I had opted not to replace my battery before because it was expensive and my car was starting, so that's why I knew what I needed. Admittedly, as I've gotten older, I don't go to auto parts stores like I used to but my prior experience was that you go in, you buy what you need, and you figure it out. I had the good fortune of having Freddy at my cashier, aka Federrick W (I knew I would forget, so I took a picture ). He really went above and beyond coming out not only to sell me the new battery, but to offer to put it for me *and* clean the corrosion off the connectivity that apparently, Tires Plus had chosen not to do when they told me I needed a new one. It was about 98° out that day and of course I was parked in the lot, so it wasn't comfortable out but he took care of this *and* provided me with some good conversation while he did it. I don't get out very often because I take care of my mother with dementia, have my grandkids a lot, and just in general, tethered to home. I had that day to run errands, and I didn't want to waste that time. He also got me back on the road faster than I expected. I live closer to another Autozone, but I will go to this one in the future just because of this particular experience. Even the other employees I encountered were incredibly welcoming, and it made what could have been a pain in the ass a pleasant experience. Highly recommend, and if you are there, look for "Federrick W" - Freddy!
