We called backed tuesday when we had heard nothing from them. They told us the same thing. The technician is working on it and it would be done the next day. Wednesday rolled around and we were told they were waiting on a part and that it would be ready that afternoon. Throughout all this, we had to keep calling because noone would ever call us back. We called Wednesday before we closed to find out what was going on, and got the same story. The technician is working on it. The owner went down to talk to the technician, or owner and found out that the part for our truck was never ordered. He ordered the part while the owner was there to make sure it was ordered. We were told it would be ready Thursday morning at 8am. The technician was given my phone number and said he would call me as soon as the truck was ready. It is now Thursday afternoon and we still have no truck. In short, we were told for the last 3 days that our truck would be ready the next day. We have never had anyone call us during these 3 days and still no truck after they have had it for almost 2 weeks. We went to pick the truck up and it would not start. They had also put the splitter on backwards. These guys are not dependable, good mechanics or honest by any stretch of the imagination. I will NEVER take anything back here again. Terrible service.

They did the front axle and diff seals in my LBZ Duramax, and the quality of work was great, and I haven't had any leaks yet after almost a year since they did it. They worked quickly to get my vehicle into their schedule and the pricing is fair given the price of factory parts these days. They also repaired the U joint and yoke on the driveshaft and everything is running great.

I had Ultimate put another engine in my boat. This was no key turn engine. They had to take parts…read moreoff of my old engine and make them work on the new engine. ( it was a refurbished engine ). It was no easy task not to mention this new engine had closed cooling so there were all these new parts that the tech was going to have to figure out where to fasten since the boat was not designed for it. They did an AWESOME job. My old engine had a red carbon fiber cowling and the new one had an ugly black one. I didn't ask him to put the old one on the new one, all I said in passing was " man I really love the old red cowling so much better". When I got the boat back they had figured out how to fasten the old cowling on the new and had made custom cut outs so that it would fit and it looks awesome. The boat was super clean when I got it back and all the new parts were bolted on in perfect places and it was so professional looking. Bill and Bob and the other techs were great to work with. My family and I are really excited to be on the water this summer! Thanks Ultimate.

If it weren't for the positive reviews and comments, I may not have continued. I had also made an online appointment with a big-box tire shop, only to get a call back telling me that the appointment I made was actually a request. Hmmm... #1. I had asked for pricing for an alignment (which was on the high side) and a tire rotation, and the wording just felt a little slippery. So I told them I'd call them back to schedule. Sunshine sent me a reminder text, and I was curious if I'd actually get a response. Wouldn't you know it -- I did! I specifically asked about the cost and whether there were any other fees. Turns out, the alignment price was the alignment price (provided no additional work was needed), and that is exactly what I paid in the end. When I arrived Friday for my appointment, I received a greeting text. It freaked me out for a moment, but then I realized they had seen me and my car entering the shop and had done a pre-check-in. The guys at the counter couldn't have been nicer or more approachable. The work took about 90 minutes, and while I waited, several people walked in. The same friendliness I experienced was coming across with everyone. Is that a sign of trust? For this shop, I'd say yes. Before completing the transaction, I was given -- and sent by text -- a green/yellow/red list of recommended work. I asked if they could give me quotes on the items, and they sure did! Mr. Diaz also highlighted what he personally recommended prioritizing, and I really appreciated that approach. I didn't have to do everything on the list at once. We could knock the work out one by one. You don't know how much I appreciate this kind of approach. I know shops can take advantage of people -- especially ladies like me who are already on guard because we're expecting to get confused, fast-talked, or pressured into something we don't understand. That didn't happen here. I felt informed, respected, and in control of what I was choosing to have done to my car. That goes a long way with me. So far, Sunshine Service Shop has earned my trust.

My husband is pretty handy but after several attempts and not getting it to work we decided to pursue a repair service. We specifically chose a mobile repair because nobody wants to hook their trailer up and tow it down to the repair shop. I called several mobile RV repair businesses and Rick was not only the most responsive, but he tried to problem solve the issue with me on the phone before he even came out. When that didn't work we scheduled a time for him to come to the house. I also chose Rick because he could get out to the house within a reasonable amount of time (I think it was 1-2 weeks). Several others told me they didn't have availability for 4+ weeks! Rick also had competitive and fair prices for his service. Once Rick was out here he let my husband support the repair and learn more about the RV, talking him through what he was checking and teaching him along the way. He genuinely cared that my husband learned more about what he was doing. I think that's a huge testament to quality repair workers. Rick solved the fridge mystery, fixed our RV fridge, and we can now use it on propane, the generator, and a home plug-in! We even tested it out on a week long trip and had no problems!
