I used this self storage maybe close to a year and a half. On time payments every month even though…read morethe payment escalated like every other month! I had no problems, the facility is very clean and I felt safe entering the inside storage. I made my payment on the 1st, this wasn't planned but I decide to finally move my things out today, five days later after my payment was made. After clearing out the unit, I went to the office to inform them, and get the shock of my life that I won't get a prorated refund!! This is unfair! They prorate you in but not out! I don't think I'll ever deal with this company again that don't believe in fairness! I literally GAVE them free money for the month with only 5 days of usage!!! NOT A GOOD LOOK!!!

The owner is the face of the business and is on site for help which is rare for other business models. During our initial interaction, he was very helpful in finding a unit that would fit both my furniture and my budget. An owner who isn't trying to get over!! Additionally, I enjoy the location since there is very little traffic, statistically resulting in a safer space although there is an access code needed to gain entry into the premises. I was also able to refer a friend who now uses this space in an exterior unit. My unit was interior (climate controlled) so there's an option for that as well. Thanks for your help Munster Stor-all!

They also worked with a sense of urgency in loading and unloading my items which I greatly appreciated (not careless urgency to finish their day but a realization that I am paying for their time). Pete and his crew were very efficient and accomodating in my every request. I would definitely recommend them for your next move. You read online horror stories about shady moving crews but this was definitely not my experience with them. Based on my experience, this is a quality moving company that is attentive to detail during this stressful event of moving your items to a new house

They have no respect for you as a customer they will not work with you, if you have a problem, good luck trying to get a hold of anybody. They may call you in 15 minutes or 15 days I would not recommend this horrible place of business to anybody. Keep your money go somewhere else. Their prices can pretty much be beaten by anybody their late fees, and any other fees they want tag on will your mind
