I've never seen this happen before, but a page popped up and told me my computer was locked and to call a special number. The message kept repeating and I had a meeting, so I went to another room while my computer was freaking out. After my first meeting ended, I only had 40 minutes before my next meeting and I needed my computer. I called 3 other computer repair businesses and they either sounded sketchy, expensive or too much time to get my computer serviced. My last call was NNIS. I wasn't even going to call, but something said, last try. I called and Myron answered the phone. He gave me his price and time frame and it didn't work with what I needed. Exasperated, I just told him my problem. Myron said, "oh, you don't have a virus, I can walk you through how to fix that right now...free of charge." What?! I was freaking out about what I was going to do and here we have Myron saving the day! Within 5 minutes....FIVE MINUTES YALL! Myron fixed my problem. Thank you Myron for saving the day!
