The past 3 years I have received chocolate turtles, they arrived perfectly and were delicious! This year they arrived melted and at 7 :pm! The company sent a replacement. They arrived much earlier, melted! I do not blame FedEx because there is no indication on the box that maybe it should not be left in a hot truck for a delivery to Arizona! If I could give this company 0 stars I would! This company is a disgrace! I agree with Alejandro - they quickly take your money but don't deliver - changed multiple times and arrived late and melted. Tried several times to speak with a human representative. No response from customer service in the Philippines and was cut off when asked to speak with an actual real human representative in the US. I am furious and appalled that this company is subjecting the American people to such lying and misrepresentation! so I ordered what I thought would be a good chocolate dish for 2. when the item was received it was sent in the wrong basket with the wrong dimension. it was also missing many items or not the right amount of items. they have a 100% smile Guarentee. called them they said they will send out a replacement order I agreed but also expressed this better be what I ordered. replacement comes in the right basket but nowhere near the right size, it was the size for the order below the one I placed. so I called again and they wanted to send a 3rd replacemen. I said at this point a full refund should be fair. They only wanted to do 50% I said no I didn't get what I paid for so therefore should be 100%. be careful with this place will not be ordering from them again. off to dispute this order. read more

I cant believe I forgot to review this business, sorry for the late review. Few months ago i was looking for something to buy my mom for her birthday. I was (and still am) concerned about going out and contracting covid, so i wanted to order something for her. I remember my mother's favorite chocolate was Fannie May's chocolate from Chicago. I found this website allowed me to order some and they would ship it to me. I was concerned because they are not cheap and didn't want them to come melted... but bought some to add to my mothers birthday gift. I had no cause for worry. The chocolates arrived in perfect condition. She loved the chocolate and my other gifts. What's better than making someone you love happy? Sorry i also forgot to take pictures... but she consumed the chocolates rather quicker than i expected. read more

Ordered for delivery to our friends and families event. had it arriving ready so they could have it. It did not arrive. We contacted the rep who would only give us $16.99 shipping back on our over $100 order. said there was nothing more then could do, even though it is a total loss for us. Ordered a gift basket and paid an extra fee for a delivery date. No weather issues and tracking showed the package nearby on the delivery date. The basket was delivered the next day which was useless by then. I e-mailed them three times and no response. Not an apology, small credit for the extra charge, nothing. I tried to provide feedback on their website and the only options for providing feedback are to choose from 3 options (excellent, good, decent). Product quality means nothing if the customer service is awful, so simply chocolate is simply awful. read more

Ruined Valentines Day. Tried to buy a 19 pc chocolate heart set for my girlfriend to arrive at her work the Friday before Valentines. I checked the status on Friday and found out they outsourced their shipping to FedEx but they botched the address so FedEx couldn't deliver it. Because I was a "third party" this added to the hassle of getting FedEx to update the address correctly. SimplyChocolate never notified me that my package wasn't going to arrive and it ended up not getting delivered until several days after Valentines. Never again. read more

Order on 12/2 for delivery on 12/8, I ordered in plenty of time, right? Since I didn't hear anything from the recipient, I check the status of the order today 12/9. Apparently, this is delayed and will not arrive on 12/8. I never received a notification of the delay or anything. Ruined a special day, and now I look like I didn't make an effort for a gift.
