I chose Mindy's site unseen and no tastings to create a two tiers cake for my son's rehearsal dinner. Oh my the most delicious, beautiful cake I have had the pleasure to eat. A work of delicious art. The buttercream was slickly, smooth, creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. The cake was moist with a beautiful crumb - outstanding.
