Today was another CLOUD MATCHA day! It's just sooo good! Late afternoon, don't really want a coffee or full tongue coating milky matcha. So the naturally sweet Thai coconut water with matcha foam hits the perfect balance. Everytime! The banana latte and banana matches are top rate when you want a dessert drink. As is the biscoff late. The only thing I've had here that was truly horrible is some coffee with orange juice drink. Absolutely NOT the same as adding a drop or two of orange extract, which I do often at home. The actual OJ kills the game. In a bad way. They should come again with a better orange drink. It's not hard. Still, Goose is rocking it for me these days. Usually friendly customer service (only 1x when the server was not welcoming - maybe a bad day), and busy but not over crowded. Usually.

Let's get this straight. This is NOT a coffee shop but a coffee beverage outlet. Little care is…read moregiven to the beans, roasters, finishing process. No ceramic cups are offered, everything is just paper and plastic. Their Starbucks-like attitude wouldn't bother me if they were honest about it and didn't pretend to be high end rather than just a place for the sugar loving lo-fi crowd. Sadly, the coffee culture is going under because of these places.

AND Their guava cheese pastry is way better than Porto's guava pastry, sorry got ahead of myself bit it already before I took a picture. I arrived a little after 1 p.m. (they close at 2 p.m.), knowing there was a chance some of the pastries would be sold out. Fortunately, there was no line when I arrived. The young woman helping me was very friendly. Before looking at the menu, I mentioned that I was looking for matcha, and she explained that they no longer carry it. She also directed me to the business next door, Greenhouse Matcha, which is owned by the sibling. I placed my pastry order, went next door, and when I returned, my box was ready. Everything was delicious. I didn't even notice the note about the freebie until I got home, which was such a sweet surprise. My goodies included a peanut butter cookie, gingerbread cookie, mixed berry tart, strawberry croissant, and a free monkey bread. Everything was delicious, and I'll definitely make sure to go earlier next time so I can try some of the other goodies.

They always make you feel at ease, comfortable and valued. They welcome you with positive energy and bid you farewell with the same positive energy every single time. Not to mention, the consistency of their artwork in making the order, whether it's a cappuccino or the food, is definitely the cherry on top! I've been coming to Klatch Coffee for a few months, maybe almost a year now. I love coffee and espressos. I have had my fair share of experiencing different coffee shops across America and I must say, I never came across anything like Klatch Coffee. From their pastries, to their entrees and espressos; it's hands down, simply one of the best! Once you're exposed to Klatch Coffee, you won't have appetite for any other coffee shop besides Klatch! Thank you to the lovely staff!!

I informed my Doordash driver and he told me that the bag was sealed directly from Klatch, so this was a mistake on their end for not including the Bacon Avocado Toast. On top of my missing toast, the latte I ordered had "Fall foam" added as an extra, but it was melted by the time it was delivered (the delivery address was a few minutes away). This seems like it prematurely melted. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in Klatch Coffee. This oversight is a reflection of poor attention to detail and quality control. As a customer that's been coming here for months, I am appalled and feel like my time was wasted.

Delicious Hojicha drink among other items in the menu…read more Can't go wrong with a drink but they also have pastries and other croissants. I've tried their feta and spinach Danish. I wish their cookies were sold in singles not just per bag. Hojicha tastes very earthy and delicious with their agave syrup. I asked for oat milk with my hojicha. Super close to the main admin building for work so it's perfect for a pick up or stop by.

Ight, I got some gripes with this place. I'm about to air it all out for Yelp…read more FIRST, whoever hired any of these people took a fat L. These way too pretentious barista latinas are lowkey rude af, lack an understanding of social or interpersonal skills, and straight up just have negative energy. These kinds of things don't bother me in the slightest when whatever I'm eating or drinking is bomb, but that is also not the case, which leads me to SECOND, this coffee is the most overrated modern artsy aesthetic slop i think I've ever had. The bar is the pretty low. Iron & Kin will always be #1 but I'm not tryna drive out there all the time. There aren't very many shops around this area so it's slim pickins and yall can just cash in but I swear, as soon as anything else opens that treats coffee with respect and care, this place will be a ghost town. The drinks here are so boring, lack any sort of unique flavors, and when they're advertised like they do, they taste like a basic drink. Which brings me to THIRD, the experience of coffee is just straight up lost here. I know people need a job, it's cool to make tips, I can see how some of these girls just be making good af tips because they lowkey fy, BUT there ain't no passion. They just pour the ish in a cup and that's mad disrespect. On some throw the espresso burn it put it in a cup with enough sugar sweetener whatever ITS STRAIGHT, WACK. I hear soooo many people gas this place up. I've been here 3 times and all 3 times is wack.

I had the ham, cheese, egg croissant sandwich and my husband had the sausage croissant sandwich and a large hot coffee. I usually get my breakfast sandwich from Starbucks but not anymore. Like, Starbucks who?? Service was super quick and friendly. The location inside was clean, tables to sit and enjoy your donuts or breakfast. The ham cheese egg croissant sandwich was $7.95 and it was worth every penny compared to Starbucks when it comes to pricing and portions. Will be returning!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, I'm changing my original 5-star review after my most recent experience. I…read moregenuinely loved Ontario Donuts and have had great experiences here in the past, which is why this was so disappointing. During my recent visit, a customer came into the shop with a very large dog completely UNLEASHED. The dog was visibly DIRTY from being outdoors, with grass, leaves and debris throughout its coat, and was allowed to freely roam around the dining area and tables. I was sitting at a table eating when, without warning, this large dog came underneath my table, pressed against my leg and startled me enough that I literally jumped out of my seat. The owner did not apologize or even acknowledge what had happened. He attempted to call the dog back using a clicker, but the dog repeatedly did not respond and continued wandering around the shop. What bothered me even more was the complete lack of response from the staff. There were approximately four employees working at the time. Based on the way employees greeted the owner by name and made no attempt to intervene, this did not appear to be an unusual or unexpected occurrence. Not one employee asked the owner to leash or control the dog, even after it was roaming around the dining area, approaching customers and making physical contact with me while I was trying to eat. We ultimately took our food and went outside because we were uncomfortable continuing to eat under those conditions. The employees did not acknowledge why we were leaving or address the situation at all. The customer was simply allowed to remain inside with his unleashed dog. I have absolutely no issue with legitimate service animals. What I have an issue with is a large, visibly dirty and uncontrolled animal being allowed to wander freely through a food establishment and approach customers at their tables while multiple employees stand by and do nothing. This wasn't simply an inconsiderate customer's behavior. The staff saw what was happening and allowed it, and their familiarity with the customer made the situation even more concerning to me. I really did love this place, but cleanliness and the ability to sit down and eat without an uncontrolled animal coming underneath your table are pretty basic expectations for a restaurant. Unfortunately, I can't justify my original five-star rating after this experience.
