My meal (venison medium rare) came cold. When I asked for it to be corrected, it came back nicely warm.... but well done. They microwaved it, and brought it back on the same plate, including with my taste of the polenta (thought it was supposed to be to be risotto still out of it. Also; I asked for the brussel sprout leaves to be swapped out with another vegitable. I got a very small, cool, canned pear with a fig sauce on top. This is NOT a vegitable. The meal, given the outragious price, was underwhelming. Also, the sommelier poured the single glasses for 4 of the same wine without waiting to see what I wanted. Then said he coudn't give us a bottle of the Amarone unless we ordered additional, full bottle. Now even "I" know how to figure that out. Just bring the 5th glass you get from a full bottle. I went to Sinatra before going to a Rat Pack tribute show. Located in the Wynn, Sinatra is a fine dining Italian restaurant. There is indoor and outdoor dining at Sinatra. I sat in the indoor dining room, which has beautiful decor including paintings of Frank Sinatra. They play Sinatra's most popular songs, which contributes to a nice ambiance. For my appetizer, I had the caprese salad. So fresh and tasty. Juicy tomatoes and creamy mozzeralla. Excellent! I got the filet mignon for my entree, which was perfectly charred on the outside with a juicy middle filled that dripped with juices when cut. One of the best steaks that I have had. Finally, for dessert I had the chocolate mousse. The mousse was shaped out into a fedora, which Sinatra famously wore. It had a very distinct creamy and chocolatey taste. Our waiter Pedro was very nice and professional. Referred to me by my last name - as did the maitre d', who was very good. Great service. Altogether, Sinatra is an excellent dining establishment located in the Wynn and is a great way to commemorate the legacy of Frank Sinatra (who was also in a commercial in the 1980s with Steve Wynn). We were really looking forward to dinner at Sinatra and were not disappointed. The hostess and wait staff were exceedingly friendly and attentive. Our main server Amy was wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. The meatballs with polenta fries appetizer was super. My husband ordered the Clams Sinatra and was presented with a huge bowl of clams. Our entrées were huge. The Ossobuco with risotto was tender and flavorful. The best I've ever had. The bone in Veal Parmesan was thick and very tender. Veal Parm is my husbands favorite and he was over the moon for Sinatras version. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert. Next time we'll take it easy on the delicious bread before our meal and maybe skip the appetizers. We really wanted to try the Capello for dessert. read more

Sinatra is a classy Italian joint located in the beautiful Encore Las Vegas. The vibes are immaculate and the service is exceptional. Jay provided such an amazing experience for me when I dined at a table in the lounge. I had gorgeous views of the garden as I enjoyed sunset and my tasty meal. They have the best hand stuffed blue cheese olives so a martini is a must when you visit! The wine selection is delightful and Jay let me try a few wines to help decide which one I wanted to savor with my pasta. The pasta lacked a little flavor and I would definitely try something else next time but every other component of this meal was such a wow factor that it totally made up for that dish. We were pretty late for our reservation for starters. Driving in Vegas is a pain. Thankfully the staff was great and we were seated as soon as our party arrived. The staff and service were great. Very friendly and attentive. I had the gnocchi in a creamy sauce and it was fantastic. They had a good wine list and we enjoyed a couple glasses with our meal. One of my new favorite restaurants! Apparently this place gets very busy but we lucked out by going on a weeknight after the holidays and it wasn't super busy. I pretty much had already decided what I wanted to order so I was sorta tuning out the server as he was listing food items, until I heard the word "truffle." That was it, I was sold, didn't matter what it was or how much it cost. So I ordered the appetizer size pasta with fresh black truffle shaved on top. Yes it was expensive but it was worth every penny and not too big of a portion. We also split the Caprese salad which was delicious! My husband got the Ossobuco and said it was amazing. I didn't try it but it looked really good. For dessert I had to get the Capello and my husband ordered the tiramisu. Both were perfect and the best ending to an excellent dinner. The bread was also great, don't skip it. The dining room was nicely lit and had beautiful views all around. The service was better than most places and very kind and helpful. We had wonderful experiences at Sinatra, tho I was skeptical because of description part "American-Italian" It's probably one of the best Italian locations in Las Vegas for fine dining. I don't remember the real names of dishes but Im going to give them credits anyway I had some kind of disassembled ravioli with seafood and it was magnificent 5/5 Guys had risotto and it was delicious as well 5/5 Husband had grilled fish (some white fish I don't remember the name) and this was the only one item from the menu I wasn't excited about, a bit dry and tasteless compared to other dishes. 3/5 Lobster salad was good 4.5/5 The waiter was helpful and such a gentleman. The ambience was very pleasant, we've had our table outside in front of a fireplace. Oh almost forgot, raspberry limoncello was delightful too, but I expected a bit of a sourness - it was just sweet, but still delicious. read more

Ambiance it's a typical upscale Italian restaurant dedicated to Sinatra. We had a reservation for late dinner. First of all our waiter was amazing! He had to deal a lot with someone in our group but he was composed and so nice about it. As we sat we were provided with bread and oil/herbs. I ordered the lasagna and shared with a friend, it was ok but for me it needed a little more flavor and salt. We ordered dessert and it was so refreshing. The service here (our waiter was very nice), and the bathrooms, were very nice, but that's about where it stops. Funny thing, our waiter kind of struggled to answer our question directly: what was their favorite food items in the menu? I guess we found out for ourselves that they didn't like anything personally, just based on eating the food for ourselves. First of all, we would not come back here and this restaurant charges extraordinary prices for either okay, or very bland food. First we had drinks and I ordered a margarita. It tasted like just alcohol, water and salt. It was literally the worst margarita I have had in my life, and my husband agreed, that I actually asked for a refund and a new drink - which I had never ever done before at a food establishment. I had just felt so wronged it was that bad lol for once I had courage to ask for a refund. So then we were sat down. The bread was okay. The Parmesan veal mediocre - the tomato sauce had no herbs or spices nor olive oil whatsoever - it was tomato sauce straight from a can. For $75, that was kind of nuts. But at least the portion was large. I would say it was worth $15-$20. The Branzino fish was pretty good but not great and nearly $70. Maybe $30. The pistachio dressing salad was very bland. It just did not taste not good. The butternut squash tortellini was actually very good. At $40-$45, still a very sad price though. Wine was fine. I left this place feeling robbed lol that's all I can say. read more

I've always wanted to dine here and was excited, well after a fluke change in scheduling that allowed this to happen. The food options at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas is never a disappointment and Sinatra is no exception. I mean, Sinatra is what makes Wynn Las Vegas sing, like physically you can hear his music from the outside at the fountain lake and from the inside of the resort. Location: I forgot or actually didn't know that this restaurant is at the end of Encore just past the Beach Club. Let say the walk made me even more hungry. Luckily we were staying at Resorts World so the return trip to our room wasn't a long walk. Scene: wow, just wow. It's old Hollywood glam but with touches of Wynn finesse. On this particular dine in night; we sat at the outdoor patio, which was beautiful with orange chairs, string lights, and greenery albeit in humid breeze. Service: we were assisted by a very friendly server who had a adventurous conversation with my friend about French and Italian wines. He was equal parts attentive and eagerness to answer any question about food and beverages. The Food: I had the Osso Bucco "My Way" which has fall off the bone veal on a bed of saffron risotto. The bone and meat slid away as the server placed the plate in front of me; it was that tender. I readjusted the veal bone to stand upright for a photo because my phone has to eat as well. I savored each bite; the veal was so tender and the risotto was smooth like eating mashed potatoes. I saved the bone marrow for the last two bites; divine! My friend had the Braised Brisket with Risotto; she devoured it, well slowly, bite by bite she exclaimed how wonderful this risotto is. I did wish we could have sat inside because I wanted to take in a bit of glamour. Apparently there was a heated battle between two tables, and so for that reason sitting outside wasn't a bad ideal. We were given mini lemon macarons at the end of the service before paying the bill and I would have liked those in a full size; so delicious! The meal was wonderful, the setting serene, and the service on point. Will for sure dine here again. read more

The service was exceptional!! My husband and I had dinner at Sinatra on August 6 to celebrate his birthday. From the hostess to the person refilling our water, our experience was perfect!! Upon our arrival, my husband received a handwritten birthday card--nice, personal touch! I read reviews before we went, and several patrons mentioned the top-notch service, and we had the same experience!! In addition, the food was delicious! We shared the charcuterie board (I forget the name) for our starter. Our entrees were the lasagna and the scallops. For dessert we had the chocolate mouse cake fedora hat complete with a birthday message written in chocolate. My wife and I decided to try here. I saw the menu and was expecting it to be higher bill, I was just hoping the place we live up to the expectations. Sinatra did not disappoint. We had the mellon prosciutto as an appraiser. FANTASTIC. My wife had the salmon and I had the fillet and both were phenomenal. I also ordered the side of mashed potatoes which I thought it would be good. They were so creamy and light. I kept thinking it's just potato's, and I couldn't stop eating them. Again, it's probably one of the more pricier places in town, but if you want fantastic service with some of the best food out there it's not going to be cheap. Plan on about $80 a person. We also for dessert had the Cioccolato, chocolate mousse with a raspberry sorbet, yes get that We will definitely go back. Treat yourself, you won't regret it. read more

If you are looking for excellent service and mouth watering italian food, come to Sinatra! We were initially seated at one table but eyed a corner booth that had just opened up and the manager quickly moved us over. The staff was so accommodating and helpful, even showing me to the restroom as I'd never visited the restaurant before. Service was definitely top notch! We shared the lasagna bolognese as an appetizer and ordered the veal parmigiana and ipoglosso as our entrees. The lasagna had a rich hearty flavor while the veal parmigiana was ginormous and decadent. I loved the buttery halibut filet and the gnocchi that accompanied it. We felt so satisfyingly full at the end of our meals. This was one of our favorite dining experiences of our trip! read more

This place is excellent. A hidden gem at the Wynn/ Encore. I would def recommend the truffle pasta and Ossobuco My Way. I would recommend this restaurant if you love Italian food and Frank Sinatra. We are frequent Vegas visitors, enough so that we have eaten all over the place, up and down the strip. We try to dine at different places each time we go. My wife was particularly looking forward to going here as the last time we had tried, it was 110-115 degrees outside and, I only had shorts so we were turned away. This time, it seems the rules have changed as several couples came into the place and were sat regardless of the dress code. But that aside... We placed our order for the veal parmesan which is supposed to be one of the main specialties of the restaurant. I wish I were kidding but, literally two minutes after we ordered our food, it was brought out and served. The result was that we were served food that had more than obviously been sitting out under warming lamps and/or sitting in greasy pans. The mashed potatoes that came were two different shades of yellow, the top half was one color and was hard and disgusting and the bottom half was fairly close to being dried out. These were hands down the worst potatoes I have ever had. Someone needs to teach the cooks how to make mashed potatoes because the only thing worse than these potatoes are those that come out of a box as flakes (just add water) and, in this case I'd take the flakes over these. This is such a basic staple that you'd think a restaurant should nail every time. The veal itself, the bottom was so oily and greasy that my wife spent half the time we were there pealing off the bread coating and piling it on the side of her plate. I could only stomach eating half of the veal serving as what was inside the bread coating was dry, tasteless and one of the worst things I have ever been served. I do not know why we didn't ask to speak to someone while there. Count it up to being our one meal of the day as we had gotten up early and driven to Vegas so we were both hungry and tired by the time we were sat for dinner. I did respond to an email to "rate" our experience and shared this. I did get a response back that said, "come back in and I will personally assure that your visit is memorable for the right reasons." No idea what this means and why anyone would go back to a place when their touted meal was so horrible. When you order a piece of meat that they are massively over charging for at $74 a piece you should expect your food to be fired up and cooked to order not sitting around waiting to be served. I would like to think a place inside the Wynn would not have such low standards, this food should have been checked in the back before being sent out to a table and, all the positive reviews are hopefully there for the right reasons. So maybe we just got the unlucky meal, but for us, we will never go back and; I decided to finally leave a review because we are still talking about how bad the food was almost three weeks later. Neither my wife or I can think of a single worse meal we have had in Vegas. read more

This place was on my list for a long time. Finally we stayed at Wynn, not Aria this time. And made a reservation for our anniversary at Sinatra. I made reservation online at OpenTable and I put in notes that it was our anniversary. And I was pleasantly surprised with service and gesture! We started our evening with happy anniversary card and even little chair for my bag lol Everything was perfect from the beginning. Drinks were fabulous I took Wynn's Signature since its my flavors. For appetizer we had Foie gras with pear marmalade was very interesting combination. I too duck ravioletti and my husband took lasagna. Portions were so big but it was very delicious. Specially duck ravioletti had very rich flavor. For dessert we ordered fedora hat and I am not big fan of chocolate. For me it was "too rich chocolate taste" but I loved liquor mouse beside hat. Actually my fav was panna cotta which was complimentary dessert for our anniversary. That was very heart warming that they were so caring. 2 lemon mini macaroons were also complimentary. It pains me to write this review because the Wynn and Encore are my favorite properties in Vegas. I got violently sick from food poisoning after having dinner here on Christmas. We picked Sinatra for Christmas dinner because we expected it to be special and delicious. We tried a bunch of different dishes but only one was shared between me and my cousin - and we're the only ones that got super sick after. We shared the bolognese lasagna. A few hours after dinner (around 4am), we both got extremely sick. It was so terrible that we couldn't sleep all night, were sweating, going to the restroom, etc. In addition to completely ruining Christmas, we were leaving the next day but felt so terrible that we couldn't leave early in the morning as originally planned. We ended up having to spend an excruciating 7 hours in the car in traffic, struggling from the pain and having to pull over constantly. I'm so incredibly disappointed in Sinatra and the Wynn. We stay at the property 4-5 times per year (at least) and we expect only the best from here. We paid a lot of money to essentially suffer and have our holiday ruined. P.S. we only ever eat on property and didn't eat anything outside of the hotel. we also hadn't eaten since breakfast on the day of Sinatra and we're certain that's where we got sick. read more
