After having a memory foam mattress for over 8 years it was time to start looking into purchasing a new mattress. Harry Lambides came to the rescue. He showed me several beds at different price points. Harry sales style was not pushy. He educated me on what each mattress offered then allowed me to make my decision. I purchased a Cali King Technogel mattress. It was delivered today and I am looking forward to the evening to sleep in it. Sit and Sleep, you have a very knowledgeable employee in Harry. I hope you value his services because employees like him are difficult to find. read more

Whenever we buy a new mattress, we have to take our time because it's such an important decision. I was finding it onerous and difficult to research and shop mattresses due to dealers using different names for the same mattress until I went into the Brea Sit & Sleep and met Aaron. Several of my family members are in sales ranging from retail to stocks and bonds; their work ethic is that the customers needs and goals are the priority. Aaron has the same ethic. Exercising infinite patience, he changed my frustrating task into a very pleasant experience. Aaron was not dealing with an easy client. I am an 86 year old retired professor who researches major purchases to exhaustion and asks myriad questions; additionally, my daughter was micromanaging the entire process from Houston. Aaron answered all our questions and even went the extra mile when he took pictures of the mattress I ultimately bought and emailed them to me to forward to my daughter. My mattress was delivered today, and I am delighted with it. Thank you, Aaron, for helping me meet my goals. You are an old fashioned gentleman, and your courtesy and kindness are very much appreciated. read more

The experience I've had here was excellent. I walked into the store and was helped almost instantly. All the staff were wearing masks and gave us disposable cloths to lay on the beds. Sharon the sales rep was so a lot of help, showing me different beds and she thought I would like and was very accommodating. Sharon was so much help I couldn't help myself and ending up buying a mattress. It was such a good experience, I would highly recommend coming here! read more

Came in about a month ago because I needed a new mattress which was super exciting because I had been having a lot of trouble with back pain since I had an older mattress. I went to this store a couple of times because I was so unsure about what I wanted to get and what would work for my budget, and Jordan Ngo has always been extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I appreciate all of the advice he gave me concerning my new purchase. Very happy with the service here and I definitely recommend. read more

Art was amazing and super helpful. Thanks for the great service sir! On the other hand... I bought a mattress and headboard to be delivered and 2.5hrs after the 3hr delivery window and waste of a day I get a call at almost 8pm saying that wouldn't be able to deliver because they needed to pick it up from the store that closed at 6pm. What in the actual F*¢#!!! They said the earliest they could try and deliver was 3 days later!!! Are you kidding me?! The amount of money you spend on VS. the service you get is absolutely BS!!! read more

If you're getting a bed this labor day, be sure to check in with Aaron. Aaron helped us out, and I have to say that if you go to this location be sure to give yourself the advantage and go to him if he's available. He was able to show many bed types to my wife and I, while we had our 5 year old running from bed to bed to bed to bed. He even gave our daughter these cute "bed bug plushies" to help entertain her through the process. We purchased our bed back in May and I'm just writing our review now, we are thoroughly happy with our purchase and would definitely go back here and recommend it to any of our friends. read more

Great service, great product, prompt delivery. Very happy with the new bed I ordered for my parent's house.

We were in and out with exactly what we wanted in 30 min. Service is amazing Sharon took great care of us and was able to work within our needs and budget. She was helpful and very informative. We will be sleeping soundly in our new bed tomorrow! read more

My wife and I had a good experience at the Sit N Sleep location in Brea. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by friendly, smiling faces. The associate that helped us, Alex Smith, was helpful and not a pushy salesman. The Sleep IQ helped us find a mattress that suited both of our sleeping styles and needs. We ended up choosing the Serta Glidewell SPT in the Eastern King size. It has a medium firmness, which is perfect for both of us. Luckily, they had our mattress in stock and were able to deliver it to our house within 2 days. The delivery was quick and very easy. They set up the new box spring and mattress and took the old set with them. I would come back to the Brea location again and I would also recommend family and friends to check it out if they are shopping for a mattress. read more

Pretty sure I got swindled by Michael It was my own fault. He first of all didn't seem very friendly. Then I'm pretty sure he hustled me out of $100 credit that I was entitled to for $20 mattress cover. What can be said, first time spending more than a few hundred on a mattress and I was not interested in over analyzing things as I normally do. Delivery guy knocked over my bbq grill apparently too. Larry would be disappointed. Fool me once.. read more

The store manager Sharon Young made my experience pleasant and joyful. I knew what I needed and she directed me to exactly what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable and caring and not pushy. I highly recommend buying a mattress from this store. They also had the full line of the mattress manufacturers I wanted not just a few selections like some other stores that sell mattresses. read more

Tried 2 different beds from Select Comfort, not happy at all. Sales person seemed more interested in making the sale than helping me find the best bed for me. Went to Sit 'n Sleep in Brea. Salesman Jordan Ngo took the time to show me as many beds as it took to find the right one. He was polite, informative, and very knowledgeable about the subject of sleep and how to find the right bed to meet your body's needs. I would definitely recommend purchasing a bed from Sit 'n Sleep read more

Ron Gonzalez was very patient and helpful in finding the Adjustable Bed with Split Cal King mattress of our dreams (Pun Intended). We decided to buy from Sit N Sleep over Costco because we didn't really want to go through the hassle of returning the bed if we didn't like it. By being able to physically lie in the variety of beds, this would decrease the chance of a mattress return. In my opinion, since beds are essentially investments for good sleep for at least 8 years, shopping for a bed is as important as shopping for a car! Ron is the type of salesman that my husband and I like....very low pressure (not like the "vultures" at car dealerships). The delivery guys arrived on time and put our bed together without any problems and took away our old mattress and box spring. Apparently, this Sit N Sleep store in Brea, CA has been around for 18+ years, which makes me feel better in case we have any problems with our new bed. read more

We went in to "look" at mattresses last week near closing time and were greeted by Gil. I asked him about a mattress special I saw online, but he did not see it on his floor. He listened to what kind of bed I was looking for and also evaluated us on the test bed with all the sensors then proceeded to show us all the mattresses in our price range and firmness. I want to thank him again for being super patient as I went from bed to bed trying to evaluate which one I would purchase at closing time. The delivery was also exceptional. Gilbert and Javier (truck 45) were in communication with their arrival, earlier than my time slot, very cordial and efficient. I have bought a couple mattresses over the years from Sit 'n Sleep and always experience good service and appreciate the financing options. I guess I am a loyal Sit 'n Sleep customer. read more

My wife and I were in need of a new bed and decided to go into sit n sleep in Brea Ca, where we were greeted nicely and dealt with Harry. he went over what we needed to do first and went to the bed where they can map your shape and sleeping habits and came out with the results. Harry wasn't a pushy sales person at all and was very knowledgeable. there's so many types of mattresses on the market, but wanted to get one of the best ones out there for health and comfort reasons and ended up going with the King Koil line of mattresses. we are expecting it on Sunday sometime and can't wait to try the adjustable style bed. I would definitely recommend this store to purchase any of their quality items. Harry treated us with respect and if you're in need of mattress, check out this store and talk with Harry, you won't go wrong. Thanks Harry for making our decision easy and pain free. read more

Came in lookin for a new bed and picked Sit N Sleep since I bought my last mattress from them a decade ago. Michael greeted my family as we walked in and could not have been nicer. We told him what we were looking for and he had us take the quick mattress test. He showed us several mattresses based on the test we took. Once we chose the one we felt most comfortable in, he showed us and explained all the options. We never felt pressured or rushed and was 100% satisfied with his Customer Service and friendly personality. We left confident that we made the right decision and that Michael treated us honestly. We have now had the bed for 3 days and have had the best sleep we have had in years. Thank you Sit N Sleep and especially Michael for the new bed and great sleep we are now getting. I highly recommend this store and make sure to ask for Michael! read more

Purchased a new mattress, adjustable King Coil bed frame, a really nice mattress protector, and some sheets from the Brea Store. Great customer service from Ron Gonzalez and Manager Sharon. No pressure sale, but they both explained differences between mattresses and showed us mattresses based on our preferences. Couldn't be happier about the experience. Mattress was delivered on time today and can't wait to sleep on it tonight! Thank you Ron and Sharon! read more

One star only! Yelp is posting 3 stars! My mattress was delivered and 4-5 inches too tall I had done my research and even visited at least three different SitNSleep stores I suppose if one doesn't have any problems then the high star ratings can be correct. But isn't it strange the "Not Recommended" ratings are all one star? So after measuring and checking everything I could think of, the mattress was too tall when delivered and I spoke to Michael Lucerno and questioned why I was having this problem. He could have cared less and I ended up speaking to the manager, a woman, who helped me. I had 8-10 visits from thier delivery before the correction was made. Many times the new parts were defective in which they were not attached or so loose the delivery people advised me not to accept it. This company has high ratings on Yelp and advertises quite a bit, but you know how helpful they are with service afterward or if you have problems. This company deserves less than one star. Yelp is posting 3 stars even though I am rating it one star! read more

Sharon is very patient for our family's need. Very nice bundle and packages for the whole family.

Jordan N. was incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience shopping here.

Repeat customer! My husband and I recently went from renting a single bedroom apartment to owning our very own condo. We purchased our original queen mattress here back in 2018 and just came back to buy a king mattress. We've both had pretty decent experiences at various Sit n Sleeps, but this past experience was definitely the most friendly and memorable (thanks Sharon Young!!). Sharon was not only super friendly but was really patient with us when we were trying to find the best mattress (our previous one was a tad too firm). Ultimately we settled on a Serta memory foam and have absolutely zero regrets! read more
