Always greeted with a friendly staff! The al pastor is amazing! I've loved everything I've gotten from here. We live in the neighborhood and we went there 3 times in one week. We love it! read more

This was my first time eating there. I had a GREAT experience. Definitely looking forward to go there again. I ordered a super burrito and I think that was the best burrito I've ever tasted. The workers were really friendly and I only waited 4 minutes for my order. I recommend everyone to try Simon's tacos read more

Went here a couple of nights ago and can I say ewwww sorry not sorry the food was horrible no flavor and really cold I would of thought it was going to be a great place for tacos since Palapita closed down here well glad to say mini Palapita is not that far now that's were the tacos taste like tacos . If I could give 0 stars I would since the men who work there act like pervs talking about me I guess they thought I didn't speak Spanish (I look a little Arabian but I'm not) there's nothing worse than being talked about like a piece of meat while waiting about 45 minutes for 2 burritos and 4 tacos never again read more

I think this is a new place around the area. I've tried a couple other Mexican food places around here and honestly I think Simon tacos quality of food is just WAY better. Definitely coming back again. Very friendly service as well! read more

I've been here twice. I've tried the steak taco dinner and the chicken and steak fajitas. The tacos were seasoned so well and the meat was flavorful and tender. The steak and chicken fajitas are unlike anything I've tried anywhere else. I can't stop thinking about them and wish I lived closer. The meat is of the best quality and is seasoned to perfection. There are so many different flavors. The staff is very professional and prompt. Also, the restaurant is modern, decorated well and spotless. read more

Pretty good. But sometimes their meat isn't cooked enough and if asked to have meat "well done" it'll be burned .

AMAZING TACOS! The taco meat was so tender and delicious I could have eaten it by itself. The ingredients were just so fresh that everything complemented each other so well. Definitely a spot to go back to and bring people to try it! read more

Amazing taco spot! Their nachos are to die for. Highly recommend this place for all Taco lovers.

Delicious Mexican food. In an area with plenty of taquerias and higher end Mexican restaurants, Simon stands out as a great middle ground. Classic Mexican food with reasonable prices. I have been there twice now with consistent quality and satisfaction. The homemade chips and guacamole are delicious. Their sauces are definitely on the spicy side, which I appreciate. Fresh tacos and plentiful options. Strongly recommend. read more

I had the Vegetarian tacos and my kid had the Chicken tacos. The food was great!! Chicken was flavorful and had a lot of meat. The flour tortillas almost tasted homemade. The vegetarian tacos were stuffed with Guacamole tomatoes cheese, beans and rice and sour cream. We also had the horchata which was really good as well. 2.50 a taco which wasn't too steep. I've had better but this place was good being close to home read more

Called in an order. They told me 15 mins . Get there order was wrong and I waited an additional 30 mins. 5 walk-in got their food before me. Unacceptable. If your super busy don't take phone orders ! read more

I will never, I mean never go to Simons tacos again. If I could I would give NO stars. Let me start with prices. For an "authentic" mexican place the prices are crazy high! This is not authentic in anyway, it's a yuppty taco joint made for the millenia snowflakes. Over $28 for ten tacos? Kiss my ass. Next is quality. The steak is chewy, so chewy that I actually had to spit it out. The rice and beans are soupy. I could actually tip my spoon over and have it slide off like pudding. Gross! I also ordered guacamole and chips, my all time favorite. I got all the way home and... NO CHIPS! Are you kidding me?! $2 for chips and I got nothing. That's $5 wasted because at that point the guac became pointless. This was a horrible $40 experience. Never again. read more

I came here Tuesday evening. I placed an order over the phone which was no problem. My boyfriend and I had different requests for our orders. When we got home, his order was slightly wrong and he made no big deal of it. My order was horrible. The beans were soooo disgusting I had to spit them out. I asked for onion and tomato on my tacos and they gave me pico de gallo. I don't eat cilantro which is why i specifically asked for what I asked for. I picked out as much cilantro as I could but because the flavor is so overpowering I threw it all out. $22 i'll never get back and i'll never go there again. read more

Thought the food was very good, chicken and pork was very flavorful. The place is very clean so I hope it stays that way. Service was fast and courteous. Says takes American Express on the door but when we tried and it got declined the cashier said it never works for Amex so I'm assuming they really don't take it. read more

Though tasty this has to be the tiniest burrito I have had in over a decade. For $10 you get a small amount of steak, raw onion and cilantro. It was actually like a large taco. I may return to try the tacos but most likely not. read more

Although the food is great here, the inconsistency of fulfilling orders is less than par. I have ordered on multiple occasions to only be delivered partial orders. Once contacted this final time, the receptionist stated that they, "Try to double check orders," but more or less alluded to the fact that they are way too short staffed to handle the orders that come in. I realize, of course, that so many businesses are short staffed, but maybe they should not accept delivery orders then? Maybe they should not be open as long of hours to limit the demands? Maybe they should lessen their menu items so it is easier to get things correct? There are several options to make a restaurant work with limited labor. Simon Tacos had not figured it out. I was told they can not deliver the other items and can only issue refunds which really is not all that good of an option when you've got food for only a portion of the people expecting to eat the order. I was honestly so exited to find this place because it seemed like a small, family run, single location restaurant, but with repeated inaccurate orders and with no change in sight and minimal empathy expressed in the issues tonight, I will not be a returning customer. read more

Bright and clean, super friendly service, but most importantly excellent food at a great price point! We tried three different tacos that were all super tasty! I preferred al pastor, but my husband thought the barbacoa was the standout. Also had a really yummy chicken quesadilla. Great taco joint! read more

Too expensive for the quality. The food is ok, the service less so. The al pastor is a junk shoot. You never know if you're getting it dry and burnt or fresh and tasty. The chicken is usually good, but the service is why I don't think I'll go back. I went there recently and waited 20 minutes for a burrito. There was a large order ahead of me which I don't fault them for. It slowed things down, but other people kept receiving their orders. Finally they called out for my burrito but it was for someone who came in after me and got two of the same item. Its also not the first time they have had issues getting food out on time. Beyond that they never give enough salsa. Only one of the small salsa cups per order. read more

Good neighborhood place with decent prices. I ordered a steak torta and got a steak burrito for my mom. The gem is their salsa verde. It's not too spicy but not too weak, I ended up drenching my torta in salsa. The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. Good, fast food. read more

definitely my new favorite torta spot. the cashier girl is so nice! and their food is absolutely amazing every single time we go in. 13/10 def recommend. read more

The steak tacos are freaking amazing. Fresh Pico. Steak taste perfectly grilled. I now have two favorite taco joints.

Great torta and super burrito! Place is very nice and clean inside and the cashier was very friendly! Definitely liked the upgrade to the place and food quality. Welcome to the neighborhood. read more

The restaurant has amazing mexican art. Compared to the last establishment it is clean and more welcoming. Went there with my girlfriend on a Friday during lunch hour. It got very busy and was surprised by the amount of customers coming in and out. The food was great but my food came out around 7 min before my girlfriends so it got sort of cold. Also they have to let their customers know that you must pick up your food at the counter!!! Many people were sitting around waiting for their food to come to them but you actually have to go up and get it. Took me awhile to figure it out as well. Went up for the nachos and my guac. They must put a sign telling customers to pick up their food once their number is called. Overall good taste just hope they communicate within the kitchen better. read more

Just tried it yesterday for the first time. The tacos are very good and happy to have them in the neighborhood! The downside is that they have to work out their order process. They are going to lose customers if they can't get the orders out at a reasonable time. Everyone seems confused and nobody seems to be tracking the orders. I tried calling in my order for pickup and was encouraged to just come in and order since it would be fast....it wasn't! Not sure why calling in to order would be discouraged anyway...if they don't fix this, I will have to find another spot. read more

We loved this place the first time we ordered but today it's pretty bad; old cilantro, strange-tasting al pastor and super greasy chips. The al pastor taco was so bad that we threw it away. However, the guacamole is still really good. Overall, pretty disappointed and will be returning to our other mainstays (Tux Pan and Mom's Old Recipe) read more

I had the steak tacos, the meat was super tough and fatty. I'll give them time to be open for a while before going back

The food was good but the portions is horrible. They are like the White Castle of Mexican food. 2 bites on a taco and it's done and for almost $3 a taco. Ordered a plate for $12 and so cheap on the rice and beans. Then they give you more salad then the meat portion. Not going back. Either drop the the price or don't be cheap on the food. read more

I had a block party over the weekend and at the last minute I needed to find some tamales. The owner was super friendly and accomodating. Most important, my guests thought they were delicious! If you get a chance, try to enjoy their new patio. Their recently renovated exterior definetely enhances the neighborhood. read more

Can't lie, quality is very good. I have been there in multiple occasions and quality is good, maybe a little over priced. No complaints there. Complaint, country help is below standard. 1st time Ok, 2nd maybe Thursday and 4th, sorry. Is it hard to get order right, if you don't won't to be there, then don't. read more

Update: I just tried the lettuce wrap tacos. And oh. My. God. Just when I thought this place couldn't get any better. For those that have a gluten allergy PLEASE try the steak lettuce wrap tacos and you can thank me later. Everything tastes so good clean and fresh. I just can't stop raving about how obsessed I am with this place. read more

Super slow service despite what seemed like more that adequate staff - 3 cooks, 1 manager/owner swing, 1-2 register staff. Took more than 25 minutes to get 10 tacos. Food just average in size and flavor. Nice they have more meat choices than most taco stands, but I don't recommend if you have a short time window. read more

My wife and I have been here many times. But tonight was the last. Why could they. Ground beef quesidias but not tacos?go figure but tonight we ordered thru grub hub. Our 11 dollar barritto was not delivered. After a ridiculous ordeal trying to contact Simon's tacos told my wife yes its here I forgot to give it to the grrubhub driver. She seemed so uncaring.i can deliver it tomorrow she said. I told my wife tell the kids dinner will be tomorrow. She said credit our card. Last time for simons.adios.this is my first ever yelp. read more

I am so happy I stopped in and tried this place out. I was craving a good steak burrito and I was looking for a new joint to try out somthing really good. So with that being said I got a steak burrito with cheese and cilantro and onion. I never get tomatoes and lettuce I think it takes the quality of the meat away plus doesn't do good in the microwave when eating the other half. REAL STEAK FOLKS no nonsense quality I don't mind paying extra for quality food. Delicious plain and simple fresh ingredients I loved it I will definitely be back for more I can't wait to try the tacos! read more

I'm typically a taco guy, but a lot of people recommend me about the super burrito and omg. I will take the couple minutes drive to go to Simon tacos. Very good place and the employees are pretty cool and helpful. Highly recommend this place! Check it out! read more

My mouth dropped after a bite of these luscious tacos. Good quality ingredients, great customer service ...what more can you ask?

I'm a returning customer. Absolutely fantastic. I have never had more authentic Mexican food; it was fresh, tasty and made to order. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are splendid! There's a nice eating atmosphere, and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Needless to say, it's the only place I will eat Mexican food. Great place! Delicious food! Friendly staff! Good prices, although the tacos were slightly on the small side. Overall, fabulous taco place and will definitely return! read more

Living right in the neighborhood of this new place makes you almost want to have tacos everyday. Their tacos are pretty good, but going there can leave you broke, they charge almost $3 per taco YIKES! They give you decent sized tacos, however I'm pretty sure I asked them to go easy on the onions and it's like I told them to put the whole onion in there. The staff is okay even though you would think they would understand spanish. The irony. read more

Delicious tacos in the neighborhood. Their chipotle shrimp taco special is amazing. And the burrito is always a solid choice. Lots of meat options. My husband and I also love that it's a family owned business. read more
