Amazing if pricey Italian food. It's pretty fancy here and prices are high even at current Vegas restaurant insanity. The Insalata di Rinforzo -Chef's Garden specialty mixed greens, honey crisp apple, pistachio cream, truffied caciotta cheese, aged balsamic vinaigrette was delicious. Fagotelli "Sinatra" braised Wagyu short rib and duck liver filled pasta. Parmigiano Reggiano cream sauce with Pennette was fabulous. Service was excellent and on par with the level of this restaurant. Great wine selection! Just be aware you're spending well over a hundred for a salad, entree and glass of wine.

Great ambiance and classy vibes. Food was decent and filling. We got the beef carpaccio, which didn't disappoint. The Ossobuco is one of their popular choices to try. The meat was very tender, but for the overall taste it was okay. We had a reservation but waited about 15 mins before we were seated. Seemed like they didn't have any tables available inside since they ended up offering us a table outside. I was hesitant but it ended up being a good choice! It was beautifully decorated and had more privacy between tables.

Beautiful experience at this restaurant located at the Encore! Sat at the bar to wait for some friends, our server Jose, was attentive and friendly. Ended up ordering the meat balls with polenta fries while we waited. The dish was good and would have preferred more red sauce on the side. The bread basket came with olive bread, sourdough and wheat raisin. Have dined here before and again it is a great option at this property!

Located inside the Encore, this restaurant offers guests a classy, upscale and elegant vibe, and a menu with plenty of dining and beverage options to choose from. I ordered the seabass with roasted vegetables. The seabass was delicious. It wasn't overly seasoned and was cooked to perfection. The vegetables had a light char and were very flavorful. The Chef surprised me with two complementary desserts, which were visually spectacular and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and had a wonderful disposition. Kudos, to Pete Purdy, (General Manager), after introducing himself, he inquired about my meal and asked was there anything additional he could do. This was a bit unexpected but very much appreciated and spoke volumes of the importance the restaurant places on customer satisfaction.

Meatballs - perfect texture Cioppino - so much seafood and a delicious broth Chicken parm - huge and really tasty

Veal Parmigiana delicious but not crispy

Love this spot. Been coming here for years. Great food overall wonderful service. One thing I've noticed lately, the prior star of the show - veal Parmesan for some reason they're unable to get the cutlet fried to slightly crispy as a classic veal Parm should be. Despite asking the server on three prior occasions to make sure this was the case each time it came out very flimsy. Still looks and taste great, but just lacking that crisp that is necessary. I wonder if they bread and fry them ahead of time rather than to order?

Bonus are exquisite wine list, delicious Italian cuisine, elegant ambience on and on. This is now the go to! Lobster fra diavlo. Nice and spicy

Had wanted to try this place since I was coming here as a tourist. Took more than a decade but I finally made it in. Really nice inside, very elegant. Was greeted quickly and sat immediately. They gave my wife a little chair for her purse, it's that kind of fancy I always order the meatballs at any Italian restaurant and it was no different here. They were delicious, not too soft, not too firm. Prosciutto was delicious as well, served with cantaloupe that was fresh and sweet. Caprese was a typical presentation it very good For our mains we had the salmon, ravioli, short rib and the lobster fra diavlo. Both were very well done. Lobster was just spicy enough, pasta cooked perfectly. Lobster was plentiful and cooked exactly right. Ravioli was delicious as well, salmon served over sweet pea ragu. Short rib was tender and fall off the bone good. Everything was cooked perfectly Dessert was a collection of things and all were like art pieces and tasted as good as they looked. Service was great, attentive and friendly. Fantastic experience and hopefully won't be another decade before I get back!

This was truly a phenomenal and memorable meal. And that is saying a lot because I consider myself more of a hole-in-the-wall restaurant fanatic rather than a fine dining guy. However Sinatra's really impressed me. Every single bite of food I had was fresh, and all of these familiar dishes were uniquely and spectacularly prepared. The caprese - so much character there with the fresh mozzarella and some of the most flavorful tomatoes I've had. The fried mozzarella - blissful. How can something fried taste so clean?? The veal - the biggest, baddest cut of the most tender, most satisfying veal I've ever had. And the gelato - smooth, silky, and refreshing. You have to get the pistachio gelato as one of your three scoops - that's a given.

Leesa T.

Sinatra restaurant is good but I can imagine not as good as he would have liked. He was a pesto guy. The gnocchi was unique but not a Genoa classic. The food quality was not Frank Sinatra great. The ambiance is of course infused with Frank. It's unique. Once you've been to the Zefferino- home or pasta Frank (the real name inspired Frank himself)- you realize how much he loved good pasta!

Michael Russell with Cappuccino Di Zucca (BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP)

Walked in and was seated right away. The ambience of the restaurant is lightly dim with beautiful decorations inside. I sat at a table close to the bar and the chair was really comfortable and it was beautiful inside. I was greeted by my waiter Mario who by the way did a fantastic job the whole night and made sure that my dining experience was perfect. I started the night to drink with a Diet Coke. I wanted to try the butternut squash soup so I tried Cappuccino Di Zucca. It was delicious, smooth and easy to sip. For dinner I ordered the Pennette. This was a nice dish, meat and pasta. Very good and I recommend this dish. My night at Sinatra was perfect. I recommend Sinatra Las Vegas.

Sinatra is the definition of romantic, old-school Vegas elegance. Dim lighting, classic Sinatra music, and timeless décor create the perfect date-night atmosphere--intimate, cozy, and effortlessly luxurious. And the steak? Absolutely phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of flavor--hands down one of the best steaks I've had in Las Vegas. You can tell it's high-quality meat prepared by chefs who truly know what they're doing. Every bite was rich, juicy, and memorable. If you're looking for a romantic dinner with an unforgettable steak, Sinatra is a must. We'll definitely be back.

Breads & Prosciutto with Melon

Of all the restaurants I've ever visited in my nearly 58 years on Planet Earth, Sinatra is my favorite. The fact it's officially-sanctioned by the Sinatra family makes it THAT MUCH MORE my favorite! Situated in the corner of the Encore Hotel right next to the High-Roller gambling area, Sinatra welcomes you into its classy, comfortable foyer & bar. Oh yeah, before I forget, definitely call ahead to get a reservation here as I'm sure it's the favorite restaurant of many more than just me. ;-) The bar is kinda small but still amazing. I always, always order a Jack & Coke here (though I usually modify it to Gentleman Jack & Coke Zero) in honor of The Chairman of The Board. The dining area consists of one large main room across from the bar, followed by a more intimate room in the back. There's also outdoor seating in the garden next to the windows (haven't yet done this myself). Since I've been coming here fairly regularly for the last several years, I've settled into a routine: A glass of wine to match the Ossobuco "My Way" I invariably order for my main. Then, if I'm feelin' it, an appetizer and/or dessert to bookend the meal. The servers have always been outstanding, with an old-skool high-flyin' Vegas vibe. It truly makes the experience for me! One day I'll start eating my way through the rest of the menu. ;-) But for now, this is my favorite meal in the universe! Can't wait to get back to Sinatra again. The best isn't yet to come ... it's already there!

Thank you Sinatra for the warm hospitality

A True Las Vegas Italian Institution…read more Ferraro's is the kind of restaurant that reminds you why certain places survive and thrive in Las Vegas for decades while others come and go. From the moment we walked in, everything about the experience felt elevated, authentic, and incredibly polished without ever feeling stuffy or pretentious. The ambiance here is absolutely beautiful. The dining room is elegant, warm, and modern while still maintaining that classic upscale Italian feel. The glowing wine displays throughout the restaurant are stunning , the décor is classy and sophisticated, and even the cigar selection at the entrance adds to the old school luxury atmosphere. Every detail feels intentional and refined. Ferraro's is clearly known for authentic Southern Italian cuisine , handmade pastas , expertly prepared meats , and one of the most impressive Italian wine programs in Las Vegas , and after dining here it's easy to understand why they have earned such an incredible reputation over the years. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was attentive, professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about the experience they provide. Their sommelier was especially fantastic and incredibly helpful navigating the massive wine selection. Instead of making the experience intimidating, they made it approachable and enjoyable while helping us select an excellent bottle that paired perfectly with dinner. The food was phenomenal across the board. The Ferraro salad was fresh, crisp, and beautifully balanced with mixed greens, pistachios, parmesan, and their balsamic dressing. The Caesar was another standout with rich authentic flavor and perfectly dressed romaine. The Spaghetti al Scoglio was absolutely loaded with seafood including shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, lobster, and calamari in a delicious light tomato sauce that tasted incredibly fresh and vibrant. The Osso Buco completely lived up to its reputation. The veal was unbelievably tender and braised perfectly, sitting over a rich saffron risotto that was packed with deep comforting flavor. Easily one of the best dishes of the night. The Cavatelli Boar pasta was another huge standout. Rich, hearty, flavorful, and perfectly cooked with incredible texture throughout. You can absolutely tell Ferraro's takes their handmade pasta seriously. The Lombata veal chop was massive, beautifully cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the grilled asparagus side was simple, fresh, and the perfect complement to the meal. Dessert finished the night perfectly. The tiramisu was light, creamy, and authentic, while the Cioccolatissimo was rich, decadent, and absolutely incredible for chocolate lovers. What impressed me most about Ferraro's is that nothing felt rushed or overly commercialized. It felt like true hospitality. Amazing food , beautiful atmosphere , exceptional service , and an overall experience that felt genuinely special from beginning to end. Ferraro's absolutely deserves its reputation as one of the premier Italian restaurants in Las Vegas , and we cannot wait to come back again.

However I ordered with Steve who helped me decide which pasta I would love more. Very articulate human. I recommend asking him specifically if you can't decide. :-) The agnolotti was really unique fresh and lovely. I got a side of sourdough toast - which was Smokey and strange to me because usually that means in grilled same place as meat. They explained how it's done here and no meat grill is involved so it was actually an interesting thing. After deliberation I got the untoasted ungrilled version which was great with the butter and salt. It also actually made a lot more sense with the dish soup I can soak the sauce with the bread. I would have gotten the west of eden cocktail but had a headache. They do batch make them but in house. Not sure why but when I walked in I was told it's a 20 minute wait for a seat at the bar and then when I got sat in 5 minutes I noticed a ton of spots on the bar open and some tables as well. I tend to think it's like a "thing" to have people wait in LA too - but I don't run a restaurant so not gonna assume I know anything about that. It's Monday after EDC. It was full but not insanely loud. Quite pleasant ambiance. The experience is strong overall, though the pricing is difficult to justify. I paid $52 for a pasta dish and a side of bread after tax and tip. That is more than any Italien place I have ever went to (which are all the fancy places in LA and a few around the world). Pro-tip: I'd recommend just ordering one "appetizer" (like the bread) and sharing one entree, otherwise it's just too much. The only recommendation for the restaurant was the service after we were seated. It was pretty tough to get a hold of anyone between the server's initial check-ins, to the point where I actually had to walk up to the kitchen to ask for things we needed.
