I enjoy the variety of cookies and desserts Crumbl offers. I usually pop in to this location after I get my groceries next door (TJ). I can order in store or on the app. They get the order fairly quick and out I go to enjoy the treats. Parking is shared but plenty of spots. They are all fairly sweet but they are desserts. I recommend for sure and keep in mind they are closed on Sundays. read more

Crumbl - La Grange - Selection of the week - Bakeries Near Me - La Grange, Illinois

Probably the worst location I've been to in the country..sadly..placed an order to be done at 220pm and I didn't arrive till 3pm and they still didn't have it done..also the cookies were flat in the middle and not risen...dry and just not great. Cookies aren't the biggest deal but a couple teenagers killing them and the service from them being nonchalant and dry is also a problem. Won't be going back to this location even though it's in a great location. read more

Worst ten bucks I've ever spent! This place advertises a range of gluten-free cookies, but the staff at this location seemed out of the loop about this. After a few minutes of mutual deer in the headlights, I was told there was only one this week --- not at all elevated rice crispy treat. Cookie shaped of course! Before I knew that the ticket was going to be over ten bucks, I was irritated but was still going to pay and go silently. I think they saw my jaw hit the floor when I paid. Lol. I've paid more for a cookie, I'm a regular at many $$$ bakeries. This wasn't worth it. After all that, I had to walk over to the receiving desk so that a special person could close the boxes in front of me. That person was adorable and seemed nice. They are the whole two stars. The pretentiousness of this place is good for a laugh and the rice crispy treat was edible once it was peeled off the paper. read more

Very disappointed in the owner/ manager making absurd excuses. Regarding the delay in cookies. She initially stated that the driver was trying to contact me , because 3 of my selections were out, then after stayed the previous driver stole the cookies and it's on the way. She forgot and didn't have time to call me back .,it got busy .the box was not completed sealed . Totally disappointed. Will not go here again. I called 3x and merely asked for a call back , however Debbie forgot to call . read more

Fresh made cookies every visit! Best location, easy to find parking. Highly recommended.

So delicious, I stop with my daughter & we split each cookie so we could share with each other. They're served warm & have a few different varieties to pick from each week. And they're open until midnight, so if you need a late night snap here's the place to go. We're definitely going back! read more

My son's favorite cookies I love them too, his all time favorite is chocolate chip cookies

Love this place! They always get it right and especially now that it's become one of my go-to's!

If you're looking for something sweet this is the place to go. I have been there a couple of times and have been pleased with what I have ordered. I believe their menu changes frequently therefore you may not find the same pastries. Depending on how busy they are, you may experience a bit of a wait. You can only order to go, there's no tables or chairs to sit and eat your pastries. read more

Love Crumbl, the cookies are delicious, normally have all flavors in stock. Always polite. read more

Crumbl - La Grange - Confetti Cookie - Bakeries Near Me - La Grange, Illinois

I feel a little bad for the La Grange area for not having a ton of options when it comes to dessert. We were hoping to grab some dessert after dinner, so we came to Crumbl Cookies. The lack of seating was really disappointing, but we decided to order a cookie anyway. I don't want to think about the profit margins on each cookie, but anyway, a cookie is around $5. We ordered the Sea Salt Toffee cookie. When our order was ready, we were presented this cookie in a box and asked if it looked okay. Truthfully, the cookie was a little squashed, but I wasn't about to return a misshapen cookie. It was a good cookie to share. For single cookies, they still put the cookie in a box. It'd be nice if they had a packaging option that creates less waste. I would've been totally happy with a cookie in a sleeve or on a napkin. read more

Cookies are great size a little doughy for me. Good flavor though. The blueberry cookie was very very tasty. Cookies are a little pricey but for gourmet they are probably on target. The customer service was excellent as the staff was helpful, polite, and quick. The shop was extremely clean and you can watch them mix the cookie dough right in front of you. read more

Placed an order for Super Bowl cookies a week ahead. When I went in the day of my pick-up, a day before the actual game, they told me they had sold out on the limited game time cookies since it was a first come fisrt served basis. They said they don't hold cookies and it's as you show up they sell them to whoever. So what is the point of placing pre-orders ahead of time if they aren't going to hold your items and honor your pre-order first? I drove 40mins so they can tell me they had sold out and can only give me a refund or take the regular cookies they had, no special designs or anything either. They even told me they ran out of white frosting to do the simple football stiching on the cookie. That was a complete lie since a lot of the cookies they where currently making where being topped with white frosting as I stood there watching them! No consideration for my time and order, nor did they even attempt to make it right at all. This location needs better management or you will start loosing business for simple careless attitude. Crumbl is falling off for sure. read more

I have to update my review. I came in today for free cookie day, and it's a bit deceiving because she said I had to leave a cash or credit tip... it left a bad taste in my mouth because I've never had someone say I had to leave a tip... might as well just charge me for the cookies as that way it's transparent that you'll end up paying something for "free cookie day". Instead of leaving feeling happy abs excited, I walked out feeling tricked. read more

Wow! Crumbl cookies in LaGrange, Illinois, are definitely Santa-approved. They are not cheap, but hey, you get what you pay for, right? These cookies are incredible, combining the moist, yet crunchiness, in a favorable flavorite way! Ha! Santa loves the French word for cookie: 'Petit gateau' because cookies like Crumbl's really are 'little cakes!' And as Chief Cookie Taster, I know a great cookie! read more

These have to be Top 3 cookies I've ever had. My favorite part is every Crumbl location I've been to, the cookies seem like they keep getting better (and that's tough because they set the bar high). I went on opening night when they offered free cookies when you show the app and they lived up to it. I ordered two cookies (Double Chocolate and Cake Batter), both phenomenal and I wish I could relive the moment I took my first bite..that's how good it was. The cake batter was my favorite, to a point where I wish I could have shared it with everyone. It was so good I didn't want to keep it to myself, like I just won the lottery or something. Plenty of parking and the app is convenient as well if there's a long line. About $4-$5 a cookie, keep that in mind. Worth it though. I need to try their ice cream, with a nice warm - right out of the oven - chocolate chip cookie. Yum. Personal (Cookie) Review 9.6/10 read more

Brand new location! Place is super clean and the workers are very friendly. Their cookies are large, thick and soft. They also have smaller ones you can order in large batches for parties. There is no indoor dining. Download their app and earn points. I'm sure some will be surprised by the price BUT their cookies are huge. The address is on LaGrange Road but you can't see them from there. They are on the parking lot side, just like Trader Joe's and Corner Bakery. read more

Always have what I like, speedy delivery. Great staff. Thank you for an overall good experience

Takes quite a while, make sure to order ahead of time online. I feel like this is pretty standard for most crumbls tho

Great service! Little disappointed that they were out of the peanut butter brownie cookie. Oh well....will just have to go back.

I don't get it. My older kid loves it but I think it's for the vibe/clout, not the food. It's a super cute location and the service is very fast, but the cookies are, as the younger kid would say, mid. They have a rotating menu and the teenagers seem pretty fixed on what's on this week and trying them out. I find the cookies to be way too much and dry or mediocre. And I can't believe I'm going to say this, because I am a sweets person, but these cookies are just too damn much. For my money, I'll take myself next door to the grocery store and make a better specimen at home. read more

Better then most locations. Some cookies are good. Some are over rated. The staff seems nice, but most times ny cookies are not appealing.

BEST cookies EVER. Customer service is always responsive and I love that I can earn points with every purchase.

Cookies are pretty good. They are expensive, but, the cookies are large. I waited a bit for a pick up order.

Yummy cookies, some were too sweet for me. But the chocolate chip cookie was perfect and the churro one.

I walked in to order cookies for Mother's Day and because I was just interested in ordering some of the cookies of the week. There was no one else there, other than someone who was waiting on their order. I was completely ignored by the staff. One staff member even came up to give someone their order then proceeded to go back to doing whatever she was doing. I ended up walking out, I will go to another location or no location at all. Bummer because I really wanted to try the cookies of the week, but I refuse to stand there for minutes and not be acknowledged at all. read more

I personally love and appreciate a great cookie. I bought two cc cookies, my fav. They were ok. I've had better actually and the price of these cookies was nuts. I can afford to pay but I don't want to. It's wasteful. Imagine kids asking for a cookie and the parent has to shell out $20 on a budget. I heard they lowered the prices. The box is cute but so unnecessary. It's just a cookie. Lower the prices and put it in a bag. I don't think this brand will be around for the long haul. They're trendy and a cute name, etc. Time will tell. read more

Five star experience at the LaGrange, IL store. The store is clean and when you walk inside the staff welcomes you with a smile and a Hello and Welcome to Crumb greeting. Love this location cookies are always straight out of the oven. It's rarely packed and super clean.

Great staff and great cookies. Always excited to learn what the new weekly menus are! The manager there is very kind.

1 cookie can definitely be shared. On the sweet side for me but my kids love it! At the Lagrange location the staff is always nice and fast.

YUM. I order a lot every time thinking that I'll share...but...then I end up having to return because I most without giving them to my kids

best cookies, always warm, best customer service and the store is always very inviting
