They refused to refund any of the time when the service didn't work. But what my biggest beef with them was is that they continued to bill me, stating that it took 60 days to cancel the account, and I had to continue to pay another two months, even through my service didn't work. I called them and went in circles for an hour and a half, but got nowhere. TL;DR: Look elsewhere for an alarm service.

They scheduled me for today and to my surprise, the tech was late about 30 minutes. David, the tech, was red and sweating profusely. I could tell he had just come from a job and was busting his behind. He apologized several times which I accepted and was very helpful. He found a solution to the problem that did not require replacing the lock which saved me a few bucks. Honesty is hard to find... unfortunately, so I truly appreciated it. I called Alert 360 to explain the situation and see if I can get out of my 2 year contract, but they refused to do ANYTHING to help me and I'm stuck paying $70/month for years and they don't even have to provide a service. Please don't sign a contract with them, find a pay as you go provide --UPDATE--- A rep gave me a call and was able to let me buy out of the contract if I paid about 30% of the remaining balance which isn't cheap but it is a lot less than I would have paid over the next couple years. I was happy to learn that they were very knowledgeable about Starlink and I decided to move forward with them. Edwin Sanchez installed my Starlink Mini. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He worked with me to determine the best location on my roof to place the unit. All the wiring and cables were carefully placed and tacked down. Once the Mini was placed on my roof Edwin activated my system and then setup the additional external router that I purchased for my home.
