Never again. I stopped in the day before Valentine's Day and requested a bouquet for $100.00 for my wife that I could up the next day at 11:00. I arrived on time but the bouquet was not made and I had to wait about 15 mins for them to put it together. I specifically request 1 rose, no more, but the bouquet I received was full of roses an light green flowers (another request to avoid). i have been to this florist a few times and they have been ok. Nothing spectacular however today took the cake! I had ordered over $100 in roses for my daughter's graduation today and I made arrangements to pick them up at 9:30 am. I get there at 9:45 am and the sign said closed. I tried to call no answer. Left an upset voicemail , no response. They least they could have done was call me with a heads up hey we can't fill your order find someone else. Instead of having to panic rush around and find flowers at the last minute to go to the grocery store to find some. To you they may be just flowers but there was a special meaning behind them. I have never used the florist before (mainly because it's on the other side of town from me). However after a disappointing experience at another florist in town, I decided to try this place. My son and his girlfriend are both graduating high school and attend different schools so they have 2 proms. With the crazy senior and sports schedules they both have, they forgot to order their flowers. The girls were so helpful and were eager to make sure what was designed was different yet classy! We ordered flowers for both proms and they were beautiful! I thought the prices were very reasonable. It's a very pleasant place to walk into - got a great feeling from this florist. All in all the arrangement was beautiful, but the very next day they looked dreadful and most of the flowers had begun to wilt. We were really upset about it because they were so pretty to begin with. It's also a shame because my boyfriend spent 90 dollars on the bouquet. I've had flowers from Giant Eagle last longer. The 3 stars is for the customer service representative, she was very helpful and gave us a full refund! We will probably try them again sometime and hopefully have a better experience. read more

The Silver Fox Florist is one of the best Florist shops I have ever come across. When I need something delivered in the Cleveland area their flower arrangements are impeccable. This shop is full of talented people that care how they present your feelings in flowers. I have been using them for the last 17 years. I have so much faith and trust in them that I will only use them even when I live in another state, California. After corresponding with (who I am only assuming is) the owner of Browns Flowers, they were apologetic and sent me a beautful Gerber Daisy arrangement. I should also mention that my husband told me (after the fact) that he did not order Gerber Daisies. My only problem after finding this out was that the arrangement was not as nice as the one pictured online and the person (not the owner) who answered the phone when he initially called, was quite rude. I think Browns Flowers more than made up for their shortcomings with an apology and a beautiful replacement bouquet. I will now keep Browns Flowers in mind when ordering flowers :) read more

Calling in the order, saying "We would like _____________ arrangement on your website" isn't specific enough for the ordering process. When the arrangement arrived, it was vastly different from the online photo, the only similarity being in that the arrangement was considered a planter; the received arrangement was absolutely DREADFUL. Though measures were taken from a customer service standpoint to remedy and a partial refund was issued, suggesting the failure lie on my part to understand the floral community and that "a planter is a planter" was laughable. Patronizing unhappy customers with excuses and finger-pointing is unprofessional. read more

She was charged 87+ dollars & the "basket" included 6 pieces of fruit & a pack of nuts; not exotic fruits... 4 apples, 2 oranges (oh & some grapes) how can you possibly think this is right? Never Again! I received a beautiful bouquet at the Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital on August 2, 2017. When we looked at the flowers there were ants (some little brown bugs) crawling out of the flowers and floating in the water inside the vase. Since I didn't want to spread the bugs further I asked that the entire arrangement including the vase be thrown out. On August 7th when I got home from the hospital I called the Silver Fox and explained my disappointment. The florist was defensive saying that they do not have ants and find it hard to believe and asked me what I wanted them to do about it since I no longer had the flowers and asked if I thought they should send a replacement. The order was made by my children who are both out of state so I agreed to the new arrangement. When I received the arrangement today it was hardly of the same value of the first one. It was smaller and lacked many of the flowers of the original one. This was very disappointing and I will let my children know to never order flowers from this florist again. read more

I went in person to order flowers for a funeral because he loved flowers so much I wanted to make sure nothing would go wrong. I made sure I picked out all of the flowers he would have loved and was expecting two beautiful arrangements for each side of the casket. Morning of the funeral NO FLOWERS! Called and they said they hadn't made them. Offered to "throw" something together and get it there as soon as they could. Told them not to bother. I ordered flowers here back in December for both sets of parents for the holidays. I was SUPER happy with the products and delivery. I thought I had found my new florist to send gifts to my parents when I can't be there. Early today I ordered again and the order was rejected based on delivery area. I was super confused because they had delivered before. After speaking to the manager I was told they have NEVER delivered to that area - that there's no way I actually have a confirmation with their name on it from December (even though I do). AND my father called them back in December to say the arrangement looked great. I was also told that my parents' address was over an hour away from their shop. It's 25mins if they had bothered to actually look. I was shocked at the terrible customer service. It was NOT about them not being able to fulfill the order. It was the blatant disregard for me. I have to commend the owner for the way that she handled my complaint this morning. When I saw the flowers I ordered for a funeral, I was disappointed at the size of the arrangement, even thought the flowers were beautiful. I had ordered in person and used an arrangement in the cooler as my guide for size and price. After the funeral, I had planned to take the flowers to the nursing home that had taken care of the deceased (there was no family to give them to), so I took the arrangement into Silver Fox on the way. The owner listened to my complaint and explained that the arrangement I had seen in the cooler was one arranged to be "Light and airy" and the one I received had the same amount of flowers but was arranged "tight and compact. She acknowledged that the person who took my order did not use the correct words to help the designer make what I wanted, and she said she would retrain that employee. She offered to remake the arrangement for me and I declined. I was happy that she took my complaint seriously, and I also learned something that will help me when ordering flowers in the future. read more
