They came out and try to fix but eventually gave up and quit returning calls and trying to fix. Refuse to refund the $4000 paid. I only make objective reviews. Be very cautious of these business owners who are Jose and Amelia. They are very unprofessional, low integrity owners and NOT true to their word. They made me wait for a date for holiday lights installation and quoted me for the cost of supplies and labor. However, on the day of installation backed out and denied the terms of our agreement. Also, Jose is very rude who constantly interrupted while I spoke on the phone. It is very difficult dealing with Jose. No worries because KARMA is real. Amelia, an agreement is an agreement, and many verbal agreements are legally binding. Clients like me know we are supposed to pay you what we both agreed upon. Neither a collection agency nor a judge will require you to produce a contract. You can't just randomly refuse service because you inconsistently changed your mind. Your business is definitely a RED FLAG and like I said before, KARMA is real. read more

We have since left a couple of voicemails and several texts requesting the return of our money, but have had no response, even though this is his business phone and his busy season. It looks like we'll have to go to small claims court to retrieve our money. Also, when researching the business, I was unable to find a Modesto business license under either the business name or the owner's name., even though Yelp lists it as a Modesto based business. No call no show. I made an appointment on 11-4-21 for installation on 12-3-21. Despite the installation being a bit pricey and the installation being so late in the season, I decided to follow through with the appointment because of the positive reviews.  I was told that I would be called the day before the installation (12/2) in order to schedule the time of installation. I subsequently never received a phone call nor did anyone show on the date of scheduled installation.  I called them to see what happened (on 12/3) and the call went straight to voice mail with a message indicating they have closed for the season. This experience was either a blatant and intentional disregard of a potential customer or the careless mishandling of scheduling and committments.  Either way this was unptrofessional and disappointing. read more
