But when the fire inspectors actually asked us to put in couple of more sprinklers, he charged us 20% of the cost of the original invoice to add 2 extra sprinklers, So my advice with them is make sure you get it in writing as to how much they will charge for additional sprinklers. Both the owners were extremely rude and threatened that they will make it hard for us if they wanted (I am assuming it is because they are buddies with the fire department). Also, they took advantage of the fact that we could not delay the project any further and had to get it done.

It was a new construction at the time. I recently called them for a repair because one of the sprinkler heads started dripping. It was a slow leak in the hallway. The repair service was excellent and the technician they sent was very nice. He came on short notice and said that he is based on the Peninsula near where I live so he was able to come same day. What a relief! He even followed up the next day to be sure that everything was still Ok. Some of the sprinkler heads from 20 years ago have been recalled (no fault of this company), so once in a blue moon one of them will spring a leak. Turn off the main water to your house if it's a major leak to protect the floors. You can't turn off the water to the sprinkler system only - you need to turn off the entire water to the house (shut-off valve should be around the side or front of your house) until someone from this company can come out.

Another charged by sq.ft but after going into details there were surcharges and other charges for changing colors. Robert quote came in half but much more reasonable than those guys. He also could get started within a couple days. On the painting day, everything went smoothly. He came with another man on time. Both of them moved some heavy furnitures (others were telling us to move by ourselves), taped and protected the floor. They did not skip another coat (even though it was not needed) to finish the job early. At the end, they made sure all furnitures were back in place. I would hire them again.

That tells me that this company is honest and really wanted my business. When the work started it took 2 days. The owner Geronimo was on the roof with his employee 3 days later. Replaced the leaking furnance roof flashing as needed and 7 other pipe flashings and painted them as needed for preventative maintenance.. other work completed was removal of the valley tiles and cleaning out the leaves. Afterwards a power washing of the roof and cleaning of the property before leaving. Let's put it this way this is an honest roofing contractor. I am a retired B General contractor with 40 years experience I only hire subcontractors that I can trust hands down! This rental property is over an hour from my house, so we did the entire transaction via email, phone, and text message.
