It's the type of product that photographs well and never fails to appeal to the eye. With that being said I find the cake tasty but the texture to be some what dry. We visited this cake artist because we were doing tastings for our wedding. We were still on the fence about the cake after the tasting and ordered a 8 inch cake to take home. To do further tasting, and I'm glad we did it help us understand exactly what we should expect if we picked this cake artist to bake our wedding cake. We went with another baker for our wedding. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Kelly, as I arranged for a friend to pick up the order for me when it was ready. But wow! I was completely blown away when I opened that box and saw the shoe cake toppers.
