Good choice if you are in the Flemington area. If you are totally fixated on avoiding flop be warned, this is not the place for you. It sags pretty deeply. Having said that they manage to get a nice snap on the bottom, which is well baked, and the crust around here edge has a satisfying crunch. The sauce and cheese is plenty good for a standard pizza. Again, not a place you'd drive 30 minutes to get to but a better than average neighborhood pizza joint. Oh, and they have an early week special with a large cheese (cash only) for $12.99. The pizza here is incredible. The sauce has this amazing tang to it and the dough has a nice bite. The do a lot a fantastic specials as well. The woman who runs the place is so friendly and helpful. Not a bad pizza but nothing to write home about. 10 times better than Chimney Rock across the street. I moved to Flemington in 1984 and there was only one place to get a good pizza pie and now there's at least a half dozen places for great pies (though there are more than that in number of pizzerias). Sinatra ranks up there with one of my favorites. The cheese on our pie was a little off in colors which made it obvious that it was from two different lots, perhaps different manufacturers. Part of it was super yellow and the other was super white. Odd. I will continue to eat here but my all time favorite is still Taste of Naples mainly for their quality of cheese. read more

So we FINALLY found our favorite Pizza in Hunterdon County, NJ. Bruschetta, Margarita, Mushroom and Plain slices were great. Really nice people and cute pizzeria. WARNING UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. Went in to grab a few slices or small pie. Didnt have many slices available so i ordered a small buffalo chicken well done. While waiting the pizza maker looked like he was ready to quit his job. The woman in charge seemed overly hands on and doused my buffalo chicken in ranch. Literally swimming in ranch. Got home. The dough is still undercooked. Barely has any hot sauce and the chicken is all super fatty and inedible, barely has any cheese on it. I will no longer be returning to this pizza place. Horrible service and shady business practice. I went to this place for the 1st time on a Tuesday - since they advertised a $12.50 large plain pie on a board out on rt 31 and in front of the store. After having lunch with my family I went up to pay for the food and the Spanish guy with the goatee at the counter says that he can't give us the special today because it was halloween and it was his "busiest day". They took the $12.50 sign down while we were eating and tried to upcharge us for the pie. After chastising the guy for changing the deal while we ate he decides to honor it reluctantly. I would be weary of this place. Does not seem to be on the up and up. read more

Food is good but the service can be better. New employees need to be trained. This high school kid who was working at the place basically touched my pizza with obviously dirt on his finger nails. He didn't just touch the crust but the bottom of the pizza as well.That's the most basic thing, please handle it with gloves or a medal piazza tuner/ spatula/flipper in a professional manner. read more

WATCH YOUR BILL BEFORE PAYING. As another review (November 1) wrote, they tried (and succeeded) in overcharging us. Besides the inflated bill, a charge for water appeared on the bill, even though we had plain water. A young man, possibly related to the owner, initially refused to delete that charge (saying something like "the computer is doing this). But we were still forced to pay more than the advertised price for the pizza. Needless to say we will not be going back. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OWN ADVERTISEMENTS THEN READ YOUR BILL CAREFULLY BEFORE PAYING. read more

I have been there twice previously and both experiences were excellent. tonight, however, although the food was still very good, the service was pretty pathetic and actually bizarre. We ordered an appetizer to share. I ordered an entree, my friend ordered a meatball parm sandwich and then, a short while later, asked to also have french fries. The server brought the fries alone first. We asked that they be held and brought with the sandwich. Then the sandwich arrived a while later with the fries. We mentioned that we had not yet received the appetizer. The server did not seem to think this was odd. A bit later, we received my entree and the appetizer at the same time. The server did stop once after that and refilled our drinks, as requested. Then she went and sat in the back on her phone for what seemed like a very long time. Food is fantastic. I was really reluctant at first to try another Italian restaurant in the area since there are so many. I already established my go to's. I ended up ordering from them through ubereats one day. I was shocked as to how good the chicken parm sub was. My family had the meatball parm sub and spaghetti bolognese . They both said it was amazing. The bread was nice and soft, the sauce was amazing, and the flavor was on point. I'm definitely going to be ordering from them again. read more
