The phone still worked so I figured I could get away with it but upon further reading I learned that this could damage the phone even more. As a result I called around to the local four and five star rated iPhone screen repair shops. Many were priced quite high, did not have a white frame in stock, or required an appointment and then a 45 minute to 1 hour wait. Fortunately I found E-Tech. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and professional. She told me that I did not need an appointment, they have the white frame in stock, and their price was much more reasonable than the competitors. Additionally, my wait was much shorter than the other companies. When I came to pick up my repaired screen I was impressed by how beautiful it looked (again). They also gave me a complementary tempered glass screen protector. (free with Yelp Check In) They also informed me that the screen had a warranty should there be anything problematic with it. I am glad I found E-Tech. I hope nothing ever happens to my phone again but if it does I will come back here

He took 6 hours for a 2 hour job. When I got the notebook back the wrong version of windows was loaded and windows software and office software was in Spanish. I am American and I speak the language of the USA that is English. So I contacted him and he said to return tomorrow. So I returned in morning he took the notebook and he said to return in 5 and half hours... So returned and he was closed for lunch, I waited half hour and he returned and gave me my notebook back, He booted it and screen was in English, When I got home I booted my notebook and same problem but this time some screens still remained in Spanish and another in English, any user added would be reflected in Spanish. Plus the malware software was a free sample one and kept on asking for money. It was supposed be included with service. He never put the right version of windows software on, He gave me back the notebook still with incorrect windows version. I put my data restore disk in and all folders changed to shortcuts. after running my legal virus software (McAfee) the software alerted me that I had 2 Trojan viruses and a shortcut virus. When I brought the notebook in to be serviced, I am absolutely sure that the notebook had no viruses. These viruses came from his software that he put on my notebook. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.
