My friend asked me to meet him here at the encore to check out this place called Sinatra. Let me tell you that this is one amazing place to have dinner at. KEAO is an amazing bartender and has a great personality. The ambience was mellow and very friendly people. If you go here, make sure you get the chicken Parmesan because it is the best thing I've ever had in my life I also ordered the noodles which were cooked al dente and had a little spice to it, and I loved it. The tiramisu was also pretty good not to mention the delicious espresso martinis and old-fashioned. Next time I'm out here I'm definitely coming by again.

Totally blanked and forgot to take pictures of the menu! The spot is pretty well-known around Las Vegas. We came here with a group. We were able to try the pasta the halibut as well as the steak. The bread they offer is soft and super good. The sangria was also pretty good. Everyone else enjoyed their dishes. My dish was the one with chicken mushrooms and mashed potatoes and it was delicious. Service was interesting here for the most part our waiter was attentive. However, when they brought out the tiramisu, it was a little grainy for my taste. We tried to get the waiters attention so we could say something. however at this point, the entire restaurant was packed so we ended up just leaving it as is. The restaurant is very upscale people definitely dress to impress here. The outside seating is absolutely beautiful. I wish that we would have sat outside. This restaurant is like most places on the strip on the pricier side. You are going to be spending a little bit of money here, especially if you do the appetizers and dessert, but in my opinion, it's pretty worth it. Also, sidenote, they have a Frank Sinatra picture outside of the restaurant and it's pretty cool. You could take a picture in front of it!

Exceptional! No words can describe how amazing this restaurant is: service is perfect! Food is amazing! Ambiance is spectacular! Highly recommended!

Our sommelier, Luca, let us taste the wines we were torn between, and then my husband and I ended up picking one of each. We haven't drunken a lot of Italian wines in our time, so we were unsure. Poggione Brunello $42 Barolo $38 Polpettine: the meatballs were great. The polenta fries were just okay, I feel like they needed some sort of sauce to go with it. $26 Osso buco: My husband found it slightly underwhelming/one-note. I thought the bone marrow was great. The risotto was a small portion. The veal was very tender, but not super flavorful. $75 Cioppino: great tomato saffron broth, and a big portion of seafood. The seafood was extremely fresh - massive scallops, shrimp, lobster tail, and lots of clams. Came with a thick piece of sourdough on top and sourdough soaked in the bottom of the broth (which I didn't like as much). $85 Service from Thomas was great. Since it was my birthday weekend, they gave us a complimentary dessert, which was surprisingly good - small pieces of chocolate cake and lemon cake.

Amazing if pricey Italian food. It's pretty fancy here and prices are high even at current Vegas restaurant insanity. The Insalata di Rinforzo -Chef's Garden specialty mixed greens, honey crisp apple, pistachio cream, truffied caciotta cheese, aged balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. Fagotelli "Sinatra" braised Wagyu short rib and duck liver filled pasta. Parmigiano Reggiano cream sauce with Pennette was fabulous. Service was excellent and on par with the level of this restaurant. Great wine selection! Just be aware you're spending well over a hundred for a salad, entree and glass of wine.

Located inside the Encore, this restaurant offers guests a classy, upscale and elegant vibe, and a menu with plenty of dining and beverage options to choose from. I ordered the seabass with roasted vegetables. The seabass was delicious. It wasn't overly seasoned and was cooked to perfection. The vegetables had a light char and were very flavorful. The Chef surprised me with two complementary desserts, which were visually spectacular and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had a wonderful disposition. Kudos, to Pete Purdy, (General Manager), after introducing himself, he inquired about my meal and asked was there anything additional he could do. This was a bit unexpected but very much appreciated and spoke volumes of the importance the restaurant places on customer satisfaction.

The Fagotelli "Sinatra", almost like an Italian dumpling. The pasta was delicate and thin, and the braised Wagyu short rib filling.

The restaurant is absolutely stunning; high ceilings, elegant ambiance without feeling overly stuffy. The crowd definitely leaned older. Service was excellent: attentive, professional, and consistently on point. The food was good, but nothing completely blew me away. If you are looking for classic and well executed Italian restaurant; then this is the place. The Panzanella di Granchio felt like a deconstructed crab cake. It was fresh with nicely balanced flavors, but not necessarily a standout. The Fagotelli "Sinatra" was enjoyable, almost like an Italian dumpling. The pasta was delicate and thin, and the braised Wagyu short rib filling was very tender with great depth of flavor. The Veal Parmigiana was the true star of the night. Incredibly tender, with perfectly seasoned breading. The cheese was rich and indulgent, made me think of a decadent cheese pizza(but instead of crust, with veal), and the sauce was absolutely flawless. For dessert, we had the tiramisu. I loved the layered presentation in a cup. Everything tasted light and not overly sweet. The coffee at the bottom was a unique touch that really enhanced the overall flavor.

Went here last friday for my mom's birthday and had an amazing experience! I booked my reservation online and put that it was a birthday dinner. When I arrived, they asked whose birthday it was and ended up bringing out a free dessert for her at the end of our meal. All of the food here was delicious, you can't go wrong with what you order. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. I had the Astice which is pasta with lobster. It was so good and the lobster portion size was great! For dessert I would definitely recommend the cannolis or the Capello. Also, the service and ambiance were very good as well. Overall, 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.

Went to Sinatra to celebrate my birthday and my daughter's college graduation. The food was amazing!!! Meatballs, lobster, "my way"(look it up), veal parm, all amazing!!! Try the Sinatra smash, whiskey drink with vanilla, sooo good. The servers were incredible, took care of us the entire evening. What a location, good for casual, romantic and celebrations!! Loved it.

Great ambiance and classy vibes. Food was decent and filling. We got the beef carpaccio, which didn't disappoint. The Ossobuco is one of their popular choices to try. The meat was very tender, but for the overall taste it was okay. We had a reservation but waited about 15 mins before we were seated. Seemed like they didn't have any tables available inside since they ended up offering us a table outside. I was hesitant but it ended up being a good choice! It was beautifully decorated and had more privacy between tables.

Beautiful experience at this restaurant located at the Encore! Sat at the bar to wait for some friends, our server Jose, was attentive and friendly. Ended up ordering the meat balls with polenta fries while we waited. The dish was good and would have preferred more red sauce on the side. The bread basket came with olive bread, sourdough and wheat raisin. Have dined here before and again it is a great option at this property!

I just wished they gave us more of the fried chips to eat it with. The panzanella (burrata salad) was quite refreshing with the tomatoes and veggies and had the perfect amount of dressing. We got two pastas - the pappardelle al ragu and the linguine alle vongole. Normally, I'm all about a ragu pasta but I really likes the clam linguine pasta. It was a lot lighter than the heavier pappardelle pasta which felt like a better balance to the appetizers we ordered. Don't get me wrong, they're both great but this place turned me more into a clam linguine fan. I can't wait to check out Evan Funke's other restaurants in LA!

It's described as a seasonal Italian neighborhood restaurant, and it had been on my Las Vegas foodie list for some time. Chef James Trees was a James Beard Award finalist, and the restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide. We didn't have the time or appetite for the housemade sourdough, but I saw plenty of it coming out of the kitchen. You can choose from an amazing selection of spreads to go with it, and I definitely felt like we were missing out! We arrived for our 5 p.m. reservation, right when the restaurant opens, and the line was already out the door. Fortunately, it moved quickly. We were seated in the bar area. That was probably my one disappointment, as it's separated from the open kitchen and the main dining room, where most of the action takes place. As big fans of mussels, we started with the Baked Nduja Butter Mussels. This was nothing like the traditional bowl of mussels swimming in a buttery broth. They arrived already split open and topped with umami breadcrumbs, chili and parsley, almost resembling Oysters Rockefeller. The breadcrumbs gave them a nice crunch with a little heat from the chili. Not my favorite way to prepare mussels, but it was fun to try something completely different. For our entrees, we went with two of the classic pastas: Rigatoni and Spaghetti. The Rigatoni was tossed with black kale pesto, almonds, lemon and pecorino. It was rich and hearty, with the lemon adding just enough brightness to balance everything out. The Spaghetti was much simpler, with a classic tomato sauce, baby heirloom tomatoes and basil. Both were delicious, and the portions were surprisingly large. I have a pretty big appetite and only made it halfway through my Rigatoni. Our server Jesse recommended the Butterscotch Budino for dessert, telling us it has been on the menu since the restaurant opened. Now I understand why. Creamy butterscotch topped with whiskey caramel, honeycomb and vanilla Chantilly. Sweet, silky and a great finish to our meal. The menu at Esther's Kitchen is awesome. My only regret was that we didn't have more people with us and more time to explore it. Next trip!

The caprese salad came with about 4 slices of tomatoes and mozzarella drizzled with balsamic and topped with basil. Yummy! Such a refreshing taste. The Fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and the pasta was all dente. So flavorful and good. Lastly, the highlight was the Sole Francese. Then the best comes he says he does not eat the food there. I will never go back. My summary : Food was overpriced bigtime and terrible portions but the food was good. The waiter was super pushy and f----annoying. They will never see me there again.

Glad I was able to try it in Vegas. Service was amazing as they were attentive. They even gave us a ran through of what their favorite was and there recommendations. They even brought out the whole set of menu for dessert! What we got was: They brought out complimentary parmigiano-reggiano, bread basket, salami, pickled cauliflower and tomato bread - all was really good. I loved how the parmigiano-reggiano was so fresh! I couldn't stop eating it 12/10 Octopus pizzaiolo 10/10 - this octopus was different! Every bite was full on flavors. It was so soft and just really good for appetizer. Probably one of the best things I've tried here. Spicy rigatoni vodka 9/10 - loved how firm the rigatoni was and it has a nice little splice to it! Definitely could see why it's one of the favorites Lobster ravioli 12/10 - this lobster ravioli was different! Never had anything like it. I believe there was shrimp and lobster inside and there was lobster pieces outside. It was amazing! Would definitely get this again. Would recommend! Salmon oreganata 10/10 - salmon was great! It was cooked well. Nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Chocolate blackout cake - NOW THIS CHOCOLATE CAKE IS DIFFERENT. Probably one of the best desserts I've tried in a while. This is a cake that tastes like ferrero rocher. If I lived in Vegas I would definitely pick myself this every week to eat Carbone lived up to the expectations and probably one of the best date nights we've had in a while. Can't wait to try the one in New York!
