Before I even agreed to having them to do the work, they were incredibly helpful and responsive via text. They meticulously explained to me my options and answered all of my many many questions. The install itself was done very well. All of the wires were well hidden and the installation was clean. The lights are all perfectly spaced and look great. They extended the power cord and were able to plug it into a utility box on the side of the house so there are no obvious cords anywhere. Even after the holidays, we've used the lights to light our house the colors of our sports teams and to provide warm white accent lighting. Todd was our primary contact; he was super responsive over email and text, and came out to give us a demo of the lights (installed in the cap of their demo truck). Scheduling was quick and easy (although that's probably because most people probably aren't thinking about holiday lights during the summer). Installation took the better part of a day, but was otherwise a breeze; the crew were friendly, kept everything tidy, and gave us a thorough demo of the controller app after they were done. As for the lights themselves: totally worth it! They're basically invisible during the day, and are super bright at night. You can customize just about everything about them; settings are changed via the controller app on your phone (yay no ladders!), which gives you complete control over the color(s), brightness, animations, and schedule.
