It did not disappoint! First off the service was immaculate. Our server, Jerman was extremely knowledgeable about food and pairing of wines and cocktails with every dish. We followed his lead, and was never disappointed. We started off with Frank's clams. The sauce was amazing! Good thing they gave you a lot of bread that you can dip into the sauce. The clams were cooked to perfection. Then we moved onto our entrées. My wife had the Bolognese lasagna. It was mouthwatering from the start, gave you that old-school taste of New York style lasagna with a Bolognese pasta twist. I had the risotto which had lobster and wild mushrooms, mixed with the risotto in a saffron sauce. We had this restaurant last night and just thinking about these entrées now is remaking my mouth water again! I'm telling you right now. Ask for window seating in Roger's station, what amazing service he provided. We started with cocktails, Raspberry Limoncello Drop and a Sinatra Smash. We then moved to our starters of Caesar Salad and Meatballs with polenta fries(my favorite). We aren't sure if we were starving OR they are the best meatballs we've ever had! Our main courses (we always share) were the Ossobuco atop saffron risotto, butter basted lobster risotto and asparagus. I highly recommend saving a piece of bread from your bread basket for the ossobuco bone marrow.....trust me on that! Everything was cooked to perfection, served fast at perfect temperatures. I dined here for the first time on my birthday. The restaurant is beautiful and elegant, very clean and classic decor. I really appreciate their attention to detail, the personalized birthday note I received from the waiter was a great surprise and really set the tone for the kind of attentive service my friends and I received the entire night. Food was delicious. I ordered the halibut and it was cooked perfectly, my friend had the risotto and lobster and it was the best risotto I've ever tasted. The scallops we ordered came with a parsnip puree, I've never had anything like it. It was creamy and flavorful and if they sold it in bottles I'd drink it. A bit difficult to get a seat, but we were able to get a spot in the lounge area of the bar, where we were able to eat. The food is expensive (though to be expected), but delicious. I ordered the Veal Parmesan Chop, which was about the size of the entire plate. Paired with bread, you really don't need a side in addition to it, but I did get a side of pasta with meat sauce. Who is a Frank Sinatra fan?! Who doesn't love his music and movies! This restaurant is an Italian place that is dedicated to his life work. It is a place where everyone need to come and try at least once. There is movie always playing by the bar, while his music in playing in the background. There is some photos outside the restaurant proudly displayed. And inside, there is some large photo portraits of him randomly placed throughout the restaurant. And the place is decorated with simple table setting like they would have during his era. Along with the tables, they have these beautiful large chandelier. The food is very simple. I feel like we didn't know what to order where we were staring at the menu for a good 20 minutes. The choices were more for older crowd. But the best thing to get here is the veal parmigiana and add a side of Ragu pasta. Their pasta and veal is amazing! It is really good! Their frank Sinatra pasta which is clam with spaghetti in red sauce is good but not impressive. Also, the spaghetti was over done honestly. Their dessert was great! We got the capello which is a chocolate mouse that is shaped like frank Sinatra hat and with ice cream on the side. Amazing! So if the food was good then why the low rating? Ummm the price. So we got a salad, two entrees and a dessert. No drinks except coffee. And it was over 200 dollars. For Italian?! No thanks. I love frank but not for that price for an Italian joint where I only got clams and veal. It is an experience for sure. And the service was absolutely perfect. We came here for my partner's birthday, and I was beyond impressed by both the VIP service as well as the five-star food. We were immediately greeted with "Happy birthday!" and a birthday card for my partner by the gracious hostesses, thanks to the Wynn passing that info along when we made our reservation! We asked if there was a table available outside, and we were told it would be about a 15 minute wait, which we were fine with because it gave us a chance to have a drink in the lovely bar. The hostess updated us several times on the status of our table, which was appreciated. The staff at the bar were very friendly and took good care of us while we waited. When we were shown to our table, we were immediately greeted by our server Mario. He was the epitome of professional, thoughtful service. He explained the specials and some of the more popular menu items and answered our questions. The first drinks, along with water, came quickly, along with the bread basket. Our entrees were wonderful. I had pasta, and my partner had the sea bass. The service from the entire staff was attentive and intuitive and never overbearing or intrusive. Just watching their interactions with other tables, I noticed how observant and aware the staff here is of everything going on. After our meals, we ordered the chocolate mousse, which comes out in the shape of a fedora, and it tasted just as gorgeous as it looked. To top it off, they brought out a complimentary tiramisu with "Happy birthday" written on the plate in chocolate. It was a terrific end to a wonderful evening. So glad I was able to celebrate my early birthday at Sinatra and had a wonderful dining experience. The ambiance and atmosphere was just perfect. They maintain safety measures for COVID and even have a coaster for your mask! That's very thoughtful and know they're thinking of your best interests, because I would normally try to put it on my lap or tie it to my purse or basically on the table. Kudos! Oh I forgot, they even had a birthday card ready for me! That's a sweet gesture and it goes a long way. Since it was my birthday celebration, I decided to order a drink "The Girl from Ipanema". Food: was okay. We ordered the shrimp appetizer, spaghetti and clams, and the branzino. The shrimp appetizer was disappointing because they were overcooked. Although the pasta was cooked al-dente, there was not enough sauce! The clams were good though. As for the branzino, it was good too. My partner and I visited for our first anniversary, and everything was perfect! The service was efficient and very classy, and all staff were so kind and brought up our anniversary and gave well wishes on multiple occasions, which was a lovely surprise. An important note for me, Sinatra asks in the reservation notes if any guest has a dietary restriction, and the options are fairly in depth. Even if you don't note it in the reservation notes, they ask for dietary restrictions as the first item before taking orders, so they will work with you so that everyone can enjoy their meal. We started with the Polpettine, which was mouthwatering (I should've gotten a second order to go lol). It was served with polenta fries, and as neither of us had ever had polenta, we were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked it. For entrées, we ordered the Lasagna Bolognese and the Capriolo. We shared our courses, so we started with the Capriolo, and honestly it was a bit embarrassing how quickly we cleaned the plate lol. We finished half of the Lasagna and took the rest home (which by the way made the most delicious of leftovers). In our reservation notes, I requested a special dessert to surprise my partner, and the Sinatra team knocked it out of the park!! We had a small mousse cake that looked like an actual lemon (in a sugar shell!), served with raspberry sorbet -- I believe the menu item is the Limone -- and there was a special "Happy Anniversary" message written in chocolate. Dined here for an anniversary dinner and was so impressed at the level of service as someone who has worked in the industry for years I felt compelled to leave a review. The hosts greeted us quickly and sat us immediately even though we arrived 20 minutes early, as well as congratulating us on our one year anniversary. Our server, Roger, was quick to greet us (very kindly) and offer us some small snacks. He made recommendations and took our drink orders swiftly. I ordered the Filetto and my girlfriend ordered the Pollo entree. Both were AMAZING! We ordered some glasses of wine and Roger kindly let me compare two different reds without me having to ask. We ordered Tiramisu for desert, which was delicious! A very large portion for what you would normally expect. Roger also brought us a Pannacotta plate that said "1 Year Anniversary" which was super sweet and completely unexpected. Multiple other staff members also congratulated us on our anniversary, which meant that it was being communicated across the restaurant. THAT is amazing service! We were sat between two large tables that were loud and the General Manager, don't remember her name, took our complain to heart and made sure we were sat outside, she even clear the table herself to expedite the reset of the table. Steve Wynn was friends with Ol blue eyes and it didn't surprise me when he announced he was opening a restaurant dedicated to his friend. Came here for a play-date when it first opened years ago as Steve wanted to make sure employees experienced first-hand what his amazing resorts were all about. A great dining experience for a birthday meal! Making a reservation was easy, and we were seated as soon as we arrived. The service was exceptional with an easy-going, knowledgeable, and friendly server and an entire team of ancillary staff performing other duties like delivering food and cleaning off the table. I tried the La Reve cocktail which was made with champagne and was utterly perfect and delicious. We actually tried the Branzino (an entree) as a starter as everyone wanted to try it. Wow. It was so delicious. Even the diner who didn't like fish liked this fish! The crispy potatoes it came with were so good. We also tried the shrimp cocktail (delicious and fresh shrimp) and the Caesar salad (awesome with true caesar dressing). For entree I tried the pork chop which was the daily special. This was an amazing romantic place. I enjoyed the waiter service the most. They were so nice and lovely. We were seated at 10:15p.m and even though the kitchen closed by 10:45 they allowed us to order past that time. I had the rose wine & a glass of moscato. I had a Caesar salad & the chicken w/ mashed potatoes and mushrooms. It was very good. It started off as a dinner date with a friend and ended with a birthday dinner for two other friends that joined us maybe 30 minutes later. They did not mind accommodating my friend & her guest. Went for Mother's Day. Honestly, this was the best Italian food we've had in Vegas (sorry Carbones) ... but that Cacio was so dry. Thank goodness my huge cioppino had some extra broth to share. But service, bread, cocktail, wine list, Cesar, dessert. Delish. read more

I was looking to have dinner near XS night club and found Sinatra. I had made reservations for 9pm. We arrived really early, but checked in none the less. We ended up getting seated 10-15 mins past the reservation time, I think because we weren't standing in front of the host stand. When I went to check in on our table, we were seated immediately. Our server was great and made us feel special. I went for the servers recommendation, the Lasagna Bolognese. My friend ordered the Pennette and my cousin ordered the Pollo. The lasagna was piping hot, by the time I was done eating it, it was at "eating" temperature , but I enjoy eating my food this way [everyone I know hates it lol]. I didn't know what to expect for the price, but it was quite tasty. The pasta was a little soft, but the flavor and the meat were top notch. I did get a chance to taste the other meals and they were just as good. My favorite was actually the Pollo. It came with mash potatoes that were extra creamy. There was a drizzle of green sauce made the rest of the meal taste light and fresh. Overall, the service was 4 out 5 and the food was a 5 out of 5. Definitely going to make my way back there next time I'm in Vegas. read more
