As a resident in Spire San Diego, in East Village, I am writing this review to compliment two of…read moreyour security guards, Jason Godoy and Key. Both are highly personable , polite and professional guards who obviously care about their job...and are very good at their jobs. Every morning I see Jason walking around Fault line Park looking for drug needles to protect the children and dogs who frequent the park. He truly cares about people. Key works evenings and he has to deal with some rowdy residents. He is excellent at de-escalation. Both Jason and Key are very kind to all the dogs and children in the building and area. As a dog owner, I don't see this kindness in most security guards in the area. I truly appreciate both of these excellent guards.

This was to replace a lost key for a motorcycle. Personally, I didn't think it could be done. He did it, in like 10 or 15 minutes. Nice job! And yeah, I'd recommend these guys to anyone anytime

The **customer service and expertise of my technician deserve 1,000 stars**--I truly cannot say…read moreenough about how kind, responsive, and accommodating Busy Bees has been. When my key failed and left me stranded at Target, the owner was incredibly kind and even offered to send someone to pick me up. They also quickly arranged to make another key for me the very next day at my home. The customer care has been exceptional. My frustration is **strictly with the quality and reliability of the replacement key fobs**. Around December, I received a generic Mercedes key fob without the logo, which was completely fine with me. However, the center piece repeatedly falls off, and the key itself has intermittently failed, requiring me to carry my original Mercedes key as a backup. I had planned to replace the car soon, so initially I didn't want to make an issue of it. However, I'm keeping the car longer than expected, and the recurring key problems have become genuinely frustrating--especially because the same center piece continues to fall off. **I don't want to complain or ask for yet another replacement. My concern is simply understanding why these replacement fobs seem to have both a reliability issue and a recurring problem with the center piece falling off.** The customer service is truly wonderful; I just wish the product quality matched it.

I was so impressed with your initial process and then sat at my hotel wondering why I never got an email, text or call when the guard service was to begin at our HOA property. Fortunately, neighbors have since mentioned seeing the guard in the alley, not the driveway as requested. But at least he was there. The last time we used a guard service during tenting there was a text log. "Guard has arrived for the 8pm shift". "Guard has finished the shift". We could also text the guard for an update if needed. You should ask your clients if they want these kind of updates, not just for emergencies.

I waited two days for a response. They only wanted to provide a quote based on the picture I…read moreprovided and were unwilling to visit the site for an estimate. For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.
