I signed up for alert 360 when I was working as a company employee and signed the contract. Recently the business has gone out of business, and the alarms aren't even installed or being monitored. I called Alert 360 to explain the situation and see if I can get out of my 2 year contract, but they refused to do ANYTHING to help me and I'm stuck paying $70/month for years and they don't even have to provide a service. Please don't sign a contract with them, find a pay as you go provide --UPDATE--- A rep gave me a call and was able to let me buy out of the contract if I paid about 30% of the remaining balance which isn't cheap but it is a lot less than I would have paid over the next couple years. I have had my system for 8 months now and have never once had everything working. Since they day it was installed I had issues along with not getting what I was promised. Such a joke. Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely nice (minus 1 tech) but no one can seem to get me to 100%. Meanwhile I paid all the upfront cost and along with bill every month with out fail. Currently I have a brand new keypad that doesn't work and two cameras that completely don't work. I had a tech scheduled to come out and fix them two weeks ago. He texted me and said I'm sending a firmware update to fix the Keypad. That will do. Than never came to fix the cameras as scheduled. Now my Keypad is worse then it was. I have gone above and beyond as a customer to be nice and understanding. I even asked for a direct call three weeks ago from the regional president and never received a call. read more

I can't say anything but AVOID this company at all costs. We have been a customer for almost 8 years and had them come to upgrade the system which has been nothing short of a disaster. The first time, the tech didn't know how to install all of the equipment, so they had to rebook an appointment to send the same tech plus another one almost a week later. Shortly after leaving sensors started to go off-line and lose communication, so booked a third appointment. Before they could show, up keypads are going off-line. So beyond the lack of knowledge of installing an alarm, the 800 corporate headquarter tech support is extremely dismissive of the issues and seem to be nothing more than glorified note takers. And please stop with the pandering of "we strive to provide...." and realize although you are striving you aren't achieving. read more

I was looking for a security system (specifically Alarm.com) for our vacation home in Temecula. I reached out to a few authorized dealers of Alarm.com and was really impressed with Alert 360. From the first phone call to confirm my information, sales, and all the way through installation (including quick responses to issues) I've had a great experience. Alert 360 wasn't the cheapest option, but I wanted to work with a company I could rely on. There was some confusion in the smart door lock we wanted, and they were able to give us a temporary one, order a new one and came all the way back to swap it out. When we had issues with a camera not picking up motion, we were able to set up a time the next day for them to come out, take a look, and resolve the issue. Thanks Stan and Logan + team! read more

I have been with them for over a year now. I had a not so good situation with Alert 360. However, after the supervisor called me and corrected the situation, Yelp would not let me update my review saying, "you cannot update this review yet." So I deleted the review altogether. Alert 360 came through and made sure to correct the situation. Not only are they fixing the billing, they will be using my situation as a coaching device moving forward to train on how to not let this happen. I couldn't be happier with how the supervisor handled not only himself, but myself as well. I feel full confidence in Alert 360. read more

Great customer service but trash equipment that doesn't work. Cameras and doorbells don't work and i'm stuck in a 3 year contract. One tech will come out and "temporary" fix the problems. Then a week later some kid that calls himself the manager will come out and "temporary" fix the problem and HE charges me a $25 service fee. Sounds like this company makes that extra money on service fees to fix their problems. This must be one of those companies trying to make a name for themselves but providing trash equipment and hidden fees is shady business practices. Can't wait till my contract is up. If I could give them 0 starts I would. I initially signed a contract with "All Secure" but the company changed to Alert 360. I called to cancel and they're telling me I'll be charged for the 6 months even though my 2 year contract ended they said it automatically renewed in accordance with the contract. I asked for that to be provided with my signature and they can't but are still charging me. I'm left with no way out except to get a lawyer. read more

Not pleased. Had the service for many years and experienced technical issues number of times. Since I own the system they made it my problem. Paid them to send a technician out who said it was my problem. I got another company to fix, upgrade and service my system for same price I was paying Alert 360. Subsequently Alert 360 said they would send someone out to fix the problem and wouldn't charge me again for the technical support service call. Since I had reported the problem several times and it was never resolved to my satisfaction, I have now a new provider with whom I am pleased so far. read more

I had this system installed a few years ago and it has never worked. I called to have it repaired and never heard back from anyone. I recently realized that they have continued to bill me even though the system does not work. Obviously I should have noticed that I was being billed, thats on me. But when I called to tell them about my issue, they told me they were aware that the system has never worked and they were aware that they were still billing me. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't provide one because I hadn't called them before. I reiterated that I had called them before but they did nothing about it. I am still hopeful that they will come to their senses but in the meantime I will reach out to the BBB. read more

Well lets start this review with saying I had ADT installed on Saturday, and by Tuesday I had their system removed. . . Yep. I had Ricardo who works for Vanguard Smart Home Security show up on Monday by the grace of god who originally sold me my first home alarm system 4 years ago, and I expressed to him my ADT experience. I cant say this enough on how he went above and beyond for me. He advised he no longer worked for the previous company he sold me but a new one called Alert 360 and they will take better care of me but also provide a better installation experience! Let me tell you he did not disappoint. They fixed my door bell that hasn't worked in I don't know how many years so they could install me a Smart Door Bell so shout out to Frank for who spent little over an hour getting that done. They provided me everything I couldn't get with the previous alarm company, and not only that but Ricardo help me with the cancellation process. I honestly can't praise Vanguard Smart Home Security and Alert 360 enough but I made the right decision to go with them. read more
