It was unexpected to see balloons, party supplies, and decorations alongside the usual office supplies. The service was great, as always. There always seems to be someone available and willing to help when needed. The location is convenient, and the return process was quick and easy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be back whenever I need to make another Amazon return.

She apparently had a box on the floor with plenty of packages to be returned. The Staples employee was working very efficiently despite this customer's many returns. When it was my turn, the employee asked me to wait because she had to help customers waiting for printing and copying orders. She did a few of those people and then came back to me. Another customer further back asked if another Staples employee could come to help and she said no, she was alone. A+ for the worker who kept her cool and worked as fast as humanly possible.
