The street layout was mapped out during the local land boom that was tied to the railroad. Today, it still remains a quaint row of Old World shops. We walked past a few antique shops, the Ace Hardware store that's been the town's cornerstone since 1935, as well as the famous 1887 Queen Anne-style Victorian "Walker House" and home to Vincenzo's Terrazza Italian restaurant. The man working was very nice and made great conversation, which really added to the experience. I always love stopping by when I'm in the area and seeing what they have. Definitely worth a visit if you love all things tiki and Hawaiian!
