Josh the Operations Manager responded almost immediately when ever I called or emailed Chris the Guard Supervisor called me immediately when a problem arose with an unauthorized person saying they needed access to the property. I first instructed Chris to have the guard call the police if the person refused to leave. Then that person from the termite company called me directly and identified themselves after the guard denied them access and I then called Chris and gave him the okay for the guard to let the person on my property. I also requested additional guard hours after I had signed a contract and Josh and Chris handled that quickly and smoothly. Fantastic service at a fair price
