    New Miniso in La Habra

    This is for the new location that opened in La Habra Marketplace (Beach Bl/Imperial Hwy). It's near Smart and Final, next to the sushi restaurant. My daughter asked to stop by after Sprouts. They play contemporary pop music for the youngster millennials, lol. There's a bunch of miscellaneous licensed stuff from Disney and Sanrio ranging from plushies to beauty care and stationary goods. It's a little girl's dream and a parents nightmare lol. At least for me, my child rearing days are over, haha. Since I wasn't looking too closely, I'm not sure how costs compared with other retailers. The cashier's are asking to sign people up for a mailing list at check out.

    This store has sooo many adorable items. We could not resist and got a couple items. Prices are a little high but honestly at the end of the day you will still pay the price. Service is good and the only thing is that I believe it's only CC and/or exact cash.

    This miniso is located inside the Brea Mall. There is plenty of parking and I usually park by the Kura Sushi Bar. It is across from Urban Outfitters. I have been to many Miniso's and this is on the smaller side but not as small as the cerritos one. They have two self serve check outs and the cashier. I usually never see anyone at the register so you have to wait there or flag down an employee to ring you up. This can get busy on weekends but overall it's a good spot. I come here for the sanrio themed items and love their plushies. They have a ton of blind boxes and sanrio product. I couldn't find their lego type stuff that I have seen at other Minisos. I think the blind boxes can be a bit expensive but they are so addicting. Definitely a fun childhood feeling and excitement.

    It was a really bad experience for me. Although it wasn't a large sum of money, I paid by credit card at that time. The cashier told me that the payment didn't go through and asked me to pay again. I told her that my bank had already approved it. She still insisted that the payment didn't go through, so I paid again. There's no doubt that I paid twice. I don't want to go back and argue over this money, but it made me feel very uncomfortable.

    Last week my family and I came to this store in the Brea mall and my daughter bought three boxes called Petado!! She ended up getting two of them the same figures. So I had went today to return one of them remind you she obviously had to open the box to see what she got and it had a small rip on the box but the figure one in the plastic wasn't even opened. So you think they would return or exchange it but nope! The manager obviously is dumb doesn't care about keeping customers satisfied. Top it off she or he didn't even come out an employee had to let me know. I told my daughter you got ripped off. Those figures were pricey too. So if you plan on buying something here beware they won't do any exchanged or return it. So disappointed!

    I purchased a wireless mouse yesterday, and it was defective. I took it back today to exchange, and they told me they can not exchange or return anything that's not in the original condition. They said it says on the receipt. The receipt that I brought back with the product read: "Return and Exchange Policy, new, unused or defective merchandise purchased in Miniso stores maybe returned and exchanged within 7days of purchase at the original store" I am not sure which part of the policy I was not following and they said they CANNOT do anything because the product has been opened. Yes, it is opened because that's how I found out it I DEFECTIVE. The part timers there were not well trained, and they kept repeating the same thing. I read the policy on the receipt because they kept saying, "Our policy says...", and they finally called the manager. The manager said that she heard everything, plus I was making a scene and talking in not well mannered way. OMG, I just read the policy on the receipt!!!! "Please tell me which part I am not following on the policy printed on the receipt!!!! She said, "unused" part I was not following. But it says OR "DEFECTIVE" and yes it is "unused" because I wasn't able to!! So there, I was making a scene because I was following and reading their policy that they do not clearly understand. This place is not worth it.

    This might have been our third or fourth time in Miniso. We usually buy mostly the crisps or snacks. However, this time my son wanted to try the 5.00$ mystery bag. It was actually a cool buy. However, there was a little bit of a mix up with the mystery bag. Supposedly someone put some things in the mystery bags that were not supposed to be in the bags. Some things that were much more expensive than the 30.00 value you were to get if you got the mystery bag. The manager (and staff) on duty politely took care of the situation and really made up for the mistake and confusion. I was pleasantly surprised with the way they handled the situation. Of course I could tell the manager was upset at the mistake that was made, any manager would be. Receipt from the day and time we made this purchase is attached to this review so people know this wasn't made up, I just wanted to let the staff and manager know how much I appreciated the way they handled this.

    I've been coming to this Miniso every now and then since they've opened here in Brea. I feel like they got more popular these past couple months. My daughter loves coming here often because they are now getting more Sanrio items. They must be under new management because it definitely seems better off now compared to before. I hope this Miniso continues to get more Sanrio merchandise like I've seen from other countries.

    Worst customer service I have ever encountered tonight. We purchased a Strawberry milk flavored Lip Balm. The outer box stated "Strawberry Milk" but when my daughter open the box, it had a Watermelon Lip Balm inside. We went to the store tonight to ask for an exchange. Jasmine assisted us. She opened the lip balm, smelled it, and stated it was Strawberry. Jasmine then asked another store employee Ariel to smell it and without looking at the product, Ariel also stated that it smelled like Strawberry. Jasmine stated that there was nothing she can do. We told both girls that all our family members smelled it and it smelled like Watermelon to us. At this time, Jasmin all of sudden stated, "I am going to let our customers smell this lip balm and see what they said." She walked around and let random customers smell our lip balm. We can hear very clearly to the right of us two customers that smelled the product and both said it smelled like Watermelon. I was very upset when Jasmine did this without asking our permission and it was very rude for Jasmin to allow random people to smell a product that I purchased so she could prove her point. I don't her I don't want the same lip balm anymore. Jasmine took a different lip balm that has Strawberry milk on the outer box and threw the original one away. We didn't even get an apology from Jasmine for her actions toward us. But we didn't want to escalate the issues any further, so we went home. When we arrived home, my daughter told me that the lip balm has the flavor labeled on the back of the product. Therefore, I looked again at the new lip balm that we just received, and Jasmine gave me another Watermelon Lip Balm inside the Strawberry Milk box. I had to drive all the way back to Brea Mall and speak to the employees again. This time, Ariel came out and assisted me. I showed Ariel the "Strawberry Milk" outer box and the "Watermelon" lip balm and I asked her to dig out the original lip balm she threw away from the trash can. Both of them have the Strawberry Milk outer box and Watermelon Lip Balm inside. Finally, Ariel realized that we were given the wrong products. I stated that I should get the right product or the store should refund me. Ariel searched the entire shelf but could not find a Strawberry milk lip balm. When she returned, Ariel stated there is nothing she can do because it was not the store's fault, but the manufacturer's fault for not putting the wrong product inside the lip balm box. I had to explain to Ariel that the store and manufacturer go hand in hand, Regardless of the manufacturer's fault or not, the store has the obligation to make things right. At this point, Ariel insisted again that I take the wrong product home because there is nothing further she can assist me with. I then asked to speak to the store manager and she called the manager Kealii over the phone. I wanted to explain to Kealii what happened tonight, but Kealii clearly was not interested in listening to me. Instead of getting an apology for his store employees' actions, Kealii stated that he is refusing any further service because I was rude, yelled at, and cursed at his store employees. Not only did Kealii not want to listen to me (I was never rude nor did I curse at his store employees), but he also went ahead and called Mall Security to stand by so Security can escort me out. Kealii stated that I can raise all my issues to Mini-So Corporate. I felt this store had insulted and humiliated me in every way possible. Instead of treating the store customer with respect and dignity. They treated us like liars and were not interested in solving any issues that has to do with the store products even though we were right. To me, the lip balm is just a small item, but the entire store's attitude raised a big Red Flag. The worst part is, I never even received the right product.

    This is the clear protective plastic I asked to swap out (the other one was very badly beated up and scratched)

This was my 1st time coming to the relocated boutique off Imperial Highway & Yorba Linda Road. Same plaza as EL poLLo Loco or Subway a few doors away. They currently have 2 boutiques due to the Holiday Edition one. Now i know where to find JellyCat plushies for my daughter. She loves them adorable plushie company that makes the cutest adorable so cuddly and soft Plush. They gave it all including tennis balls and pickle ball too! They have an Embroidery GaL that can embroider your special items you've shopped for and want to personalize it. Located at the Holiday Boutique Shop. I'll need to make my way to their original store right across the building, same Plaza. Associates are so friendly here. They are always asking us if we need any assistance or help to find a particular item. LOVE, Love the vibes along with unique cute gifts for everyone including yourself. Parking can be a bit hard since it is in a smaller plaza. Highly recommend stepping your foot into this unique boutique. It's like a hidden treasure chest of Yorba Linda.

They have two stores their boutique and then their seasonal holiday boutique across the parking lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I got my first jellycat here and came back the next day and was so lucky to get a rare one that was not out the day before. The price is the same as online so you don't have to worry about being over charged. The parking lot is kind of small but it's worth it. I love this shop and if you're looking for jellycats definitely come here!

    I wish I could give this place zero stars!! We had a…read moreterrible experience with Full Bloom Cottage & specifically Loretta. She is very rude, un professional, hard to work with & unresponsive. We purchased a vintage dinning table & 8 chairs from her through our interior designer. The whole process of purchasing the furniture from her was a disaster. Around the same time we purchased the pieces, we were going through remodeling in our house so we needed her to hold our furniture for a couple of weeks till we are fully done with remodeling, she declined & threatened us that she will charge us daily if we don't pick up our stuff. Anyhow, fast forward. I had been noticing wood dust coming out of the dinning table & never ever it crossed my mind that could be an active live insect inside the table. So every week, my housekeeper would clean up the dust & then we would see more of it coming out! Until one day I was reading a bedtime story to my 5 year old child & in the story there was a termite eating the table & creating a hole. I was terrified & I immediately called my interior designer. She contacted a few of her friends including Megan at Eloquence to gather some information. After so much research & asking around it turned out that we did have wood Beatles in the dinning table indeed! Both my designer & myself contacted Loretta. She was very unresponsive. She would say that it's been so long from when we purchased the furniture & there is no warranty on the piece but never once she came up with a solution to help us fix the problem. & by the way it took us a long time to get a hold of her, after emailing her a few times & leaving a few voice msgs she finally said to get a quote from a fumigation company for her review & she might cover it partially! She is just a pain to work with. She had no recommendation & thoughts who to call & how to salvage the problem. It was like it wasn't her problem & she didn't care. These vintage pieces should all be treated before transporting & I highly doubt she had treated our table. I mean she had no proof & talking to her is like talking to a wall. She rubs people the wrong way & is just a disaster. Please don't buy anything from her. & if you do please inspect it in details. We had no clue this could happen. It's very disappointing because we spent a lot of money buying our dinning set & most likely we have to get rid of it. It's so disgusting to know there is live active insects inside the table & the holes underneath the table confirms it all.
