The entire interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. As a receptionist, your job is to greet customers, be attentive and help create a positive first impression of the business. Instead, I felt like I was interrupting her screen time. First impressions matter, especially for new customers! I came in expecting a friendly and professional environment, but I was met with indifference. Greeted as soon as I walked in and even though I did not receive the confirmation for the online appointment I booked, they had me scheduled, took me early and I added in a manicure for my 8yo. This was a Friday around 6:30pm. I got the Express regular predicure and a gel manicure. Overall service was fast and I was satisfied. I appreciated the extra steps the nail tech took to match the color I picked. Initially it looked totally different from the nail sample when she opened the bottle so she double checked with me and found a better color. It's those little details that will make me return and they were very sweet with my 8yo. Pricing is comparable to other nail places and they do everything. After three coats, it looked nothing like what I requested and was basically a clear glitter polish. I also got my eyebrows waxed. The technician never asked how I wanted them shaped or cleaned up and just started waxing. When she finished, one eyebrow was noticeably thinner than the other. This was especially upsetting since I had engagement photos two days later. The pedicure was average, the nail color wasn't what I asked for, and my eyebrows were very uneven. I won't be returning.
