I called them once I got to my car and was told my order would be ready in about 20 minutes, as my GPS read out that I was 20 minutes from the restaurant. Everything was coming up Milhouse. Because I am a basic B, I ordered chicken tikka masala and butter chicken. It was ready about 3 minutes after I arrived, and off to home I headed. I enjoyed both, but thought the tikka masala was definitely the better of the two, and the wife agreed. We had a favorite Indian spot really close to here that has unfortunately closed down, so I have been on the hunt for a new one. Each dish arrived in uniquely designed serve ware and each wine was presented in a different glass. The ingredients were top-notch, featuring Hokkaido scallops, Wagyu beef, yellowfin tuna, etc. That said, while some dishes highlighted the Indian flavors we were expecting, others leaned more towards American fusion. The wine pairing complemented each dish well and the sommelier provided detailed explanations for each wine. My favorite dishes of the night were the chaat and the lamb chop.
