The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and the portions were very generous. The staff was professional, friendly, and made us feel very welcome throughout the entire evening. It's the perfect place for a special occasion, a romantic dinner, or simply a wonderful night out with family and friends. I highly recommend Carmine's Rosemont. Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding service -- definitely a place I will be coming back to!

I asked for a happy hour menu, which was more annoying. It took her about 15 minutes to ask what I wanted to drink, bar top only had a few other guest at it. I ordered 2 items, a chicken slider and pizza, she said we are out of the pizza and walked away. No "would you like something else" or even a chance for me to order something different. I was going to order more food but her attitude was off putting and made me feel like I shouldn't be there. I did order some food togo for the person I was getting at the airport, but this was me having to flag her down to order. I was going to go somewhere else initially near the airport but opted for here since my family and I love Rosebuds in Naperville. Definitely not the same level of service and would discourage anyone to not sit at the bar.

My brother, three of my cousins and I sat at a round table next to a glass window that offers a view of the kitchen. We were nicely served by a waiter named Alex. It took nearly an hour for our pies -- The Classic and Chicago Special -- to arrive, but that's expected when you order Chicago-style pizza. Boy howdy, it was worth the wait. From a presentation standpoint, the pizzas appeared well prepared and baked just right. Flavor wise, I understood why my brother said that lots of people who arrive at O'Hare tend to come here after they get on the Kennedy (that's I-90 for those of who aren't from Chicago). The cheese in The Classic (sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions) and Chicago Special (pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and onions) is fresh, plentiful, and thankfully, didn't burn the roof of my mouth. It blended well with the sauce and the toppings in each. Each slice was massive to where I was full after at least three forkfuls. When it comes to favorites between the two, I pick The Classic since I enjoyed it the most. I'll add that the Special is like the Italian Beef, the sandwich that's famous around these parts, in pizza form. Before I forget, I should mention that we started our lunch with wings and calamari. I didn't touch the calamari, but I sure couldn't get enough of the wings. That's possibly why I was stuffed (no pun intended) a few minutes into diving into the pizza. I suggest that potential diners request for Alex. The guy practically moved Heaven and Earth to make sure we were alright. He refilled our glasses, gave extra napkins and shared updates on the pizzas. If you have a trip to Chicago in your future and your flight is bound for O'Hare, add this Giordano's to your itinerary.

As we sat a family came in, another couple and a large group. They all arrived after we did and were tended to immediately. We waited 10 mins and still no one so that's when I decided I'll go eat at a place that wants to feed me. Two servers talking in the corner doing nothing What a crock. Hey managers of this restaurant. Get your staffs heads out of their butts and wake them up. I've spent alot of money in here over the years between family and friends get together. That ends today
