First time ordering from this restaurant…read more I had a question and tried to call. They picked up the phone and immediately hung up both times I tried to call so maybe they were very busy? Not great service there. Delivery arrived promptly and the food was nice and hot. It was well packed, too, with layers of cardboard so things didn't get squashed and all the sauces and liquids were in plastic bags so they didn't leak all over the bag. The Crab Bags were excellent. Good ratio of filling to wonton. Great flavor. Some of the best I've ever had. The Orange Chicken came with the sauce separate so the chicken was nice and crisp. Nice layer of vegetables under the chicken; but the taste wasn't great. We won't order this again. The Panang Curry was very disappointing. The sauce was way too watery--I thought it was soup at first. There was no depth of flavor; just watery taste. There also wasn't very much beef. I asked for mild spice and the spice was very mild. Just a little kick on the after taste, so that was just right. But overall this dish was definitely not worth the money. If we order again I'll try the Pad Thai instead. Later: I dumped all the rice in the container of sauce and after it sat there for quite a while it absorbed enough of the sauce to not be so watery any more and the flavor improved (and so did the kick). But waiting for over an hour to eat it and having to re-heat is not optimal and the flavor was just ok.

Hungry, tired, and annoyed at the salty weather I walk in to a polite young man at the counter who warmly invites me in and tells me I can sit where I please...which I obliged after asking to use their restroom which was clean. I make my way to my table and the restaurant is picking up with more people checking in while there are others already present on the left side of this restaurant and few others await pickup orders. There seems to be just a small number of staff but they are very efficient and attentive. After I sat down I was expecting to be forgotten but nope! The young man walked over with a glass of water for me and took my order. There were so many great options on the menu so it was a task to decide butI did it! For a drink I choose the original milk tea with Boba pearls. For app I choose the grilled betel leaf with meat stuffed inside of it and for my main course I got the Hue's Spicy Noodle Soup. Everything from start to finish was delicious. I enjoyed my milk tea very much and finished it off after my meal. The Betel Leaf rolls are perfectly seasoned. I like mine dipped in Siracha. I ate it all! My noodle soup, OMG, the broth was amazing! Please taste it first before adding other sauces. It deserves to be acknowledged first. I'd drive 1.5 hrs back here just for this soup again. Its a must try. I highly recommend this restaurant. I can't wait to go back and bring my friends and family with me to try other things on their menu. BTW I enjoyed my meal so much I ordered their cold cut sandwiches to take home and share with my family as a treat upon my return home. Its logo features the mythical golden lion (Singha) and the Garuda, a symbol of royal approval, making it a distinctive Thai brand with significant international sponsorships in sports like Formula 1 and football. The name also refers to numerous Thai restaurants worldwide that serve its cuisine. They have only beer and wine here. The cold beer glass matches the brand of the beer! This is good. It's cold and easy to drink. For my salad, I'm having the SomTum. Som Tum Thai (Green Papaya Salad) is a beloved Thai salad characterized by a vibrant mix of shredded green papaya, chilies, garlic, cherry tomatoes, long beans, roasted peanuts, and dried shrimp. The dish is defined by its bold, refreshing balance of spicy, savory, tangy, and slightly sweet flavors, often dressed with fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar. This is good! It's a big portion. I love the fresh iceberg lettuce cups. For my soup, I'm having tom Yum. Tom yum is a popular Thai hot and sour soup, known for its aromatic broth flavored with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, and chilies, balanced with lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. The most common version, Tom Yum Goong, features shrimp, but it can also be made with chicken, pork, or seafood. It comes in a clear broth (nam sai) or a creamy version (nam khon), which adds evaporated milk or chili paste. This is hot and yummy! Lots of chicken! The tomatoes retain a lot of heat! Massaman curry is a rich, mild, and flavorful Thai curry with Persian and Indian influences, known for its complex, aromatic spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves, and its creamy texture from coconut milk, peanuts, and potatoes. It's less spicy than other Thai curries and balances sweet, salty, and sour tastes, often made with chicken, beef, or duck, and served with rice. They add peanuts too! I'm going to Christen a bottle of Melinda's Bhut Jolokia Ghost Pepper sauce. The pepper is supposedly 1M Scoville units. Yeah. That's hot. The sauce is not that hot. It's maybe 50K Scoville units. I'm a vegetarian so I'm always on the lookout for good vegetarian food. By far our favorite was the sesame tofu (bean curd). It was crispy and light, slightly sweet and spicy and overall tasty. I've tried several other places in the area and this is my fav so far. The veggie spring rolls were also very tasty, but small. Still great tho, I don't love huge portions, but I did wish I had more of these (shared these and my roommate loved them). When I went to pick up inside the place looked clean, although when I went to the counter the couple and their (i assume) daughter did not seem very interested in getting up to help me. These haven't changed in years (decades). A couple ice waters quick to show up! For my first drink? I'm having a French Martini made with Grey Goose vodka, Chambord and a splash of pineapple juice. This is good! It is a well balanced drink. They don't garnish here so I know what I'm getting. They also use medium sized martini glasses (not the small ones). For my first item, I'm having the House Green Salad. This is made with iceberg lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes. I LOVE their ginger dressing! I like the soothing music here. This salad is awesome! My friend is getting the Kani (crab). Wow! Look at that masterpiece! I think he got an upgrade! Out comes a random complementary sushi. It looks like tuna with cream cheese and avocado. This is delicious! I love pickled ginger and lots of wasabi. That's hits your nose hard! For my next item, I'm having a miso soup. This is the lowest price I've ever seen ($2.85). Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup made from a dashi stock mixed with miso paste, a fermented soybean paste, giving it a savory, umami flavor. Key ingredients often include tofu, seaweed (wakame), and scallions, but it can be customized with mushrooms, clams, or other additions. It's served hot, typically as part of a traditional Japanese meal, and should not be boiled after adding the miso to preserve its flavor and nutrients. This is hot and steamy. It is delicious! For my next item, I'm having the Seaweed Salad. Japanese seaweed salad (often called wakame salad) is a vibrant, refreshing, and umami-packed dish. It is made by rehydrating dried seaweed, tossing it with a vinaigrette made of sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, and garnishing it with sesame seeds. I love this stiff although it sticks to your teeth sometimes. It is quite chilled. For my next item, I'm having edamame. These are a superfood. Boiled soybeans with salt! Edamame is a Japanese dish of young soybeans, typically boiled or steamed in the pod and served as a snack or appetizer, often with salt. It can also be prepared shelled (mukimame) and seasoned in various ways, such as with garlic, soy sauce, chili, or sesame oil, and served warm or cold in salads. The beans are known for being a protein-rich, healthy, and versatile ingredient. These are an absolutely delicious! For my next drink, I am having a Strawberry Martini made with Svensk Wild Strawberry vodka, sweet vermouth and a splash of strawberry liqueur. Oh wow! This is good! Yes, you can taste the alcohol here! These edamame are good! No shortage of salt here either! For my next food item, I'm having the Tuna Nuts made with thinly sliced seared tuna served with raw seaweed and a sweet miso paste. It normally cones with scallions too. We'll see. This is good! Bowl shapes and decorations can vary considerably. Starting off as a single-serve drink known as the Scorpioncocktail, its immense popularity as a bowl drink in tiki culture is attributed to Trader Vic. This is good! I love the cute bowl! It's pretty big too for "just one." For my first item, I'm having a cup of hot and sour soup. Hot and sour soup is a variant of hulatang or "pepper hot soup" (Chinese: 胡辣汤) that originated from Henan cuisine. Also popular in Southeast Asia, India, Pakistan, and the United States, it is a flexible soup which allows ingredients to be substituted or added depending on availability. For example, the American-Chinese version can be thicker as it commonly includes corn starch, while in Japan, sake is often added. This is real good! It goes well with pepper. This one is especially thick. It was served in under a minute. The pepper really adds to the flavor! Next up, I'm having the Chili Pepper and Preserved Egg. Century eggs (also called preserved egg or 100-year egg) also known as alkalized or preserved eggs, is a Chinese dish made by preserving duck, chicken, or quail eggs in a mixture of clay, ash, salt, quicklime, and rice hulls for several weeks to several months, depending on the processing method. In Kyrgyzstan it is an ingredient in a noodle dish called ashlan fu. Wherever they call it, like it! Jelly made out of beans is very odd. This bowl is huge! Yes, it's spicy! It's nicely garnished too. I love the numbing peppercorns! For my entree, I'm having the Hot Spicy Bowl (with chicken) - very spicy. Dry pot chicken is but one type of hot pot dish. The seasoning, ingredients and cooking methods are similar to the more common "wet" hot pots, but dry hot pots do not have the soup base. I like the soup base (which is why I order this). This is good! It came out quick, is super hot, tasty and very spicy! For my next drink, I'm having Maker's Mark on the rocks. That's it. Decided to give it a try and see how things turned out. Inside is clean and decorated well. Staff was very friendly and attentive. We told them we were doing the all you can eat, and got our ordering menu. Interestingly, they included boba tea as an option on the all you can eat menu. so we got drinks to try. They were a little sweet but tasty. We ordered a smattering of bites, with the idea that the plates would be tiny and we could try a bunch. The portions were smaller, but still very massive. There was many times we would take bites and it would look like nothing was eaten. You need to make sure you order light when picking your choices. The bites were seasoned well, tasty, and plentiful. The highlights being the garlic shrimp and the pepper tuna tataki. The sushi rice is seasoned correctly, and the fish was fresh. The taste of the rolls was a little bland, but soy and the wasabi aoli helped out. They do have the stipulation of food waste costing more, so the mass amounts of food did give us pause. The server assured us that there would not be any charges as they figure out how to portion. But it did limit our ordering. For the price, the quality is actually pretty good. It's pricy for the area, but you're not going to go hungry. If you get a chance to try them, they are a great option for a meal. It's not worthy of a trek, but versus other restaurants of that style you would be hard pressed to find better.

Some noticeable things - the nearly endless variety of drink combinations was intriguing, start with green or black tea, select a fruit flavor (which were freshly muddled) and add Boba or not. Sodas are from a can and were not cold lol. The tables and booths are comfortable if you are not tall. It became a fun game of who's feet are going in which direction around the large pedestal base. Highlights are the hot & sour soup, boneless pork ribs which were succulent and tasty, Kani Salad, signature rolls were also enjoyable with a great and generous rice to filling ratio. Some things to improve are the wait times for the sushi. We've been there twice and each time thw dining area is relatively empty but it still took 35-45 minutes to get any rolls. Although it's AYCE, the sashimi and nigiri options are a la cart $1 a piece. The same checklist sheet was used, and a couple of the items were not erased between courses leading to double service. Maybe a smaller checklist that's used once or an electronic selection option from the table to the kitchen either via app or web form could solve this issue. As anything new, a time to acclimate to the changes and fine tweak solutions ia to be expected. We look forward to trying more of their signature rolls
