The service was great and boba was fresh. Got the butterfly pea tea matcha and a Thai tea with the buruso ramen. It was so yummy I'd get it again if I was in the area.

Inside the Burosu Ramen in studio city, it's one of the higher quality matcha places in the valley. I recommend the medium as the medium size is more than plenty but I tried the large size and holy it was HUGE! The matcha was good quality, on par with Junbi and other brands. The price is a bit up there so I could not give 5 stars and the butterfly tea wasn't my favorite flavor. But otherwise I would come back for more tea everyday! It's a worth it spot in Ventura!

    A must try!

The Galaxy Yuzu (pictured below) is worth a trip! The staff are super patient in answering any questions you have about their menu. Try this place this weekend and you wont be disappointed!

The tea place is inside The Borosu ramen shop. Which I may come back and try but not sure if they made a mistake but my milk tea seems to be missing the tea part I got brown sugar milk tea and I'm pretty sure it's just milk and syrup. I was super disappointed bc I try not drinking milk tea since it's not the healthiest and I went to treat myself once a month and it just made me mad. I don't think I would come back for milk tea. If the actual drink had tea in it, the drink would actually be satisfying. The presentation of it is nice but delivery wasn't so great. The service was quick and the ramen shop was a very nice intimate setting

Boba shop connected to Bosura ramen. They have a wide variety of drinks and soft serve to choose from. I ordered the caramel milk tea, but was disappointed as it mainly tasted like milk and caramel without much tea flavor. I also ordered the sparkling Yuzu, which was a lot better than the milk tea. My total was close to $13 for both drinks and personally didn't think it was worth the price, but maybe I ordered the wrong drinks.

Everything and I mean everything is so delicious and beautiful. Every detail from the atmosphere, vibe to the decor, the spoons! The containers the to go comes in. My son and I just happen to stumble here from a Yelp search and initially ordered two bobas. We were so impressed with how we were welcomed and in awe of how pretty the place is we decided to stay and eat here.

Terrible taste. They can't even do a simple milk tea right. It just tasted like milk with bunch of sugar.

The place is always clean, and today I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there's parking available in both the front and the rear. Today, we got our drinks to go, but I enjoy sitting inside as well. The ambiance is great. I'll definitely be back, and soon.

I went in to try this place out while in the area and had a Matcha boba and strawberry waffle…read moresnack. Boba drink that was advertised as $5.50 on menu and Strawberry waffle at $5.00. Total came out to $16.51 and asked for a receipt from machine, but didn't get it. It didn't make sense, but I was busy on a meeting on my phone and didn't notice at the time. My Husband came to join me and come in for a drink. He ordered the Vietnamese coffee, against advertised at $5.50 and his order was $9.99. He just paid it and didn't notice but didn't grab receipt. After we left I noticed charges and was confused. I had planned to call them and we were busy afterwards so lost track before they closed. The next morning I noticed we were charged 2 separate fees in addition to the already overcharged amount! I called several times as they opened to speak with someone and was told manager wasn't in yet and finally got through a few hours later. I explained the situation and issue with charges and asked for a breakdown. I was told the syrup was an extra charge, and the foam on my husbands was extra and so on. It was crazy, but when I asked about the extra charges he said that was strange but couldn't look up on machine and that I should reach out to my bank. I should have read thru other reviews before my purchase to make sure what I was charged. I did see they charged a % for using a card, but that was already included. It wasn't to be charged after and he claimed it could have been a tip, but we didn't include a tip in the first place. Very shady practices and many people have already had issues. Use caution when ordering. I'm sure they get many people this way and rack up on adding charges to cards. Fraudulent activity that made me even have to cancel my card to get a new one. Such a hassle to deal with and so much time to deal with this issue between them and calling bank to dispute. Reporting it now to the BBB and FTC so they stop now after multiple reports. I would have gladly returned here for a drink, but it's the principle and unfair business practices. People work too hard for their money to be scammed and it's sad to see how many locals and families come in/out and are probably being scammed too. BE CAUTIOUS! Report if it happened to you!

So glad that this location opened up in Beverly Hills. It's located right on Rodeo Drive, so…read moretraffic in the area can get pretty packed, but I haven't had any issues finding parking in the structure directly behind the store. There is also some street parking available, though it can be a bit difficult to find an open spot. Service at this location is okay, sometimes good and friendly and other times not so much. It doesn't bother me too much since I don't interact with them very often though. I usually order online and pick up at the counter, which I find much more convenient. Recently, I believe they extended the delivery area on the map to LA, but I haven't gotten the chance to try that out yet. They often run offers and promotions on their app, so I definitely recommend ordering online. You can also add a sticker to your cup when ordering online (if you draw your own it takes about a day to get it approved)! The interior is pretty small, so more of a grab-n-go, and it has a nice modern, clean aesthetic. The drinks are consistently pretty great! My go‑to orders are the Mango Coconut Boom and the Mango Grapefruit Boom. Super refreshing and fruity and the grapefruit adds a little tart, sour kick to the mango. I also really like the Triple Supreme Matcha and I recently tried the new seasonal King Jasmine Guava, and it wasn't bad at all too (the stickers are also super cute). Overall, really happy that this location opened, and the drinks are super good and keep me coming back.

Parking is atrocious (even with the public parking garages close by) so keep that in mind when you order your drink. They haven't worked out their kinks. I ordered at 11am and they weren't selling any coconut mango boom drinks due to a supply issue? Overall I love Heytea and the Monterey Park never gets it wrong. I wouldn't recommend this location and would say it doesn't give the correct impression of what Heytea represents. Sure, having this spot on the west side of LA is nice but not if it's going to be a lackluster quality compared to the other location. So if you're desperate and in the west side, tread with caution knowing quality will be lower and to bring patience for parking.
