    CHETTINAD CHICKEN

Came here for an early dinner tonight with my family and we were able to sit down right away. I imagine this place must be packed come peak dinner time, but I am so happy we didn't need to wait. The place looks and feels clean and we were greeted promptly and our server was warm and helpful with his suggestions. I am from out of town, but from where I come, we have a variety of cuisines that all taste/feel authentic. That being said, I have been to several Indian restaurants in my hometown; but this is by far THE best Indian Restaurant I have been to. The next time I visit and come here I know I am going to be stuck between reordering the same things or trying out other dishes on their menu. Things we ordered (see pics below): Drinks: Masala Tea Seafood appetizer: Calamari with the butter garlic Naan Delicacies: Garlic Naan Entrees (3) all served with rice: Palak Chicken, Bhuna Ghosh (choice of lamb or goat), and the Chetinad Chicken The Masala Tea (not pictured unfortunately), seems to be made to order bc that was the most delicious and richest/flavorful tea - highly recommend getting it. TBH, all the things we ordered I highly recommend trying - it was all so good. Looking forward to my midnight snack later and/or lunch with our leftovers. Can't wait for my next visit to TX with my family so I can come back here again. :)

Excellent food and service. Small and comfortable place. I tried the Chicken Vindaloo. It was amazing. I definitely recommend this little gem. I'll be back.

They don't have filtered water, so you'll have to get the bottled water or another drink. The vada pav (potato sliders) are really good but spicy. The potatoes are cooked thoroughly. The buns are soft and yeasty with a toasty edge. The green sauce and small grilled sliced chili aren't spicy. The sweet ginger garlic cauliflower's sauce had more of a tangy aftertaste than I expected, so I would have liked to had it as a sauce on the side. I liked the texture of the fried batter and well doneness of the cauliflower though. The Chettinad chicken (medium spicy) had chunks of tender chicken, which were pink from the spices, in a creamy soup. The rice was on the dry/ wet end. It would have been better if it had a chance to cook a little longer so the moisture locked in. The cheese naan was a naan stuffed with cheese that pulled nicely. When it came out, it had a few dough sections that were slightly toasty. As I ate it, the heat softened the dough pretty quickly, so it wouldn't have made much of a difference to dine in or takeout. The plates looked like stone but were made of plastic.

Falooda is a strawberry drink with ice cream it's really tasty seems to also have chia seeds. Semi sweet drink really good

Really good I love these that we chose. The service was a little slow but it might be becouse they make it from scratch but the food makes up for it.the ambience is nice.

    Masala Chicken Curry

Silver Spoons is phenomenal. My husband and I dropped in without any prior knowledge of what the restaurant was, and we were pleasantly surprised! For appetizers, we got masala papad (this was my favorite). Then, we got the butter chicken (my favorite from any indian restaurant) and masala chicken curry. The curry had the perfect spice. We couldn't pass up the garlic naan, which was delish. We chose two different rices (can't remember the names), but WOW! Out of this world flavor! We WILL be back!

The food was delicious!! We've been searching for good Indian food since moving to Texas. This is by far the best that we've come by.

If you're searching for a culinary experience that's local, I highly recommend Amrina. We were greeted with a wonderful sign from the Amrina team wishing us a happy anniversary. The service was exceptional, and the entire experience felt so special. Every bite of food was flavorful. The presentation was creative and beautiful. All the staff were knowledgeable in the dishes and shared great suggestions for cocktails. Thank you to Chef Jassi Bindra & team for making our anniversary so memorable. Looking forward to going back for the chef's table experience.

The neo modern interior is stylish and chic. Our group opted for the 10 course Chef's table tasting menu with wine pairings. The Chef's table is in a semi private space right in front of the kitchen, separated from the main dinning room by curtains. It was fun to watch the kitchen in action, but the area felt a bit warm at times. Presentation was definitely one of the highlights of the evening. Each dish arrived in uniquely designed serve ware and each wine was presented in a different glass. The ingredients were top-notch, featuring Hokkaido scallops, Wagyu beef, yellowfin tuna, etc. That said, while some dishes highlighted the Indian flavors we were expecting, others leaned more towards American fusion. The wine pairing complemented each dish well and the sommelier provided detailed explanations for each wine. My favorite dishes of the night were the chaat and the lamb chop. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and appreciated the quality of the ingredients, the service and presentation. However I wish there's more emphasis on the Indian flavors. Based on the glimpse of the flavors we experienced in some of the courses, I suspect I might enjoy a simple bowl of vindaloo or curry from their regular menu more.

I meant to take more photos but my family devoured the food before I could think about it…read more Everything here was outstanding and I now have a new favorite Indian restaurant! I came in with my husband and 3 kids (one tween, one picky little kid, one picky toddler). We ordered a lot of food so we could share and try it all. There wasn't a single thing anybody didn't like. Samosa, Chana, paneer masala, lentils, roti, naan, the street food things I can't remember the name of right now, and the fried rice. When I say I could eat here every day and never get bored, I mean it. The menu had a lot of classics we have had before and also had a lot of new things we'd never heard of before. The man working there was very kind and answered all of our questions. He even made some great suggestions which we totally went with. He was also very kind and patient when it took us forever to decide because we have picky kids. The prices are very reasonable for what you get but we spent more than we normally would so we could try more stuff. The paneer masala was the best I've ever had. I'm usually more of a korma fan because the tomato can be bitter but the masala here was creamy and flavorful without any hint of bitterness. It was everybody's favorite. If you go here, let them know what you like and listen to their suggestions, especially if there are things you haven't tried. I almost didn't get the dosa but they recommended it and it was my absolute favorite. This is a tiny little hole-in-the-wall type building and you can't see the seating from the parking lot. There isn't decor on the walls and it looks closed until you walk up to the door but I think they might be remodeling or in the middle of redecorating. The inside is very clean and cozy with a variety of booth and table seating of various sizes. We will be back. Actually, if they don't know who we are in just a couple of months, I'll be surprised.

They have a good sized menu as well consisting of apps, salads, bowls, entrees and wraps. Of course, they are family friendly and offer kids meals too. I read they are known for their olive oil lemon cake, if there is such as things as a healthy dessert. I was very impressed with the meal and it seemed to be a pretty healthy choice at such a good price point. The steak was real slices of lean steak that actually tastes like a steak and not rubber. Fruit cup was very fresh and way better than any I've had at other restaurants lately. I wasn't a big fan of their teas, but they're gonna take some getting used to. The olive oil cake was tasty just a little smaller than I had imagined.
