From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The service was truly amazing. Our waitress was so kind and patient, she took the time to walk us through the menu, explain different dishes, and even gave us great recommendations based on what we might enjoy. She made the whole experience feel very personal and comfortable. The food was absolutely incredible 10/10. Everything tasted so authentic, fresh, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell each dish is made with care and attention to flavor. Every bite was packed with rich, delicious taste without being overwhelming. I also ordered the tea, and it was so refreshing! It wasn't too sweet at all just perfectly balanced and very smooth. It paired so well with the meal and honestly stood out on its own. This is the kind of place you think about long after you leave. The (standing noodles) Khao Soi Curry - with shrimp #37 dish was outstandingly fun to see & the mix of soft & crispy noodles plus Penang-esque curry had a nice kick to it (even tho it was in the mild category). One staff person revealed this was their grandmother's personal recipe! Our group also ordered: calamari, tom yum soup, Chef's Specials #35 Pad Kraphow Khai Dao (chicken) & 36 - Eggplant, 33 Peneng Curry (chicken/shrimp) + coconut rice As we've been to several Thai places, we can vouch this is legit and you won't be disappointed on the quality and taste. For those that need extra mild dishes - both the Chef's Specials dishes meet this level and were super delish with the flavour of the main ingredients coming thru without being overpowered with sauce. Thai Coconut Chicken Hot Pot has a fusion of HK cafe fish balls but blending Thai coconut flavours that warming and comforting. It reminded me of a really delicious thai/Cambodian spot in Rhode Island! The dumplings in peanut sauce was amazing. Very different. I did order the sweet and sour chicken. It wasn't something I'd order again. It wasn't bad, but it was average. The pad Thai and dumplings were definitely great flavours and what I like in Thai food.

Also asked about spice levels, which range 5 levels. After paying, was asked to go to the far end of the counter to pick-up the order when ready. They were both made to order with the staff cooking the ingredients in woks and then adding them in containers, and adding all the toppings. Also bagged them. They were still hot by the time I got home. Flavour-wise, both were good. Pricing is pretty high considering the portion size and comparing to other Thai restaurants with the same dishes, but understandable considering most other vendors in this Food Hall are also priced similarly for a main course dish. Plenty of seating: either at the counter, tables by the side, sit in other places of the hall, or even outside on a terrace. There's a paid parking lot under the building.
