We had to continue calling them just to try and get some answers. After almost a week, we were told they were almost done with the truck, and we should have it the next day. This was on a monday. We called backed tuesday when we had heard nothing from them. They told us the same thing. The technician is working on it and it would be done the next day. Wednesday rolled around and we were told they were waiting on a part and that it would be ready that afternoon. Throughout all this, we had to keep calling because noone would ever call us back. We called Wednesday before we closed to find out what was going on, and got the same story. The technician is working on it. The owner went down to talk to the technician, or owner and found out that the part for our truck was never ordered. He ordered the part while the owner was there to make sure it was ordered. We were told it would be ready Thursday morning at 8am. The technician was given my phone number and said he would call me as soon as the truck was ready. It is now Thursday afternoon and we still have no truck. In short, we were told for the last 3 days that our truck would be ready the next day. We have never had anyone call us during these 3 days and still no truck after they have had it for almost 2 weeks. We went to pick the truck up and it would not start. They had also put the splitter on backwards. These guys are not dependable, good mechanics or honest by any stretch of the imagination. I will NEVER take anything back here again. Terrible service.

They did the front axle and diff seals in my LBZ Duramax, and the quality of work was great, and I haven't had any leaks yet after almost a year since they did it. They worked quickly to get my vehicle into their schedule and the pricing is fair given the price of factory parts these days. They also repaired the U joint and yoke on the driveshaft and everything is running great.

I had Ultimate put another engine in my boat. This was no key turn engine. They had to take parts…read moreoff of my old engine and make them work on the new engine. ( it was a refurbished engine ). It was no easy task not to mention this new engine had closed cooling so there were all these new parts that the tech was going to have to figure out where to fasten since the boat was not designed for it. They did an AWESOME job. My old engine had a red carbon fiber cowling and the new one had an ugly black one. I didn't ask him to put the old one on the new one, all I said in passing was " man I really love the old red cowling so much better". When I got the boat back they had figured out how to fasten the old cowling on the new and had made custom cut outs so that it would fit and it looks awesome. The boat was super clean when I got it back and all the new parts were bolted on in perfect places and it was so professional looking. Bill and Bob and the other techs were great to work with. The people in the office were all courteous, welcoming, and pleasant! No "talking down to a woman" bs at all. I really appreciate that! Communication was clear. They called when they said they would. Jake was clear on fee structure and costs along the way. Sunshine also performed a pretty thorough general inspection and found a few additional things that needed to be addressed. The choice of what to do or not do was completely mine. There was absolutely NO pressure to approve the other suggested services. They sent a text with pictures of what they found and explained anything/everything I asked about. Again, very much appreciated! I ended up needing new lower front rocker arms & bushings. They also performed an alignment (due to rocker arm replacement) oil change, tire balance & rotation and replaced the engine filter. I could see it was needed based on photos sent via the text. Jake found a replacement kit that included arms and bushings which saved me some money. Yay They also found the tires had been rotated improperly for an AWD. They checked tread wear and put tires in correct position to help them wear more evenly. I am completely satisfied with all levels of service received. Thank you so much Jake and Sunshine.
