We have been with Watchlight (formerly Alarm Relay) for 10 years. At one time, we had over 10 accounts for our various businesses. We have tried a handful of other monitoring companies over the years, but no one has been able to come close to the customer service support they consistently provide. Specifically, we have come to rely on Christel. She's awesome and when she answers the phone, we know whatever this issue might be, it will be 100% resolved before we hang up the phone. Just this week, we had a billing issue come up (no fault of theirs) and Christel and Lacey were right there to solve it, even though it was 10 minutes past their business office hours. We didn't expect it, but also in retrospect, we're not at all surprised. Over the years when we have had legitimate alarm activity, it has never been more than 15 seconds before they are calling. In the several instances we needed emergency service response, they got them there in under 5 minutes. That is where the real value always lies. They have never let us down. You can look across the country for an alarm service provider (as we did), but you won't find a better value or higher quality service for your money than this wonderful company. I have been with Alarm Relay / Watchlight for countless years now. I honestly could not tell you how many years I have been with them. But regardless, they have always been fantastic, especially when compared to other alarm companies I have been with whom I will not name. There have actually been a few times where an alarm was triggered and the it was a real alarm; not a test or false alarm. First alarm was an audible Panic after I woke up to see someone trying to crawl into my living room window. The window had a vent switch, allowing it to be open up to 8 inches without causing an alarm. The burglar had not breached the 8-inch mark and therefore the alarm was not triggered. But as soon as I hit that panic button, Alarm Relay / Watchlight was there, as they always have been and Police arrived within 4 minutes. Second event was more recent, just a few weeks ago actually. I hit the Medical Emergency Button as my blood sugar had crashed to the point where I began seizing. Alarm Relay / Watchlight was able to get an ambulance to me very quickly before I lost my life. Alarm Relay / Watchlight has always been there, day and night, constantly keeping us safe. All associates of Alarm Relay / Watchlight are just beyond phenominal and I could not feel safer with anyone else. Sheri Johnson, the Office Manager, goes above and beyond to assist clients. If its not something she can assist with, she will find the correct person for you. She truly is a major asset to Alarm Relay / Watchlight. I could go on and on about Alarm Relay / Watchlight, but, then I would be writing a J.K. Rowling Book instead of a review. Chris to the rescue again! Our alarm system has been in our home since we purchased it over 30 years ago. It has slowly worn out in many areas. Recently we were awakened at 3:00 am to alarms going off for fire, police and emergency panic buttons. While trying to shut down the system and check the house, Watchlight Alarm called us to verify that we were safe. Needless to say it was quite a high stress wakeup call. We called and set up a service call with Chris the next day to see if he could diagnose the problem. Once again he arrived on time, listened to our complaint and dove into the heart of the system to find the issue. Within minutes he found a faulty battery in a control panel and suggested that it be replaced. He was well prepared with the replacement part in the truck and in no time we were back up to speed. While at the house he customized the control panels to exactly what we wanted and left us with complete confidence that everything would work without faults. Watchlight Alarms have installed, monitored and maintained my security system for over 25 years. They are as professional as professional can be! Because we travel frequently, last year we decided to enhance our system with a large bank of security cameras. I pushed for an Alula doorbell and camera system and it was the worst idea ever. Paolo, the owner, even visited with the service manager to review my desires. Even though they did not agree with my desires, they installed the system. Boy, did I blow it! The Alula system was a nightmare from day one. Individual cameras would go bonkers and have hundreds of activations, normally in the middle of the night, over nothing. Paolo and Paul never batted an eyelid. They focused on my needs and desires. It took several months, but finally, they developed a plan to remove, replace and enhance my entire system with new AI based cameras, doorbell and monitoring equipment. Their amazing techs, Juan and Christian, spent two days swapping me over to an absolute top of the line system so we can now spend our vacations away with a peace of mind. The most amazing part of this story is that in the end, it was not the "almighty dollar" to governed the final product, it was the desire to make sure that the job was done perfectly and professionally. It has been over a year since I've needed service on my alarm system. Just days before leaving for a two year planned vacation the alarm went crazy for no reason. Come to find out it had a battery go out somewhere in the keypad panel. After several phone calls talking with tech support it was determined that a service call was needed to take a look at the keypad. I scheduled Chris to come out one day before we were to leave. The keypad was well over 25 years old and although it worked it still showed an error code that would set off the alarm by itself. Chris suggested a new keypad to eliminate any possible malfunction of the alarm system as the old keypad was not supported any longer. Within 30 minutes we were up an running without a hitch. He programmed the new keypad with it's updated functions and dialed it in for our needs. All the time he was at our house he was diagnosing what was wrong and completely checking out the entire system for any other possible problems. The outstanding technician from Watchlight Alarm (David) just upgraded my system with a new 4G/5G cellular radio and a whole pile of new super-slim window and door sensors. He also spent extra time and care troubleshooting my system, clearing error codes and explaining to me the functions and nuances of the control panel. A quick call into the home office helped clear up one pesky long-running problem, which turned out to be a low-battery warning on a seldom-used device, showing the value of Watchlight's full team working together. When Cox changed our phone service to voice over the internet our alarm monitoring was no longer compatible. I called Gio at Watchlight who was very helpful. Based on other Cox/ Watchlight experiences he had seen during the change over Gio advise me to make sure that the Cox service rep. not leave until I did a alarm check with Watchlight. The Cox rep. did all of his checking and indicated he could not get the service to connect with Watchlight. He advised me to have an alarm service rep come out to fix things. I asked the Cox rep. to stay while I did an alarm check. The system did communicate. If I had not talked with Gio it would have cost me close to $100 for an alarm tech to come out. read more

Not only is Watchlight an excellent provider of security monitoring (ie after many years of service they continue to answer any of my alarms within 30 seconds) they do it for an extremely affordable price.
