was covered in brown hair!! My hair is purple and grey. I contacted them and sent pictures via text. I've left voicemails. They are ignoring me!! No return responses at all. No longer will I refer family and friends to them. It's disappointing that the wonderful service I experienced a year ago isn't there today. Buyers beware!!! Inspect that mattress upon arrival! Don't trust the plastic bag trick.

I was shopping for my parents' new place for furniture, bedding and all. I was always greeted warmly and never felt pressured--just genuinely helped at this place. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in both comfort and style for my parents. I ended up purchasing a beautiful bedroom set with nightstands and a mattress that I absolutely LOVE. On top of that I ordered a beautiful backyard double swing with red cushions and other items, The quality is outstanding and the price was more than fair. But what really sealed the deal for me was the delivery crew. These guys, Mình and Horacio, were exceptional--professional, punctual, respectful of my parents' new home, and extremely efficient. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up perfectly, even offering to adjust the placement until I was 100% happy. They handled everything with care and left no mess behind. It's rare to see that level of pride in a delivery team these days. If you're in the market for furniture and want a stress-free, top-notch experience, go to SleepPeeps. Great people, great products, and seriously outstanding service. Highly recommended! The SleepPeeps is the only way to go shopping with the economic budget these days !!

I can't remember when I've ever encountered a more knowledgeable, personable, and professional salesperson than Lisa Marie. We thought we knew what we wanted but were not 100% sure; we just knew we wanted a better premium mattress. That's when Lisa Marie took over and walked us through your entire showroom, explaining the features and benefits of various mattresses and price points. There were no high-pressure or heavy-hand sales tactics; there was genuine, honest, sincere, and excellent customer service. After leaving the store, we returned across the street to look at the local department store options again before making our final purchase decision. After a few hours of additional shopping, we returned and purchased the $6,000 Aviara Luxury Aireloom brand mattress. Lisa Marie earned the sale and our trust! I can assure you, your competition doesn't have anyone who even comes close to her skill set. We just took delivery and set, and everything arrived in perfect condition! Steve W.
