Moving crew took pictures as did I. I emailed company my pictures and I called. I was told a claim would be opened. I filed my claim day after because the moving crew said they would start it but I never heard from them again. I have yet to hear from anyone about my claim after 4 business days. We paid the insurance fee to this mover and I don't know if they will honor their insurance commitment ever.

Everything was brought down 2 flights of stairs and loaded into their truck within 30 minutes, and they even drove me to my new apartment. The whole move took less than 90 minutes and they charge by the hour, so this was by far the cheapest move I've hear of in Chicago - less than $200 without tip! The movers were very friendly :)

The day of the move they weren't so responsive, it was the weekend so I understand that the office wouldn't be open but I wasn't called or emailed on the day of the move for when they were arriving and we sat there expecting them to arrive between the hours they gave me,( kinda boring when you packed everything already). It wasn't until after the window of time they gave me that I got a call that they would be arriving late. I'm okay with them being late (I assume another move took longer than expected, understandable), but it would've been nice to have gotten a call at the beginning of the window to have some peace of mind that I wouldn't be getting stood up. We ended up postponing to the next day (it was getting late and it started pouring rain), and they called ahead of the appointment to let me know they were coming and arrived on time and the movers were very nice and efficient. At 1:15 pm, no one had called with an update so I called. I was then told that the movers would be there between a 2 hour window. I was never told that! And it was never on my quote either. I asked for an estimated eta because I needed to get the keys from my leasing office no later than 6:30 pm. At 2:15 I still hadn't received an update so I called the dispatch and was given the managers number. The manager sent me to voicemail and then texted me and said "Can I call you back later" so I called the dispatch office again to get an eta. She said she would call the manager and call me back. At 3:00 I called again. This time the manager told the dispatch that he would call me in 5 minutes. At 3:15 I received no call back. So I called again and was told they would be there in 25 minutes. I asked will they be done in 25 minutes or they are 25 minutes away. 25 minutes later the diver called to say they would be there in 30 minutes. They arrived at 4:10 pm. It took them 2 hours to pack up my 1 bedroom apartment. They finished around 6pm and didn't leave until 6:48 and told me they would be to my new address by 7:48. At 7:35 they arrived and took another 2 hours to unload. When I reached for my money they two men boxed me in a corner and demanded an additional $100. Stating "I won't tell the office" but you could at least give us $100. I told them I wasn't giving them anything extra and then they refused to give me the screws to my bed. Or leave my apartment. At that point I called the police. When the police arrived they retrieved my belongings and asked them to leave. Worst experience of my life.

After pushing back my move time ...the movers never showed up! I didn't get a call or anything! 3. When I called the office on Monday to tell them their movers didn't show they were very rude. They tried to tell me they sent movers the following day but they did not. When the man asked if I was trying to schedule another move I said absolutely no, I just wanted to inform them that their movers were a no show...he in turn stated "if you're not trying to schedule another move then why did you call". This was the same man that hung up on my the day I called to find out why the movers were going to be 3 hours late. This is a horrible company with horrible customer service. Do not book!
